• Nurul (1/5): Disappointed - Have 4 rooms. Other than that is disappointing. •Picture shown in the booking apps totally not same as actual. •insufficient towel. For 2 queen bed, only 2 towel available. •for queen bed only 2 pillow provided. Every room also same. All is limited. • Deposit very high RM300 returned after 7-10 days.

• marlienor (9/5): Fun trip with besties - The house is really spacious and comfortable. Really nice decoration and complete facility. The house is in good condition and taking good care of the host. The kitchen utensil is enough and one of the washrooms has a bathtub the best part of the house. The house is privacy and highly recommended to stay here Longer time to wait the lift

• CHANG HAO (7/5): - Location is good. 3 car parks provided. We accidentally locked the bedroom's door, and the staff come immediately to open for us. Need to enhance the cleanness. The floor is abit dirty

• mohd (2/5): booking pls check next time pls make sure all do a good thing do cheat to customer..we pay for this. - Only pool & location When come no wifi..room card cannot use..room pipe broken..room paint smell..no curtain at living room no privacy..infront building can see us...not in my expectations..when book a room see photo very nice but when I get the so sad .. room not same when i get..very tired to think about that..pay around 700 per day..I feel very 2 not happy...feel like been cheated..bad svc late response..room bed got red ant& black ant..many problem...so sad..no repeat again..need to improve..

The parking provided near to lift entrance. They have designated space for online food orders which makes easier.

Very hard to find apartment with many room Spoil my holiday starting from check-in, need to go out again to withdraw cash for RM300 Depo. And during checkout, need to wait half an our before we get back our money. Service is very poor. My room are not cleaned up during check-in, dirty and messy. dust and hair everywhere. Dirty towel hung and left at the washing machine. Please band this host, they were soo bad! How can they allow guest to check-in while room are not clean at all. The housekeeper come after an hour we check in the house. Frustrating! this is soo frustrating! I attached photo condition during my check-in.

Location- the address in the app leads u some place else, hard to find the place as gt other place with same name. Food-shops are nt near and if want to grab or foodpanda also nt available to that place. Hidden Charges-In booking.com the price displayed was low and like gt discount fr yr 2024 and all that, after that got cleaning fee charge which was told only after book. Rules- So many rules that u wil get charged frm your deposit if gt rule brk. I will attach the pic.

Need to diy dispose off the rubbish outside the unit - even when u already paid for cleaning service ???

• As (10/5): Exceptional - Love the cosiness and feel at home kinda home and accessibility to food places. No rubbish chute to dump our rubbish bags.
• Melissa (5/5): Passable - Responsive staff to our request. The unit has a filtered water dispenser. Stayed for 3 nights but they only provided 1 toilet roll per toilet n no additional garbage bag. Upon request they provided another 1 toilet roll for each toilet n more garbage bag. Aircon in the hall is a small unit not enough to cool the hall even after tech came to service it. 1 room w attached toilet seem to trap water below the sink, it took 2 days for the water to dry up.

• Bala (5/5): Below average - Only thing I liked was that my entire group of 10 ppl was able to stay under one roof Air con was not cold. Hall air con started to leak. Management not able to do anything about the AC. No spare rooms to change us. No compensation. Pillow was too soft. All 10 of us had neck pain.

• Gayatri (10/5): Awesome place and spacious - The place was clean and comfy. We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very organized and friendly. The guards don't seem to understand a word we spoke. They were just nodding their heads and not listening to what we tried to say.
