• Danielle 🇨🇦 (8/5): Great for a cheap weekend in Athens - Very comfy bed. This place is tiny, so great for just a weekend. Trolley right outside the door. Very damp. Towels didn't dry fully and clothes felt musty when we left.
• Milica98 (10/5): Very clean and comfortable - Very clean apartment and comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything you may need. There were a few things that we didn't like, but it was not a big deal compared to everything that was great Bathroom sink is very small, that's pretty inconvenient. Sometimes there wasn't enough hot water (the heater was on for hours before) and it was cold in the apartment, we couldn't heat it up with ac (great if you come in the summer)

• Giampiero (8/5): - The apartment is quite confortable, bedroom is big enough and so the kitchen. There is a tram stop just next to the place and the metro stop not so far away. The bathroom is definetely way too small: so that it is truly difficult to use the sink. The place is next to public transport stops, but the neighbourhood per se is not that nice.

• rclakmal (10/5): - Just in front of the T6 tram stop (5 mins to Syntagma square), which makes it very easy to go back and forth from all attractions. The bed is very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need. We especially liked the smart TV with Netflix. After a long day, we could relax with a movie. Manos offered us an early check-in too. The bathroom is smaller in size. Especially the sink area. If you are a big person it could be a bit challenging.
• Sally (9/5): Fabulous one night in Athens. Short distance to Akropolis - Everything! Staff walked to meet me and helped with my luggage when I arrived 😊 It was very close to tram stop and short walk to Metro, but I wouldn’t have felt comfortable walking around the area at night.

• Kegan (9/5): Very happy with my accommodation choice as it was clean and exactly what I needed for my stay - The location is a little bit of a challenge to find as Google Maps originally took me to a place on the other side of the tram stop.
• Mark (7/5): Good - The location, communication with Manos was great. The location to the tram was ideal. Washing machine, dryer, air-conditioning and comfy bed. Would have appreciated an extra blanket/ doona and fitted sheet on bed.

• Maria (10/5): Pretty room in great location - The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable, in a great location. The neighboorhood was quite and right outside there was a tram station.

Easy to find a place to park the car in the street and safe to leave it there for 5 days while we walked everywhere!The apartment was very clean, even the curtains were freshly washed and the mattress was soft and comfortable, which is very important for me because of my back problems! I couldn't ask for more, taking into account the money I paid! The sheets on the bed where too small and came out of the mattress easily. I had to put them back in place all the time. No big deal though!

• Johan (9/5): We had a wonderful time with Kyma as base. - The location was good with a tram station literally 40 steps from the front door. There is a supermarket 300 meters away and lots of eating places in the vicinity. We could not find the correct address by taxi especially at night. It might be better to give the address as "Opposite from Voltairou 8". As far as the unit goes, the shower system needs very careful adjustment as does using the bathroom wash basin.
• Ing (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment is clean and well-equipped with all the necessities. Tram service is right across road to main station syntagma making it really convenient to visit various attractions. The staff have been most pleasant and helpful.

• Adamantios (10/5): Exceptional - A small but cozy apartment, text to the tram line and perfect for metro access. I didnt take a taxi for 4 days. Small kitchen but ample for my needs. Only complaint is that the floor was cold as there were tiles and the weather was cold. Maybe some floor mats next time ? Otherwise very good.

• Aleksandra (8/5): Nice, cosy, 20 mins walk to the center - The location was very nice - just about 20 mins to the Acropoli. Nice apartament, although the neighbourhood doesn't seem too fiendly - we felt very safe. Nice equipped kitchen, very clean. There were some issues with getting in - we arrived at around 3 AM and didn't receive the correct code locket. But fortunately KYMA answered our call, gave us a new code and we could go in without any further issues.
• Lorena (10/5): Perfect stay in Athens - Our stay at the Kyma apartment was beyond perfection! The apartment is spotless, has a great location, and is easy to check. The kitchen is well equipped with everything that we needed. Also, the AC and everything was working with no problem. The shower was excellent. Kyriakos, our host, is a kind, honest person we had the pleasure to deal with. They went out and beyond to help us. The communication was exceptional since they answered super quickly. We had a situation with the keys because we were two friends with different plans with only one key, and when I mentioned it to them, Kyriakos traveled a 40-minute long distance to drop off another key that we would use for only one night. And on top of all that, the price is unbeatable. Nothing not to like.

The apartment in Athens exceeded our expectations with its modern amenities and thoughtful touches. From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy bedroom, every detail was taken care of. Staying here felt like having our own comfortable space in the vibrant city, and we appreciated the high standard of living throughout our stay. The location is quite central, but the limited street lighting creates a somewhat gloomy atmosphere in the neighbourhood after dark.

• Bccc (10/5): Exceptional - There was a serious problem with the heating of the room but there was an immediate response of the owners and the problem was solved in the best possible way. Friendly and efficient management.

It's not so close to the main tourist attractions, but the Acropolis is reasonable walking distance (20 minutes). There are plenty of good restaurants within a 10 minute radius (restaurants frequented by locals, not expensive tourist traps). There is also a tram stop immediately next to the building. Host was very responsive and helpful, allowing me to bring my bags before check in and keep them there after check out. Apartment was clean and in good condition. Neighbourhood is perhaps a little less clean and quiet than some other places I stayed in during my trip. However, I did not stay in any of the tourist hot spots, which I expect could be quite a bit louder than this neighbourhood. I was still able to sleep and relax without issues.

• Martin (9/5): Superb - Nice apartment close to the city center and to all facilities, very good location. Easy check in and check out. Comfortable bed to sleep, nice linen. Stayed for New year. Stove, fridge, washing machine, iron, and more. Paper towels in kitchen. It is a ground floor apartment. I recommend it for a sightseeing trip to Athens. (The is an excellent car wash 1 block away, for 10 eur and saturday market, great fruits). Warm air in air-con did not work well in winter (guess needed some maintenance), also no heating in kitchen. Needed some socks and probably slippers to keet feet warm.
• Κώστας (10/5): Exceptional - Honestly, best place we have stayed at. Equipped with literally anything you need and more. Full kitchen set to cook with, cleaning supplies, good quality soap and shampoo. A huge TV in front of the very comfortable bed, good wifi. I can go on. It felt like an actual house you could live in for weeks. The tram noise was not a problem at all, barely able to hear it. But being right in front of the stop was very very useful. Also the host and the cleaning staff was very willing to help us when we needed to leave our luggage till late, and even kept our food in a fridge they had until our train left. I really can't say enough about this place. There is a reason there's no serious complaints or bad reviews for them. If you want a place to actually enjoy staying at and not just sleep in, at a really cheap price, this is it

• Morgan (9/5): An excellent base in Athens - Our host was brilliant, very easy check in and very communicative when I had any questions about the flat. The flat itself is very modern, very clean and has all the facilities you could need and more. We would highly recommend the flat. Our flight was at 11pm so we wanted a secure place to keep our luggage, our host provided an excellent solution with a locked cupboard in the apartment block. We are keen walkers, so although there is the ideally located tram stop outside the flat, we happily walked into the centre from the flat. It was about a 20 to 30 minute walk and flat, we love to walk and thought this was a good distance to be able to see the sights of Athens. The only thing we didn't like was the neighbourhood, we both felt a bit uneasy at times when getting back to the flat after dark. However, the apartment block and flat were very secure.

• Giulia (10/5): good value apartment close to the city centre - very well connected to the city center, clean, well equipped, nice instruction to check in, functioning washing machine and drier, good air conditioning, practical wardrobe nothing to complain about! the apartment is just on the ground floor so you might hear the sounds from the tram but the apartment is on a quite side street so it’s not so bad. it doesn’t have a balcony so don’t expect a romantic dinner with a nice view but these are details :) we were very happy
