• David (7/5): Enough for what we need, but far from being an 8. - Good space, two parking spots, not far from the city center, good heating system (only for bedrooms) Worst beds ever, noisy and are all single beds ! No space enough to sleep for two people, the beds are separated. No heating on the halls and in the toilets! There aren’t two toilets! Is just a wc separated and no sink ! It was dirty, I had to vacuum again.
• Saeed (5/5): Passable - The house consists of three rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen, according to the description... The house was not as clean as it should be. The mattresses and bed sheets were not clean and had a bad smell and we had to buy new sheets.. The bathroom was not clean as the towels were thrown on the floor indicating that the place was used before us and was not cleaned after that.. There were garbage bags thrown in front of the entrance to the house in addition to the internal and external garbage cans being full before I received the house.. Unfortunately, and may the host excuse me, I contacted him via the booking application and throughout my four days of stay I did not receive a response regarding my comments and I left the house and the external garbage is still in the vicinity of the house in its place.
• Szabolcs (9/5): Comfortable house in Graz for bigger families - The apartment is spacious, even 6 people can stay there without compromise. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. There are mosquito nets on all windows. The car can be parked in the buildings own garden. The area is a bit industrial, but the neighbors are all normal houses. Even if the road in front of the house is pretty busy, it is not disturbing since the bedrooms are on the other side of the house. The city centre is 10 minutes by car. It is not related to the apartment, but still it is good to know that there is no sidewalk on the road, so can't walk even to the closest shop which is a few hundred meters away.
