• Ela (4/5): - The area is beautiful, there are many hiking spots and sites in the area. The room looks new and clean. When we arrived we were surprised that a relative of the host lives in the house, and we would be sharing the kitchen with him. This was not told in advance. It was uncomfortable to use the kitchen when it is actively being used by someone who lives there. We had a small fridge in the winter garden but didn't have a kettle, so coffee was to be made in the kitchen, we chose not to have coffee in the morning to not disturb the person eating breakfast there. The heating in the room took a long time to take affect. I tried contacting the host, he responded after a while and said it works but just takes time. The shower was not ventilated at all, everything got wet with condensation after the showers and did not dry. The towels did not dry overnight. Opening a window wasn't great since it was very cold outside and also flies came in through the window. One time the water turned cold in the middle of the shower, and only warmed back up for the next shower after an hour. I tried contacting the host (it was past 10pm), he didn't answer text or call, he only responded the next morning by text, apologizing and saying they never had that problem before. Not helpful.
