- Ann (9/5): We would definitely stay again if going back to Rome and would happily recommend the property - The property was in a lovely location just a short walk to the Termini and was in a quiet little courtyard. There were restaurants and cafes within a 2-3 minute walk. it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay

- Janet (5/5): Had a great time in Rome - Location was perfect Toilet only flushed occasionally and had to use a bucket to flush it, awkward to get in bed on mezzanine floor
- Ahmet (3/5): Too bad! - Nothing It was an incredibly dirty house. There were garbage cans at the garden door where we entered the room, and even inside the apartment itself, and it smelled very bad. The air conditioning in the room was inadequate. It was more like a warehouse than a room anyway. The air conditioning could have been turned on before we arrived. We couldn't cool the room down in the already very hot weather. We even went outside to breathe. A worm came out of the shower while I was taking a shower. The toilet flush wasn't working properly. It was like you had to wait 24 hours for it to fill with water. Its only advantage was that it was very close to the station.
- Rania (10/5): Roma vacation - The loft location is so convenient, the loft has all the amenities that make your accommodation comfortable. The neighborhood is safe. The host is responsive and easily to communicate with.
Just need to clarify that, The 2 beds in the loft area are not queen size beds they are twin. Nothing.
- Parkinson (3/5): Poor - Clean and cool looking Largely impractical. Upstairs "room" had no door and glass walls, so no privacy. Toilet hardly ever flushed properly. Cupboards in places where you bang your head a lot. Arrival instructions were very complicated. We were instructed to find a small box,in a room full of small boxes! When we eventually located the keysafe and entered the code, there was no key. Could not persuade the owner that we found and opened the keysafe. He kept telling us the code. It turned out that the cleaner had the key, and we had to go away for a further 30 minutes which turned out to be 45 . Why doesn't the cleaner have a separate key? Pretty pissed off when we finally got in.
- Kiril (8/5): Very good - Great Location , value for money is very good.
- Cotne (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (8/5): This is a perfect base to explore Rome from - The location was perfect! So close to The Termini that getting there was simple! It was a little cold.
- Chantelle (9/5): Superb - Is in the centre area next to the rome terminal. Nothing
- Kristine (9/5): Clean, quiet, and safe apartment in a convenient location to Termini. - We were a little unsure as to which button to push to get entry through the first door (the label was slightly different). Giovani responded right away with a quick video on entering, which then made it straight forward. I had some initial trouble figuring out the keys in the locks, but quickly became accustomed to it. The apartment was very clean and as described. It was a quiet location, felt very safe, and had good restaurants within a block. I appreciated having plenty of towels, excellent AC, an assortment of teas available, and paper towels for the kitchen. Some brief instructions on using the stove would have been helpful. I wasn't sure how to light it, but didn't really need it, so didn't bother to ask about it. I didn't see any shampoo or conditioner, but luckily we had our own. An additional roll of toilet paper would be nice for longer stays, but we had just enough.
- John (8/5): Close to public transportation, nothing fancy but worked for our needs. - I liked how close the property was to termini station. There was ample room though parts of the main floor you had to duck so not to hit your head on the loft area. It has air conditioning which was nice when the temperature outside hit the 90s. We were told there were 3 queen beds in the listing, but the apartment only has 1 queen bed. There were 2 twin beds in the loft area. I felt a little deceived from that listing. It was also not stocked well to start out our stay, so we had to request more toilet paper, which they delivered by the end of the day.
- Christine (6/5): Basic accommodation close to central station - Located close to railway station.
Basic, but generally adequate, given it's in a big city. Awkward kitchen space and mezzanine. Needed to watch low overhang from mezzanine encroaching on head space, particularly when accessing kitchen cupboards and fridge. Couldn't stand up in most of kitchen (because of mezzanine) and some of upstairs area.
Difficult to comfortably access beds on mezzanine, but once in bed, they were comfy.
Noise from neighbours very evident.
Smelly bathroom.
Unattractive entry into courtyard access to property(through rubbish collection area).
Kitchen not well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment.
Wet teatowels from previous rental/s in filing cabinet in kitchen.
Dark inside during day - needed lights on. Curtains weren't sufficient to block out light at night.
- Олег (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need and a well-equipped kitchen. Excellent location, from where you can reach anywhere in Rome in a few minutes, there is a metro station and a train station nearby. Very hospitable and friendly owner.
- Dominik (9/5): Superb - Sometimes it was too noisy outside. Apart from that 10/10.
- Alina (10/5): Perfect accommodation for your stay in Rome! - Very nice and clean apartment, it can accommodate up to 4 people. Well-equipped kitchen, good location, close to Termini station, excellent communication with the host. I recommend!! -
- Anonymous (8/5): Great location - Location Not having 2 separate bedrooms
- Cesar (10/5): Outstanding original & safe loft in the center of everything in Rome. - Wonderful, very creatively arranged & efficient loft was everything we needed & more. It’s location on the ground floor courtyard was both very easy to access & also very safe behind 3 locking doors & gates that are kept closed & locked by all residents at all times. The loft was clean, excellently laid out, with a surprising amount of privacy in a shared space. The loft has an impressive amount of hot water that stays hot & high pressure in the attractive shower. Roberto, the owner stopped by to deliver delicious grapes & wildflower honey from his house. The location near Termini station could not possibly be better. Everywhere to see & experience in Rome seems to be within walking distance of this location. What’s not to like? Everything was wonderful and cozy so it’s hard to imagine anything bad. I would recommend having an extra set of keys if 2 or more guests are staying. I one person wants to step out for a minute, they have to lock the other person into save or leave doors open to anybody off the street.
- Csabreu (10/5): Cosy apartment to visit Rome - Nice and comfortable apartment. Very well located for exploring Rome. Very close to the Termini Station (2-3 min by foot) from where one can transit virtually to every part of Rome, by metro or bus. Kitchenette equipped with all that's necessary for cooking at home. Availability of a washing machine and laundry detergent, a really welcomed and needed asset due to the high heat of Rome in summer. Expect to sweat a lot when visiting the many attractions in Rome in the summer and if you are travelling with limited bag space, like with carry-on luggage for a whole week, one T-shirt/shirt per day won't be sufficient unless you feel OK to go out with sweat stained clothes. The fridge could be bigger, with a separated freezing compartment. There was a lot of ice formed in the upper compartment, which made difficult to store frozen food for several days. Lack of microwave which would be more practical to heat milk/beverages for breakfast than the gas stove. If you are tall like me, one needs to be careful when waking in the morning to avoid hitting the ceiling, since the main bedroom is of the mezzanine type. Nonetheless, it was a question of getting used to it after a couple of days.
