• Marie (10/5): Super appartement - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Athènes et nous le recommandons à 100 % ! L’appartement était vraiment génial : très propre, très bien entretenu et parfaitement équipé. Nous avons même pu cuisiner facilement grâce à tout le matériel disponible sur place. La petite terrasse est très agréable et les moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres sont un vrai plus, surtout en été. La piscine sur le toit est absolument incroyable : très bien entretenue, avec une magnifique vue sur Athènes. C’était un vrai bonheur de pouvoir se baigner après les journées de visite. L’emplacement est également très appréciable, avec les bus et le métro à proximité, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement dans la ville. Enfin, un immense merci à la personne qui nous a accueillis. Elle a été extrêmement accueillante, gentille, disponible et accommodante tout au long du séjour. Elle nous a aidés pour beaucoup de choses et a toujours été très réactive au moindre besoin ou problème. Nous avons passé un super moment et reviendrons avec plaisir ! Rien

• GJ (8/5): Nieuw appartement(gebouw) in prima wijk dicht bij metro met roof top zwembad - Het appartement ligt in de wijk Kallitheas met om de hoek bakker, koffie corner, supermarkt, en diverse eetgelegenheden. Binnen 10 min lopen naar metro die je snel naar centrum of haven brengt. Appartement had een balkon met ochtend zon en aan de rustige kant van het gebouw. Na drukke dag nog even naar gezamenlijk roof-top zwembad. Niet groot en diep maar wel erg lekker verkoelend. Support en snelle communicatie van Rada was top. Hoeveelheid bestek en glazen is beperkt tot 4 personen, beetje mager. Lekker grote badhanddoek zo ook een goede aanrader zijn.

• VASILIKI (9/5): Amazing hostess, great location - What truly made the stay exceptional was Rada, the hostess and building manager. She is wonderful—kind, helpful, and very responsive. When we noticed a few missing items in the kitchen, she replaced them immediately. The location and neighborhood are excellent, and having a dedicated parking spot was extremely convenient. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The only reason I gave a 9 and not 10 is that the furniture could use an upgrade, which is beyond Rada’s responsibility; otherwise, both the apartment and her hosting were excellent. There is a pool and a BBQ area on the rooftop of the building, offering a breathtaking view. The rooftop is clean and well maintained. Although we didn’t use these facilities because it was winter, they are definitely a great asset to the property. The furniture needs upgrading, otherwise it's perfect.

• Fredrik (10/5): Great stay with amazing rooftop! - Great rooftop pool with fantastic views, Clean apartment with a big terrace. Good location wth just a few stops to Monastiraki square. The shower-system was maybe a bit over the top. It's not a complaint but that money could probably be spent on, let's say ,a bottle of water for the guests upon arrival.
• Beth (10/5): Gem of an apartment in a vibrant part of the city with amazing rooftop pool - Great apartment to share with friends. We liked that there was a bathroom for each bedroom. The rooftop pool was incredible, views of the acropolis, plenty of sun loungers and a great spot to hang out. The host was really friendly and very helpful. The local area was vibrant, and had great transport links. Would definitely recommend the apartment and would stay again if we found ourselves back in Athens. The air con unit in the not en-suite room needs a deep clean and service (it wasn't working very well).

Von ein Mal schlafen Rückenschmerzen bekommen,kaum geschlafen. Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer auch total verbraucht und ungeeignet.
• Patricia (8/5): - De locatie is perfect, dichtbij het metrostation, winkels en koffiebars/restaurants. Het appartement zit er mooi uit en erg schoon. De eigenaresse is erg aardig en behulpzaam. Ons bed was doorgezakt en de douchekop was kapot. Na de 1e nacht gelijk gemeld en met 10 minuten was ze er al om het op te lossen. Echt top! Het zwembad zit op de bovenste verdieping met een uitzicht over Athene. Het zwembad is niet erg groot, maar om af te koelen is het prima. Al met al een aanrader om hier te verblijven! Eigenlijk geen minpunten

• Αντώνης (4/5): Terrible shame ex ok - The area , it's very close to the metro station, shops and bakery's. The entrance to the building was modern and had a locked gate which made it feel secure. Before we arrived at the property we had read other guests comments that there was no internet. We emailed the owner a few weeks before arrival who told us that the internet was fixed. When we arrived we found the internet didnt work. We messaged the owner who said she would fix it, but we never heard from them again and the internet was not fixed. The apartment was dirty,the floor was dirty and covered in hair. The shower does not work properly. The tap to turn the shower on and off is faulty and only works now and again. The cooker did not work. There was no heating. The bed quality was just ok ,the pillows were terrible quality and one of the duvets was too small for the double bed. There was a half used toilet roll left for us ,that was it.There was no bath mat provided.We messaged the host to tell them how disappointed we was and they did not reply. The only time they messaged was to tell us our check out time. It was obvious they didn't care and just wanted the money of our stay. I would not recommend anyone to chose this apartment and strongly advise against it. Definitely not worth the money they ask for at all. Especially avoid if you are travelling with a small child like we were and the facilities are important to you because here they do not exist and you will receive no help to fix them .

• Pernilla (7/5): Good - Very clean and modern apartment. Comfortable beds and big terrace. Good location close to the metro and some nice local restaurants. Easy to find and flexible check-in. The entrance is through a garage. First felt a bit dark and unsafe as there were no lights but it was ok. The rooftop pool was cold and dirty, but as expected this late in the season. Unfortunately the furniture on the roof terrace were destroyed so it was not a very nice place to be in.

As an extended family, we hired 2 apartments in this block through the same company at the same time and both were great. Highly recommend and would very happily stay there again. All good
• Bernard (10/5): Very nice and pleasant stay for visiting Athens - Nice apartment in a recent building. Large rooftop with a view on the Acropole and a small pool. Air conditioned is working very well and it is not too much noisy. These things made our stay very pleasant during a very hot week. Easy to reach public transport from the location. Restaurants and supermarket nearby. As mentioned to the manager, it would be nice to have some bedside lamps in the bedrooms. The only lights are from the ceiling, and it is not dimmable. That makes the room less cosy. The WC are in the bathroom.
• Tendai (9/5): Superb - We like the balcony and the rooftop views they were great. The location has access to restaurants and cafes and the Metro. The property was beautifully decorated and very clean. The Wifi connection was weak. So we could not use it and used our own mobile phone data.

Secure and safe area. Close to shops and public transport. Aircon isn’t cold enough. One chair leg was broken, pots and pans not big enough for 4 people, Shower tap was broken also.
• Daniel (2/5): never again - I don't know what to write, it was obviously cleaned but there were a lot of ants Several pillows - pillowcases were not changed, they had the smell of some person. Bad instructions for getting the key, you write that on the left side, but at 1 am where it is already dark do not go to the other boxes. There are kitchen chemicals but you have to refill the liquid with soap and dishwashing liquid yourself:( Lots of sewer moths, the quality of the beds and chairs is a disaster, balcony with dirty pillows. All the door handles in the apartment are falling off;..............most importantly the swimming pool is unfit for use, dirty, not filtered without chemicals (chlorine + anti-algae), green as a pond. Submerged cockroaches, feathers from animals, etc. If we had known about the pool I would never have chosen it; it was supposed to be a complement to the sea and trips. What was on the terrace is awful. There are probably cockroaches in the apartment

• Διονυσια (10/5): Great stay. - It was such a comfortable stay. The apartment was spotless, there was a fully equipped kitchen and the beds were so comfortable. The apartment is brand new and there is a pool on the top floor, with a lovely view of the Acropolis, which was convenient in keeping my little one occupied. The apartment is located in a quiet area, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and super markets. The host was very kind and patient, with any inquiries I had and was also very quick in responding. This was a great find and will definitely be staying here again. Nothing. It exceeded my expectations.

• Jason (9/5): Excellent modern apartment for exploring Athens - Lovely modern apartment with all facilities in a great location (midway between the port and The Acropolis). Only a few minutes from the metro and surrounded by shops/eateries but on a quiet side street. Booked primarily as it had a rooftop pool and it certainly didn't disappoint, with views of The Acropolis and beautiful sunsets. Didn't use the parking, but if you were driving a definite bonus to have a private off street space. Nothing - everything was very well equipped and check in/out went smoothly.

• Pippa (9/5): Wonderful modern clean flat in a great Athens location - The place was a very short walk from central Kallithea and very close to the metro. It was modern, clean and comfortable with great facilities. The air conditioning was great and it had a large balcony. Two of the dining chairs had wobbly legs, but it did not cause an issue for me travelling alone.

• Paige (9/5): amazing place! amazing location! amazing hosts! - Beautifully decorated! Loved the pool and the location was great! everything is within walking distance or buses are regular! so so amazing would come back! The only thing was the fact the parking was only 1.53 meters so any car bigger than that won’t fit and you’ll have to park on the street which can be a stress but soon as you have a spot you are fine and everything you want is within walking distance or a bus ride.
