• Sylvain (10/5): Tres bon emplacement - L’emplacement ! Idéalement placé pour visiter tous les lieux touristiques à pied. Appartement assez spacieux pour 4. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Très bonne communication avec l’hôte. Salle de bain très vieillotte, manque de rangements pour nos affaires de douches. Les joints de la porte de douche est tres sale. Le lit canapé est un peu confortable. Grande chambre avec grand placard.

• PAULA (9/5): Apartamento céntrico y acogedor. - La ubicación excelente, a dos minutos de la Plaza de Espagna y 5 de la Fontana di Trevi. También muy cerca de la estación de metro Barberini. El piso era muy calentito. Solo le pondría una lámpara encima de la mesa central del comedor. Había poca luz.
• ORQUERA (9/5): - El alojamiento es muy lindo y comodo para cuatro personas Esta muy bien ubicado, se puede ir caminando al Coliseo Romano y a las distintas Iglesias, Plazas y fuentes. La Fontana di Trevi queda a tres cuadras lo que permite ir en horarios poco concurridos y disfrutar tranquilamente de esa hermosa fuente. La limpieza excelente y muy bien equipado. Ropa de cam, toallas y toallones en perfecto estado. Sin dudas muy recomendable. Volveriamos. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la heladera pero el dueño tuvo un muy buen gesto en compensación Lo que fue muy apreciado.

The apartment was spacious and gracious and comfortable. It has now spoiled us for other locations

• Vergnano (10/5): Volveremos ahí cuando vayamos a Roma - Excelente departamento , silencioso, buena ubicación cerca de todo , hicimos todo a pie a 15/20 minutos de todo , excelente el estado del departamento . La señora que nos recibió súper amable. Nada, un día no funcionó el ascensor pero al otro día se solucionó , si hubo algo para poner como negativo pero considero que no tiene que ver con el departamento en si .

• Piotr (10/5): Idealne miejsce na wypad do Rzymu - Lokalizacja to największy atut tego apartamentu. Można w 30-40 minut na piechotę dotrzeć do najważniejszych zabytków Rzymu i Watykanu. Ma to kluczowe znaczenie gdyż autobusy jeżdżą bez rozkładu i po prostu przychodzi się na przystanek i czeka. Okolica bardzo spokojna nie zauważyłem niebezpiecznych osób i zdarzeń. To kamienica elegancka. Apartament ma swój klimat czy też vibe jak teraz młodzi określają. Ma bardzo dobre dźwiękoszczelne okna i można spokojnie spać przy zamkniętych oknach bo gwar miasta nie jest dokuczliwy. Ale przy otwartych oknach spać już się nie da bo jest za głośno. Czasami też po nocy lub po powrocie w dzień czuje sie zaduch łazienkowy, (nie mylić ze smrodem). Na szczęście jest wentylator który wszystko niweluje ten mankament.
• Julie (9/5): Great weekend break, very welcoming host - Locations was excellent, very close to the metro and Trevi Fountain. Air conditioning was very welcome in the heat. Well equipped and very friendly host. There was nothing we really didn’t like. If I had to be critical it would be that the furniture was more dated than the pictures portrayed but this didn’t bother us.

• Yasin (1/5): Bad - Location If you want a clean and safe place to stay – avoid this apartment! We stayed here for four nights, and it was a terrible experience. • The apartment was dirty, smelled bad, and had a strong musty odor inside. The bathroom had a horrible, unbearable smell. • The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. It felt neglected and unhygienic. • On top of that, we were charged an extra €45 just for checking in at night, even though they didn't informed us about exact fee amount beforehand. • The worst part: we accidentally left my wife’s brand-new evening dress in the apartment – a special outfit for an important occasion. We called the same evening to inform them, but they claimed there was nothing in the room and told us we must have taken it and lost it ourselves. When we kept asking them to double-check, the person in charge of rentals became aggressive and even threatened to report us to the police! Absolutely awful experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a clean, safe, and honest stay in Rome.

• Au (10/5): good and comfortable stay - The host was very friendly, kind and responsive. She recommended us places to visit and eat when we checked in and responded to my messages even late at night. The stay was very convenient and within walkable distance to Fontana di Trevi and some other attraction places. Besides, it is also walkable to metro or bus stations where we can conveniently take to central or other attraction place. Will definitely Come back again when I visit Rome next time :) The toilet door didn't have a lock so may be inconvenient for groups with mixed gender.

• Natalie (7/5): Excellent place to stay and great facilities but just needs a couple of things sorted out. - Good location and facilities.Very helpful host who shared her knowledge of Rome with us. The Aircon unit in the bedroom leaks water on the floor and the shower head leaks too.
• Jerry (10/5): Great location - Very nice apartment and in great location near the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. The host provided us with a ton of information about the recommendations for sightseeing and for places to see and do and good places to eat. Wish I had more time in Rome.

Washing machine was very helpful and AC was super strong, great for July heat. A shower caddy would be a good little addition. Definitely would recommend:) Nothing
• Therezinha (9/5): It’s not perfect but I recommend. - First of all, the location. It has elevator. The bed and sofa are comfortable. Silence is good to sleep The bathroom could be more clean, with more lights. The table at dinner room had dust.

The sofa was not comfortable at all for sleeping I highly recommend rhe sofe to be replaced, as this is the only thing we did not like in the apartment.

• Xin (9/5): Highly recommend for a group of friends! - It is very affordable and accessible :) the staff was very friendly and really explained on how to check in and self check out and how to use the facilities such as the wifi, the Netflix and the sofa bed etc. She also made the effort to provide the transportation details to nearby tourist attractions. The staff was also nice to allow us to check out at a later time. The place was very clean and cozy and both beds were very big and comfortable It would be good to have a full body length mirror :) the pillows were a little too soft

• Sid (9/5): Nice, comfy apartment near the Spanish steps. - The location is the best part - the property is located in a quiet street about 200 meters from Piazza de Spagna. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and most of the tourist spots in Rome are within 1.5 km, perfect for exploring on foot. The apartment itself is quite nice and spacious. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, washing machine and fridge, and of course utensils, cutlery etc. The bedroom is nice and airy and the bed is quite comfortable. A vacuum cleaner would be a nice addition. We were there for 7 nights and having one would have helped.

• Zoe (8/5): Very good - Perfect location! Only 20 minutes walk to the colosseum and 5 minutes to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps! Lovely clean apartment! WiFi was brilliant and double bed in bedroom was very comfy! Could do with some hand rails up the first flight of stairs before you get to lift. My mum found it difficult having a bad hip to walk up them! Sofa bed was very very noisy! Shower head wouldn't stay in position easily and only one mirror in the bathroom. Would have been nice to have one in the bedroom. Apart from that we had a lovely stay 😀

• Jennifer (3/5): A great location, but not value for money. The bathroom problem affected my whole Rome experience. - The location was perfect for our Rome stay. We were not visiting the Vatican this time so nearly everything was within walking distance for us, or an inexpensive taxi ride. The wi-fi was great and the living area spacious and bright. The bed was comfortable. General cleanliness was not a problem. The bathroom smelt dreadful. I think that the shower lacked a p-trap or whatever is required to stop the sewerage smell returning back through the pipes. There was a constant need for lots of smell disguising chemicals to be used. It really spoilt the whole apartment, which was very disappointing given that a premium is being paid for location. The apartment had all the necessary appliances, but no pods/powder for the washing machine, lots of pots and pans but no useful cooking utensils only knives and forks, and the only mirror was the over-basin one in the smelly bathroom.

• Jean (7/5): Central location perfect for sightseeing - Excellent central location, shops, restaurants, cafes and bars all around, all major sight seeing venues within walking distance. Agent for property (Inmara) was fantastic, spent a lot of time and effort pointing out places to visit, restaurants, bars etc. and arranged a taxi to collect us take us back to the airport, cant praise her highly enough. Although property was slap bang in the middle of everything it was quiet at night. Clean comfortable bed Lounge / kitchen area is nothing like photographs shown online. Bathroom desperate for a deep clean, especially the shower. Kitchen, borderline clean, no kettle ? had to boil water in a pan! - Stained and chipped mugs (we went out and bought 2 mugs to use) Lounge furniture a bit tired
• Christiana (9/5): We had an amazing time at the perfect location in Rome!! - Excellent location, very clean, comfortable and at a very good price. The host was very very friendly, polite and helpful. 🙂🙂 There was nothing that we didn't like. Just a small recommendation concerning the lighting and the air-condition. There was no light in the bedroom only two small lampshades next to the bed. The air-condition in the living room should be checked as the fan for the cold air was not powerful enough even at the turbo mode.
