• Samya (7/5): Nice view. Big apartment. Staff no so friendly. Smell not good - It has a nice deck with a 180 degree view with view on the twin towers and city which is impressive. The apartment is big and there is aircon. Easy to take grab and visit the city. Not far. Communication with staff through whatsapp is great at any time. It’s a little bit complicated to find the staff to the room at first. Reception staff is not very friendly and very cold. They will ask for a deposit. Apartment smelled a little bit like humidity. The toilet / bathroom smelled like pee the whole stay it was horrible tbh. There was no breakfast option at this hotel since it’s a small apartment.
• PAULA (4/5): - Estaba todo muy bien cuidado La piscina parece una jungla llena de personas y no esta controlada por ninguna aforo . Los ascensores tardan un rato . Nuestra habitacion estaba en la planta 43 y se escuchaba muchisimo ruido por la noche , imposible dormir .

• Mark (7/5): Good apartment and location. - Very convenient for both Suria KLCC shopping and also near two underground stations so could get anywhere. Apartment was a good size and had everything you need except a safe. Pool was nice but none of the beds were in the sun. Good gym. It was noisy, even on 40th floor the traffic was loud and there was building work nearby which seemed to go on most of every night. There was no safe in the apartment.

Les dames de l’accueil en journée, on avait laissé notre 2eme carte sur le lecteur et à notre retour et passage du service de nettoyage elle avait disparue, on le signale directement à l’accueil qui prend attache avec le service de nettoyage et rien, et les dames en journée ne veulent rien entendre et nous disent que 300ringgit vont être retenu sur la caution, et de façon autaine en se foutant de nous. Heureusement la dame d’accueil de nuit a pu retrouver la carte chez le service de nettoyage, encore merci à elle d’avoir fait sont travail et nous éviter des frais injustifiés.

Beschimmelde, vieze kussens bij ligbedden bij het zwembad 6. Liften traag, soms sta je 10-15 min te wachten

• Krystian (10/5): Soweit gut Hotel super Personal bearbeitungsbedürftig ! - Es war alles super immer wieder gerne außer die Aussage Koffer holen wir in 5 min wir wollten essen noch vor unserem Flug aber das Personal schaffe es nicht auf die Reihe zu bringen das sie die Koffer wie es uns angeboten wurde nicht n 5 min holen das wir noch frühstücken gehen können auf Nachfrage bekamen wir eine Antwort 15-20 Minuten und ob wir ausgecheckt sind und ob wir unsere Kaution haben obwohl wir das alles schon erledigt haben das deutet darauf hin das das Personal nicht miteinander konzentriert. Schade . Naja dann fliegen wir hungrig . Ansonsten war es ok !!

• Larisha (7/5): - Loved the location, have booked at this hotel with Luma and never had any issues I didnt like the fact that the masterbedroom bathroom was flooding for days, microwave never worked and had to get a temporary and our rooms weren't cleaned everyday. I had to bother staff for cleaning and towels. They were so stingy with towels even though they got every single one back. Literally needed dry towels but had to exchange everytime or couldn't get fresh ones Also the elevators during certain peak hours are horrible

• Denis_FR1 (9/5): - Appartement très moderne, spacieuses, bien équipé. Piscine au dernier étage avec superbe vue sur les tours. Proximité du centre ainsi que des tours à 15 mn de marches. J'ai séjourné 4 nuits, et malgré que le nettoyage de l'appartement était prévu chaque jour, j'avais demandé le matin même qu'il soit nettoyé au 3 eme jour, cela n'a pas été fait malgré une confirmation.

The housekeeping schedule was also conveniently aligned with my preferred timings. While the soap dish did not fully meet expectations, the overall facilities were highly satisfactory. We recommend a more frequent replenishment of instant coffee supplies.

They don’t respond on WhatsApp or Booking.com, and if you forget something in your room, don’t expect to get it back. In our case, items went missing, which raises serious concerns about theft. Staff will say they’ll follow up via WhatsApp, but they never do. It feels like once you check out, they just want you gone and won’t help further. The lifts can take a very long time, and sometimes they don’t stop on your floor or are out of service. At times, we even had to use the service lift after waiting too long and our taxi got cancelled because of that.
