• David (8/5): Lovely - The apartment was spacious and lovely, the kitchen facilities were great and there were some herbs and spices, oil, sugar, coffee etc so that saved us going too crazy in the lidl around the corner. The TV had lots of netflix/youtube etc, iron and ironing board, plenty of towels and extra bedding, books The smaller bedroom had a plug socket by the foot of the bed and no heating, so wasnt ideal but the occupant seemed not to mind too much, especially as there were additional blankets The location is pretty grim, lots of druggies and homeless on the corners but we were a group of 4 so never intimidated The 4 flights of stairs seem to just keep going, so if you are in anyway out of shape I'd avoid, we were a party of 39, 36, 20 and 18 and we had to stop on the landings to rest in between floors For a design apartment I was expecting a little more, it was nice, but still felt basic - plastic plants, cheap wall art, ikea style tiny rugs made it feel a bit basic, but I can imagine they've had breakages and theft of items so maybe these were a compromise

• G.J.G. van (5/5): Okay, maar niet direct voor herhaling vatbaar - Inzet van de host om problemen met geluidsoverlast op te lossen De eerste paar dagen ernstige geluidsoverlast van de benedenburen. Daarna regelmatig ‘s nachts laat pogingen de hoofddeur van het appartementsgebouw te forceren om binnen te komen wat tot veel geluidsoverlast leidde. Ging niet om de deur van ons appartement maar om de deur van het hoofdgebouw. Vermoedelijk om te schuilen tegen de kou?

• Martin (8/5): Zentral gelegen, großzügig und unkompliziert - ideal für einen Berlin-Aufenthalt - Sehr unkomplizierter Check-in: Alle Informationen kamen vorab per Mail (auch wann die Wohnung betreten werden kann), dank Schlüsselbox komplett kontaktlos möglich - sehr geräumige Wohnung mit angenehmer Aufteilung, separatem Essbereich, gemütlichen Schlafcouches und geschmackvoller Dekoration - bequeme, nicht durchgelegene Betten, schnelles und stabiles WLAN sowie gut funktionierende Heizungen - gute, zentrale Lage: ca. 300m vom Kottbusser Tor entfernt, dennoch spürbar außerhalb der eigentlichen Problemzone; Supermärkte und ÖPNV (Bushaltestelle ca. 60m) in direkter Nähe Der Vorhang als Raumtrennung zwischen den beiden Doppelbetten in einem Schlafzimmer ist etwas ungewohnt - ein fester Raumteiler wäre angenehmer - Badezimmer direkt hinter der Küche gelegen, was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist - Fernseher in den Schlafbereichen nur mit Internetempfang, kein klassisches TV-Programm
• Marie (7/5): - Rent, rymligt, bra sittplatser, bra wifi, sköna sängar, ganska välutrustat kök. Vår lägenhet hade inte 3 sovrum som uppgivits. Ett av de 2 sovrummen var bara avdelat med ett draperi. Det gjorde att en av oss fick sova i vardagsrummet, där hördes mycket trappljud. Vi bodde på första våningen, lgh 101, och det var även mycket ljud från källarlokalen under. Superhög musik med stark bas. Borden skallrade :) Vi fick fel nyckel i vår låsbox men det ordnades genom ett telefonsamtal. Lite svårt med kommunikationen dock, personalen på plats var hjälpsam men talade ingen engelska.

• Katja (7/5): Für Kurzaufenthalt in Ordnung - Moderne Einrichtung Zentrale Lage zur U-Bahn Bei Ankunft nicht alle Betten vorbereitet obwohl Personenanzahl gemeldet. Nach Anruf mussten Sofas selbst ausgeklappt und bezogen werden. Dabei sind Socken und Rechnung vom vorherigen Gast zum Vorschein gekommen. Toilettenpapier (eine angefangen Rolle für 9 Personen) hat genau für den ersten Abend gereicht, kein weiteres stand bereit. Zwei Töpfe waren nicht induktionsfähig - nicht nutzbar. Trotz Nachfrage vor Anreise, gab es die Auskunft es gäbe keinen Backofen. Der war dann aber doch vorhanden. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Bad sehr klein, wenn man mit sehr vielen Personen reist (in unserem Fall 10 Personen). Umfeld sehr durchwachsen - UBahnhof Kotbusser Tor eher zu meiden vorallem mit Kindern

• Taylor (7/5): - The apartment was nice and spacious with comfy beds and nice rooms. The shower should be fixed. It was scolding hot and impossible to adjust. They should also be more clear about the apartment being on the 4th floor with no elevator.

• Tudor (8/5): - Very comfy and nice, the inside of the apartment was very good, I had a great time, INSIDE! The area is just awful, lots of drug addicts and criminals, syringes everywhere and the whole area smells like weed. Lots of crimes and violence at the nearby metro station.
