• Julia (8/5): Es hat uns gefallen und wir würden die Wohnung weiter empfehlen! - Modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche alles was man braucht: Kaffeemaschine incl. Kapseln, Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln, Toaster, Wasserkocher… Gute Lage: Strandnähe, Bus Haltestelle und Supermarkt sehr nah! Die Wohnung ist von der Lage gut und ruhig gelegen, kein Verkehrslärm, trotzdem hellhörig zu den anderen Wohnungen. Obwohl es ein ruhiges Haus ist.

• S. (8/5): - Die Lage ist ideal. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, genauso wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

• Houshang (9/5): Everything was great(location, …) - Everything was great. There was construction going on in one of the units in the building and it was very noisy in the mornings.
• Scheliga (10/5): 2 Minutes away from the rambla de poble and very well located, very clean and comfy - We arrived a bit earlier than expected, but Nadia made sure we could enter and was very friendly and helpful.

• Ai (10/5): Exceptional - It was a very good stay. There is a bus stop nearby (1 minute walk), making it very easy to access. Also, a supermarket was a 1 minute walk away. And since it was on the first floor, it was a nice surprise to be able to go outside right away. We arrived at Barcelona Airport at 12:00, but we were able to check in early at 1:00pm. Also, my check-out was early in the morning, but they accommodated me the day before. They were very flexible, which was very helpful. thank you very much.
• Toudi (10/5): Perfect location, clean, comfortable place. - Location - 5 minutes to seaside, 5 minutes to street with many food option, 15 minutes to nearest metro station Flat located on low ground floor - people walking on streets can look to your kitchen:)
• Pam (10/5): Loved our stay, location was perfect for beach and public transport to sites - We loved our stay here! My husband and I, and two teens loved the location! It's a 5min walk to the beach and right off Rambla del Poblenou for all the amenities, lively restaurants, and grocery stores, yet as soon as you walk towards the apartment it is very quiet (we brought ear plugs and did not need them). The apartment itself is just as beautiful as the description and photos show. Lilia sent a very detailed note a week before arrival and the property managers Nadia and Taras were also a pleasure to deal with and made arrival easy. Public transportation from here is very efficient and we always had multiple options to go to the sites and get back home. And we were relieved to be away from the hoards of tourists in the Gothic Quarter and explore Poblenou, where it felt safe and with locals. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is awesome. I would highly recommend this apartment!
