• Rasool (1/5): Bad - The behavior of the property owner was extremely rude and irresponsible. We were not provided with Wi-Fi, and when we asked about it, we were told that the router was inside a locked box and they did not have the key to access or fix it. As someone who works remotely, this caused serious problems for me—I was unable to do my job throughout the entire stay due to the lack of both Wi-Fi and mobile signal. Furthermore, the ceiling in the dining area was leaking water heavily during the rain. The leak was so severe that water accumulated on the floor and even reached the bottom of the washing machine. When we raised this issue, we were told that it was due to heavy rain and was “natural,” which we found completely unacceptable. After we insisted and warned them about the risk of electric shock, someone was sent the following day to remove the water from the room. However, the ceiling was not repaired, and the problem remained unresolved.

• Ingvild (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment, well located with easy access to public transport We got no instruction on how the AC worked, so we struggled a lot to use it. Also the oven in the kitchen was on at 130 degrees when we went. Took us some hours to notice it.
• Sophan (1/5): Dirty lines and ceiling was leaking - I did not like the property. The first night I stayed the ceiling was leaking where the dining room table. I had to cleaned it myself and no one came when requested. The linens were dirty. The blankets were not cleaned. There were stains and holes in one of them. It had a bad odor to it. I only stayed 2 nights instead of 4 to find new accommodations because the property was not helpful. They didn’t even give a full refund. I did not like the property. The first night I stayed the cleaning was leaking where the dining room table. I had to cleaned it myself and no one came when requested. The linens were dirty. The blankets were not cleaned. There were stains and holes in one of them. It had a bad odor to it. I only stayed 2 nights instead of 4 to find new accommodations because the property was not helpful. I would have left same day but we arrived late and no hotel was available the second night. They didn’t even give a full refund and wanted to give me 98 euros for inconvenience. There were randoms wholes through the property.
• Zi-chien (9/5): Superb - I think it's great, the room is much bigger than it looks in the photos, and there's an outdoor courtyard with all the appliances.

• Razvan (8/5): Would rent again. - The apartment was new, in a new building, and it had nice interior design and spacing. It was very well heated and ventilated. It is positioned relatively close to the Duomo in a cute neighborhood. The terrace was nice, but it rained inside it through the roof :(. Considering it rained every day in Milan throughout our stay, we could not enjoy the terrace. I hope they will fix it.
• Victoria (10/5): Very nice and cozy apartment. - The appartment was really nice, clean and very cozy. The heating works good so it is great for the cold weather. It was very comfortable and the location is also pretty good. You can walk or take the tram directly to the city centre.

• Mr_cool (10/5): Milano ❤❤❤❤❤❤ - Everything starting from check in to checkout. The host Ricardo 👏👏 is one of the most professional persons I ever met. He is very polite and respectable. He explained everything to us in details including how to pay for local tax online. I extended my stay for 4 additional days' but I found the last day was booked already causing me to leave and get another apartment.🤣🤣🤣
