- Tanya (7/5): Property is Ok, hosts should organize better - Security of the building, 24 hour front desk, friendly staff at the building always willing to help I received messages from three different hosts. Every time we wanted to contact someone (a curtain fell, metal blinds did not close, both TVs were not configured and could not watch for 4-5 days into the stay) we got messages they were not on call, or on vacation, not available, etc. and that we need to call the other host, we messaged the second host and got the same reply that we should contact the third host, same answer and it was difficult to get a prompt reply from any of them. They were remodeling an apartment close to us, drilling and hammering started around 8:30 am even on Saturdays!!
