• Shahid (2/5): Not very pleasant. Feel being cheated as I expected the cleaning will be refunded. - Broken attire cabinet. Broken door knob. Malfunction water heater. Hallway filled with water. There was a hidden charge. Display price is around RM170 but had to pay additional RM60 for cleaning fee eventhough I had make sure all rooms are clean before I left.
• Sarasvati (1/5): Nightmare stay - Nothing compare to my stay in twin tower residensi The unit was smelly due to clog drain in kitchen and toilet and door was broken. Despite complain the unit host brush it off and just ask us to close the kitchen door... Also we book 6 bed to stay and they provide 5 to stay and one mattress to sleep on floor with no bedsheet
• Yunisa (5/5): Passable - - host promptly reply msg - allow early check in when req to check in at 2pm - large house n lift is just infront of house - clear instruction coz the way to homestay is very confusing, host explain well in msg - very dusty and have a very bad smell during night n early morning - floor is not swept properly - utilities was not clean properly, food stain is on the pot - cleaner move the fridge frm one place to the other place, didnt clean the old place area,alot of dust n rubbish was on the prev place - saw cockroach carcass along the kitchen cabinet,wic is very old one, was nt clean properly - no mirror on room 2&3 - cannot lock balcony sliding door
• Yong (6/5): Pleasant - Pretty affordable for a one night stay with friends and the balcony view is pretty at night :) Had some trouble with the lift as I couldn't get down to other levels since there was something wrong with the key card. The place was not really clean as well and bedsheets were stained. The place lacks vibrance and deco but you get what you paid for

• Abu (9/5): Superb - Comfortable stay of high-rise 3 rooms + 2 bathroom with family Firstly the way to get to the room, no proper signage along the parking level. The access kad is not working as described & couldn't get to the room at 33rd floor, The wifi is not working & there's the smell comes from the kitchen
• Kavinmoly (8/5): Overall, it was a good value for the money, with a few navigational challenges. - -the house had1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and an additional single bed, comfortably accommodating more than 6 people. -this booking was a last-minute decision on my part, prompted by the cancellation of my initial reservation with another host. Despite my late inquiry at around 1 am, this host promptly responded. -stunning view from 33rd-floor. -wifi offered reliable high-speed connectivity. -bathrooms were spacious and clean. -provided two parking spaces. -the kitchen was well-equipped with electronics, including rice cookers, refrigerators, a washing machine, a stove. (I only used the washing machine, so I cannot provide feedback on the other appliances.) -finding the unit was a bit of a maze, with multiple lift lobbies. there's private lift for each 2 units if im not mistaken. -the parking lot had confusing directions. -it would be helpful if the host could provide clearer instructions or a video guide to finding the parking lot, lobby, and unit to avoid confusion. -the bathroom only had a head shower, and a hand shower would have been a nice addition.
• Norisza (9/5): Great stay with great price - Prompt reply from the owner. Easy self service check in/out system. Pool and gym facilities are top notch. Location nearby to shoplots and highways. Confusing to find the correct lift to the house at first. Need to read the instruction carefully.

• Serra (5/5): just nice - got netflix, nice from from the balcony, away from traffic, house is clean no mirror at both bathroom, fridge not cold even place bottle overnight, inside parking complicated (very confusing for 1st visit), walk distance from parking lot to entrance a bit far. more to building problem
• Azidacutie16 (8/5): Very good - The apartment is clean and the location is strategic. Many shops nearby The toilet is smelly, no hook in each toilet, hard to hang the towel. No mirror in every bathroom, no blinds in tne kitchen. One remote for the air conditioner is not functioning.
• Casey (5/5): Ok for none choosy travellers - The host is fast to response eventhough we arrived almost 12 midnight. I managed to sleep thru the night. Ample pillow provided WiFi is stable with netflix account. Double bed for all 3 bedrooms. 5 mins walk to speed mart. There's a burger stand in the evening The vast swimming pool with jacuzzi. 1) Host didn't provide proper instructions/direction to get to the unit knowing the compound n carpark is huge. It was a maze trying to get to the unit. With multiple lift lobbies. When we arrived then we realised that it was a personalised lift for each unit. 2) Fridge is not working. Host mentioned its out of gas. To me this is important which is why we chose airbnb style instead of hotels as I will buy frozen food to bring back home after check out. End up all my cold drinks became room temperature. 3) In booking, it was mentioned there's washing machine. And there's none. Not too important for me. 4) only 1 bathroom mat provided to be used for 2 toilets. 5) No hooks in toilet for us to hang out towels or clothes. And no mirror in master toilet. Husband has to change toilet just to shave. 6) bidet in master toilet is leaking badly. Informed host but it wasn't rectified during our 3 d 2 n stay. It was a disappointing stay even though the rating is showing as 9.0 (the main reason why we booked this unit)
