• San Jose (10/5): Perfectly clean and easy accommodation with amazing space and excellent experience - Everything was well thought of, it was an excellent experience in Athens thanks to the very accommodating owner of this property. From breakfast and other facilities, it was all carefully planned and arranged for us. Cleanliness was top notch. It was spacious and complete with equipment needed. It was also easy and comfortable to communicate with the property manager, he was always polite and respectful, very accommodating and considerate of guests. I will definitely come back and recommend everyone to stay here.

• Nikolaidis (10/5): Ευχάριστη διαμονή - Άνετο, καθαρό, ανακαινισμένο! Σε βολική θέση για συγκοινωνίες. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Το πρωινό πλουσιοπάροχο. Μεγάλο μπαλκόνι.. Το σπίτι είναι φωτεινό. Η θέα δεν είναι κάτι ιδιαίτερο, βλέπει στο δρόμο και στην απέναντι πολυκατοικία. Η εσωτερική ηχομόνωση δεν είναι επίσης ιδιαίτερα καλή.. ο θόρυβος από τον δρόμο αναμενόμενος λόγω περιοχής.

• Apolonio (10/5): Very good place to stay, I would recommend it.. - Breakfast is great, well organized, more than expected for. The room and bathroom are clean and well prepared. Easy access to the Metro. Sometimes it’s a little bit noisy because of the cars and buses accelerating..

Demetreos is very good and polite host Someone broke our car's window over the night. If you come here with car, park in secured park area. This neighborhood doesnt like tourist car on the street :)

• Brenda (9/5): Good, I felt safe as a solo female traveller and felt at home in the flat. - Flat itself was well appointed, clean , homely and modern.I requested and got decaff coffee and it was Starbucks Nespresso with the machine. Also breakfast was varied and enough. Carrot juice left for breakfast. Got my own juice. I stayed 4 nights. It would have been nice to have had a 3rd day clean, to empty toilet and kitchen bins and change bath mat, used every day.

• Mark (10/5): Highly recommended! - This apartment is newly renovated- very modern and luxurious, especially the bathroom! It is very conveniently located close to the Larissa Metro station. Items were provided for you to make your own breakfast as well. I did not feel like I was on vacation; I feel as though I lived in Athens for a few days. Demetreos was a great host and assisted us with any questions or minor issues we had. This place is highly recommended.

• David (9/5): Great place to stay with a family - Home feel environment, there is everything you need. Also it is a great location near the train station and subway. The neighborhood is not for the tourists, you may say it is a downside, however, I experienced that it is even great. We live and eat like local Greek people. There are great restaurants nearby for the local people with a good price and delicious food such as Tasty Corner. None, just suggest to add a rule for the guest, shutdown windows to the balcony to prevent heat during the summer while shutdown the airconditioning whenever guests are not in the room. It will save energy and protect our environment.
• Serjior (8/5): Very good - It was clean and in a good position very close to the metro. We were not allowed to use the washing machine and the coffee was just enough for the a coffee in the morning
• Nuala (10/5): Fantastic location, modern apartment with brand new features, brilliant breakfast provided - Breakfast meats, eggs, bread, butter, marmalades, water, orange juice etc were provided which was more than enough. The apartment was extremely clean, water in shower was already pre heated, locks on front door were excellent so we felt very safe inside this apartment. The owner was very easy to contact, he responded to a call/text instantly. 10/10 can’t fault the apartment. We liked absolutely everything, exceeded expectations.

• Viktória (9/5): Superb - Breakfast - they provided the ingredients in the fridge and the cupboards. There was bread, ham, cheese, eggs, milk, jam and cereals. Very simple, but sufficient and convenient. It was enough until the end of our stay. Demetrios was quick to reply when we had any questions. The location was easy to travel from to places, metro and trains are close. The flat is in a bit of a noisy area - there is a steep uphill one-way street where cars need to exhilarate and so they make more noise. There is also a bus stop in front of the building. Nothing critical, and at night it was not bad at all - just something to bear in mind for future travellers.

Apartment on a residential area. Bread, ham and cheese for breakfast. Apartment clean and well presented. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Apartment within residential area. Stay to main streets, we took a smaller street and saw a man injecting another man with drugs. Not able to sit out on veranda as apartment on a very noisy road.

• Riham88 (9/5): Superb - Apartment is close to the metro station and not so far from the center advertised breakfast was "do it yourself" style. Ham and cheese supply was enough for one breakfast even though we stayed three nights. There were also eggs, cereal, milk, jam and butter... At the end we did not mind too much as our preference was anyway to have breakfast in the center in one of many wanderful Greek Cafes. And price for the stay was good enough even without the breakfast.
