• 辻 (5/5): スタッフが居ない所は難しい。 - 安くて良かった スタッフが居ないので、チェックイン前に開け方のメールをくれる予定でしたが、届かず 鍵の開け閉めが分からず電話対応して貰っても部屋までは入れても 閉め方がわからなかったので、鍵をかけずに出た。 対応は良くて、後で鍵のかけ方のメールを貰いました。 どこかに、部屋の中にでも鍵の取り扱いを置いといて欲しかった。

• peiyi (5/5): 便宜，但睡眠品質不好的要非常考慮。 - 地點很好，半夜清晨都有很多吃的，附近有業務超市，宿舍有微波爐，離車站很近，要去市區或千葉區都方便。 隔音很差，很不能接受一大早六七點就有退房和打掃聲音，房間小到行李箱只能攤床上，房間鑰匙鎖很爛，常常卡住。

• 陳 (3/5): - 管理側との連絡が非常に取りづらかったです。メールを送ってから返信まで約2時間かかり、電話も留守番電話に転送されるだけでした。チェックイン前になってもドアロックの暗証番号が届かず、そのため別の宿泊先を探すことになりました。しかしその後、返金はできないと言われ、「連絡先は用意していたのに、こちらに連絡しなかった」と言われたのは残念でした。

• You (8/5): コスパ最高！ - 思ったより駅から近く、お部屋も狭いですが綺麗で、過ごしやすかったです ブッキングコムの仕様なのかなと思いますが、入室ガイドをもらうまでに別途連絡が必要でした。

• 柳 (7/5): コスパよく、部屋の環境も良いがキーロックだけ注意 - 満喫と違いドアつき個室なのは良い。その割に値段もコスパが良い。 シャワーや水回りも共用ながらもあり、清潔感もあるので良い。 部屋が狭いのもありエアコンの効きが良い。電子レンジも同じ階の共用部にあるのが良い。 部屋のキーロックが扱い難しく一度ロックして戻ったらなぜか入れなくなった（番号は間違えていない） ただ、同じフロア内のデスクに従業員の方がいて、コツがいるといって開錠してくれた 常にフロアにいてくれればいいが、いない時に起こったらと思うともう一度利用するのは躊躇する

• Peter (4/5): Place feels extremely cramped. - This place is amazingly cramped but otherwise decent. You get what is on the picture. They have about 10 rooms in the place, a small eating area and shared bathrooms + laundry. There is not even space for calling if you don't want to bother your neighbours. This far out of the city I would expect something better for the price though you can say the place is very close to the train station in a busy neighbourhood
• Sonia (6/5): - With their creaky floors and thin walls, it was really difficult keep to their rules about not making noise at night. There must have been some sort of air con that ran throughout the whole apartment that made me cold during the nights. The friend whom I met while staying here and I found that the rooms were smaller than we imagined. The beds weren’t too bad but if you’re taller than 5’10 you should consider elsewhere. I have found that the coin laundry machines are so weak when drying it often took me 4 different cycles to completely dry about 5 pieces of clothing. I often found myself hanging clothes around my room to air-dry overnight and then give one more run in the dryer as each cycle ran for 1 hour. Make sure you fill out their form(you need to ask for it) before you arrive so your entrance into the apartment runs smooth!!!! The locks to the rooms are quite difficult but # input goes in the direction of the arrow.
• Jack (8/5): Highly recommend if you don't plan on doing much in the surrounding area - The facilities and room were very clean and the shower was nice. Not having any fuss checking in or out and also not having to speak with anyone to go in and out was nice. The location was pretty bad, kinda seedy and nothing to do but was pretty close to the station
