Roy (1/5): Absolutely terrible - I’ve paid for a room which I couldn’t stay in and it ruined my weekend as couldn’t attend my event - I never went. Luckily for me I called the hotel after receiving an email receipt and confirmation I was booked on Thursday 31/10/24 for Friday 01/11/24 When I called Friday the owner of the hotel said she had no rooms and was busy at work so couldn’t talk Absolutely shocking!!! Give me my money back I want a full refund and satisfaction as this ruined my whole weekend and couldn’t attend my event due to no hotel room. I will not be using this service again unless I’m compensated and I will put in a full complaint and tell everyone I know as a result of the shocking service and lack of response Thank you Nothing - I never went.
