How is possible they offer this hotel for tourists. the faucet of the sink and shower are rusty. The A/C unit was leaking, the bathroom was always with water in the floor. I killed like 10 mosquitos inside the room. The buffet was almost snacks and hamburger, nothing good. The pool looks dirty and unpainted areas... You should not offer this hotel to tourists please !!!

• Affef (8/5): Séjour Agréable - Le personnel est super gentil et aimable. la 2ème chambre que j'ai eu était largement meilleure à celle que j'avais. le restaurant était varié, on a même eu des réservations dans le restaurant à carte, c'était agréable. J'ai aimé la petite piscine qui était dans le 2ème volet de l'hôtel calme et propore. Dans la grande piscine, tous le monde avait des verres en main, ça risque de tomber dans la piscine, y'avait même une différence de couleur de l'eau entre les 3 piscine, il me semblait que la grande piscine n'était pas propore, je n'ai pas pu me baigner. je n'ai pas aimé aussi le fait que y'avait des bateaux de plaisance sur la plage, ça a carément faussé la belle vue.

The shower and restroom sink wouldn't drain the ceiling in the kitchen, collapse the downstairs toilet, and keep on leaking water. The restaurant only accommodates about 20 people at a time, and on line, they promote room service, and they dont have it, and at the buffet it was good but my baby tried to take a book od cereal to the room and they took it away from her I paid for the all inclusive so basically I pain for that food

For example the pasta served in the main dining facility lacked flavour, however this is completely different for the included specialty restaurants which were incredible.

We had to wait another hour to get our room and when we finally got it was the room eith 2 beds not one … they gave us only 2 towels snd didn’t want to give us any more … thrtr also should be somewhere open when people come back from clubs or something..

• Fabio (4/5): Don't fall for this trap, look for a hotel in the hotel zone - The only good things about our stay were the services of Mr. Ismael and Mr. Limón, who were super helpful and helped us with everything possible. One of the worst experiences we had in our travel lives. We were victims of false advertising. First, Booking.com showed one price, and when we went to pay at the front desk, they charged us $200 USD more (exchange rates never vary that much, but apparently they do for the hotel). We paid because we had just arrived and had nowhere else to go. Then, the room rental description stated that it would have a minibar and coffee maker. The coffee maker wasn't that important, but we rented this room specifically because of the minibar to store food and things for our daughter. When we arrived in the room, it had neither. I went to the reception with the PDF of the booking confirmation, and Mr. Elias Valderrama, the manager, was extremely rude, blamed Booking.com, and didn't resolve anything. He said that if I wanted to resolve anything, it was with Booking.com. To have a room with a minibar, we had to pay an additional $100 USD to have the minimum comfort for our daughter regarding her food. By the way, speaking of food, the restaurants always have the same food, especially the Mexican ones. The 'special restaurants' ask you to make a reservation, as if it were something different from the restaurant that's open all the time, but the food is the same. So, technically, you don't need to reserve anything because you're going to eat the same thing as in the regular restaurant.
• Phantom-008 (6/5): Well, if not for the room upgrade, I would have been upset. - I've got an upgraded room — which is super cool — thanks to Booking! The room was VERY BIG, and it was actually a living room, bedroom, and kitchen. I got a room on the 1st floor, and our beach was 100 feet away — super nice! The beach had just a few sun loungers, and there was seaweed everywhere in the water, making it really uncomfortable to swim and stay in. Also, there wasn’t much entertainment in the evening, ESPECIALLY for English speakers.

• Lauren (9/5): Water slides!!!!! - The water park is great for kids! The food was also really nice and plentiful, especially their ceviche. The beach is lovely, the staff are friendly, it’s perfect for a few days with kids. I’d definitely recommend, especially if you want to have more of a Mexican stay in Cancun compared to the hotel zone area - most of the guests were Mexican so it felt like you were in Mexico rather than just any kind of hotel with international tourists. It took us a few nights to get a safe in our room which was a bit of a pain as we’re travelling and working so we had laptops etc as well as passports, but it was sorted in the end!

They did not even had a pill for headache, whatever they sell on the boutique is way too e - The food was good, drinks on the all inclusive are cheap and not so good. Not as shown in the pictures, it lacks maintenance and it is not really close to the zone where the nice beaches are.

Very hard for people with disabilities to get around due to NO elevators !
• Claudia (2/5): Very disappointing experience - Food was good I had a very disappointing experience at *All Ritmo Resort*, and I cannot recommend it. **Rooms**: The room was old and outdated. The pictures on Booking.com were completely misleading, showing a spacious room with a kitchenette, which was nonexistent. **Amenities**: There were no towels for feet or hands provided, and no shower gel or shampoo either. I asked multiple times for these basic items, and while I was repeatedly promised they'd be delivered, they never were. **Activities**: The "yoga" session was a joke. It wasn’t yoga at all—just a random person doing stretches with no guidance on breathing, posture, or proper holding of positions. To top it off, I even had to ask for a mat because he was about to start without one. **Beach**: The sea near the resort was disappointing, as it wasn’t clean. It's located right in front of a small port for catamarans and various motorboats, which detracts from the experience. **Management & Service**: The management was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When we encountered an issue with our car battery dying, we asked for assistance from the reception and customer service. Instead of trying to help, offering advice, or even providing a phone number to call for assistance, they outright refused and told us to handle it ourselves. Their lack of sympathy was shocking, especially considering we were two travelers stranded in a foreign country without speaking the local language. **Dining**: Dinner reservations were an ordeal. You can only book on the same day, which is inconvenient. We went at 7:30 a.m. to book a dinner slot and were told the only available time was 7 p.m. Later, due to our car trouble, we asked to reschedule to 8 p.m., but they refused, claiming they were fully booked. However, when we arrived at 7 p.m., the restaurant was nearly empty the entire time we were there.
• Garcia (10/5): Excellent great stay will be back!! - I had booked a room and was looking for something closer to the beach was offered the help since before I got there by Kelly she was exceptionally awesome and the bus boy Kevin was amazing he made our stay even ever we didn't want to leave!Everyone was so nice with kindly manners and kept the place looking nice and sharp.Will be back soon and we will recommend this place to anyone traveling to Cancun!! The location is kinda far from everything else.In my opinion you guys should have transportation to and from the airport because taxi prices are WOW outrageously expensive.

The water park was fun with my family and we also really enjoyed the basketball court. The staff were all so nice and accommodating. The drinks got us drunkkkkkk. I loved the beds on the beach aswelll The shower didn’t run clean water, the water came out blackish/brown. We had to pay extra for premium drinks such as don julio, Malibu and absolute vodka which was annoying but i understand it is a 3 star hotel. The a/c caused the room to stink. The food was horrible didn’t enjoy any of it.

The beach is dirty, the cook don’t smile, they’re Not on time with the scheduled activities. Too many mosquitoes and flies why can’t they spray. They don’t have flies in Spain and USA. The wet market in Spain don’t even have flies. Your staff needs to smile more. You’re Inconsiderate that check out is 12 noon and lunch is 12 noon, in America they would let the guests eat. You said $15 a person if we wanna eat? Not worth it at all. Not a lot of food and foods are always the same, jeez!

• Bo (5/5): We left the staff because they were so helpful and friendly. The only thing that ruined it was seeing the cockroaches co - The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Which stayed for four nights. The third night we saw a big cockroach crawling in the dining area going under the couch. We managed to kill it, but the fourth there was also another big roach that came out.
• Mohsin (5/5): Not worth it at all. - Water slides. We stayed Six nights. Bad location (completely isolated. Surrounded by poor properties). Way too far from Hotel Zone and downtown. We had two rooms. Toilet choked in one of them. They changed our room after 24 hours. Then comes AC issues. You can imagine what happened when you ate at front desk with multiple complaints. The AC of other room broke after two days. Rooms and bathrooms are smelly. The sliding door towards balcony has poor insulation. Hence the air makes terrible sounds inside the room. We put towels and close that grove. This then limits our access to the balcony facing ocean. I would suggest pay couple of hundred dollars extra and stay in Hotel Zone. Couple of staff at front desk are mean and rude expedient Ismael. No entertainment especially at night. Completely dull night life at this resort. I see only one couple from USA. The rest are all locals. The beach is dirty, filthy and smelly. They have only one pool. The food is so so.

Check in and check out was nice and quick. Restaurant at the waterpark was nice and also the shows, especially the Michael Jackson show. I felt discriminated at the snack bar. I ordered fries an could count the it as it barely covered bottom of the plate whilst other got a heaped plate full. I wondered if I was a bird. Also I didn't like that I couldn't take things like yogurt or box of cereal out of the restaurant nor was there any takeaway. The international al la carte restaurant was nice but our server wasn't very friendly. Airport is approximately 40 mins drive an not 26 mins as stated on the web.
• Katherine (1/5): do NOT come here !! - First of all, Booking.com messed up my reservation. I booked for 3 travelers but booking.com sent a confirmation for 1 traveler to the resort. I found out at the moment of check in, in another country after an international flight. Hotel front desk staff had no mercy and no sympathy, had absolutely no intention to work with me or help me. All they cared was for me to pay for 2 additional travelers on the spot with whatever amount the resort demands. Had my cash stolen from my wallet in my room. After I reported to the resort, they searched all my suitcases, my family member’s suitcases, every corner of the room, personal belongs, every piece my clothing including all my underwear and socks, trying to find out where I had hidden the cash before I reported it stolen. I finally asked them to stop and just abandoned my report. Tiny nonexistence beach, full of seaweed and very dirty, not useable at all. Maintenance issues: broken window lock; window shakes in strong wind; bathroom door does not lock; shower curtain poor design, water gets to the floor everywhere; door deadbolt near impossible to work with. Pool tiny, closes at 8pm daily. Pool towels require depositing ID. Water park does not open every day. Gym very small, equipment not safe to use. Game room gives people the crappy hard plastic paddles for the ping pong table and refuses to let people use the nicer rubber paddles they stocked up behind the counter. Only given 2 bath towels in the room, some days no towels at all, never a hand towel, have to ask extra towels every day. Pillows extremely firm uncomfortable. Buffet food horrible, made with cheap materials, not very fresh, under cooked, coffee diluted to almost taste like water, caused us stomach problems that we had to buy their super expensive Pepto Bismol from the resort shop. Checkout has to be before noon. They cut off your wrist bands at check out so you cannot use the facility once you check out. Resort is located in middle of nowhere.

• Eduardo (3/5): Just go there to sleep and breakfast, and only if you speak Spanish. - Good breakfast. Large rooms. The rooms are old, frequently with bugs, power plugs out of location, the mattresses are dirty, the torrents never close completely, there is no ceiling light and the bed sheets were always put reversed (blanket down). The private beach is very poor with lots of rocks, stones and vegetation, and part of the promenade is shielded with wood. The employees could not agree between them on the opening times of the swimming pool. The bar would close at midnight and then there is nothing to do in the hotel. Once the duty officer stated me that this is a Spanish, non-English, speaking hotel, so I would have to speak Spanish with the employees. There is a brass piece in the marina next to the hotel that keeps on knocking the whole night (not the hotel's fault), really annoying and easily keeps you awake. Given the amount of children in the swimming pool, its bar could serve healthier drinks, like natural juices, etc. It is almost impossible to eat comfortable in the outside meal area given the amount of crows trying to pick up your food.
• Basel (1/5): Worst resort I’ve ever visited - The beach was the only good thing about this property! - Bad staff, we made a complain to booking.com and they didn’t do much as well. - reality is different from the promised and picture. - we asked for Balcony chairs but they said we don’t have chairs, not even plastic - Food was bellow average - Staff were rude and unhelpful - the sea was not safe, we asked the staff and they said the red flag was because of the ships and it the rough see, they were wrong and they didn’t apologise. This was a serious problem.

Booked a king, but got two doubles and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Bathroom was dirty, beds were uncomfortable. Everyday they took towels, but didn’t leave new ones. Food was just ok- don’t bother booking at the restaurants, especially with kids. Long wait for food and small portions.

• Alexander (4/5): Ok place if you're traveling on a budget - The employees were mostly friendly and helpful. The food was okay. The beach is generally well-maintained, and the property was not overcrowded. The room I stayed in, 313A (junior suite with sea view), appeared very old and had rusty appliances. Next to my room was another with a Jacuzzi, causing loud disturbing noise whenever it was in use. To my complaint to the front desk, I was told it was "normal noise". Additionally, from around 2 am to at least 6 am, there was a constant vibrating noise, resembling a large laundry machine or similar equipment running. There was no table on the balcony. No room service. There was only one gift shop on the premises with no alternative within a few miles offering some souvenirs, snacks and water (sunscreen that would cost you $10USD in the US was sold there for about $30USD).

• Chartrand (4/5): Very disappointed over all and would not recommend. - The room was large, clean and very big, but the fridge in the room was never filled as mentioned when in booking the trip. Location was far from everything, and pools were mostly for children. One pool had a walk up bar but was not used. The beach was fairly clean but a lot of sea weed so very little people went in the water. Language barrier, service at all areas were poor except door service. Food was ok, but not much variety, and ran out of things quickly. Location, pools, and not much to do or see on this resort. Water park was great but across the road, and again poor service there as well.

Food was not that good, they reuse things from last meal.. very boring and also same thing over and over.. you’re going to eat chicken legs and drums everyday day and cheap pork meat… also the snacks are burger and hot dogs, not 100% meat… cleaning is bad, they dont give you enough towels and they charge you for extra cleaning fee. one of your kids had nose bleeding and we accidentally got the sheets dirty!!?!?! They charged us $70 dólares for that!!!!! Do not recommend at all!!!!!

• Singer (8/5): A very different kind of all-inclusive - Our 3 kids (5, 7 and 10) were entertained the entire time. Which is pretty much all that matters. The other guests were lovely too. 90% were Mexican families, so it's a much different (and more interesting) environment than you'd get at other all-inclusives in Cancun. We were the only American family in the whole place! We had a Marina View Suite, and the location was incredible - right on the sand, looking out at the sailboat marina. Food is so-so. But once you figure out where the good salsas are, every meal can be good.

• Rob (9/5): We really enjoyed the stay. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Views from the rooms were great. - The receptionist Kelly was really welcoming and friendly. The Michael Jackson show was cool. Our 2 year old daughter had a great time dancing along. The beach is great. The pool is ideal for toddlers. The water park was also great for our 2 year old although older kids probably get more out of it. There wasn't a coffee shop. The coffee in the restaurant was fine, but it'd be great if they offered espressos or iced coffees. Somewhere that opens early in the morning to offer these kinds of drinks.

Breakfast was my favorite. I loved that we can play sports. Super fun! The only thing I wish is longer pool time available. I think 8pm is too soon.

The restaurants don't have variety, and they close, so if it is all inclusive you should ve able to eat when you are hungry, if you are late then you sleep hungry.

The beach is nice, but there are small rocks at the front part where u get in. it's also very close to the yacht port, which is nice for the views, but maybe not so much for polution of the water

The food was lack luster and the amount of taxes on everything was ridiculous. The staff was not responsive when calling the front desk and asking for needed items. The did not have washcloths and all the beds and linens were hard. The bed was horrible. I want a refund. The hot tub didn't work and the "entertainment" catered to those who were fluent in Spanish. A definite never again. Who still uses keys and not key cards?

Restaurant schedule is inconvenient. breakfast doesn’t start until 7 am (so you’re likely to miss it if you have a tour) and lunch isn’t until 1 pm. The funny gap between 11 am and 1 pm is what people USUALLY like to have lunch, but the restaurant isn’t open during that time. Customer Service can also be improved: I tried to contact them for airport shuttle via Booking, they told me to email them; I did, but no reply. I ended up going through other processes to get airport transportation.

Our complaints  - not getting WiFi when we arrived. Someone else had to call the front desk to arrange it for us. That was at the shop - Daniel, who works for the travel agency in the hotel, got mad because we didn't take his offer - Last morning of our stay the room 241A got filled with water, and there was a whole puddle surrounding the bedroom. My friend Jaimie De Luna woke up and almost busted her head falling.
