• Alexandre (8/5): - Anfitrião é bem simpático, nos esclareceu todas as dúvidas e o apartamento é bem confortável. A cortina não tampa a claridade do sol, o que incomoda um pouco.
• Mauricio (4/5): Very disappointed - Very disappointing stay, especially considering the price (over USD 160 per night). The apartment was not properly cleaned. The kitchen and bathroom were in poor condition and did not feel professionally cleaned. The blanket on the bed was not washed and clearly reused from previous stays. There was no duvet. Due to the hot weather we had to use the air conditioning, but with the AC on the available blanket was insufficient and unhygienic. The sofa cushions were dirty and had a bad smell. The kitchen lacked basic items: no dishwashing detergent, no ladle, no spatula, no functional knife for basic food preparation, and only one large spoon available, making it impossible for more than one person to eat properly. The refrigerator was unstable and unsafe, almost tipping over when opening the door. There were not enough face towels for the guests, only one roll of toilet paper for four nights, and we were told we would be charged extra for an additional towel. This accommodation does not match the price charged. I do not recommend it.

• Jadiel Lins (10/5): Superou minha expectativa com praticidade, conforto e localização. - Estadia superou minha expectativa, boa localização, próxima a supermercado e shopping, transporte público e uber sem dificuldades para acessar, foi tudo muito bom. Não houveram dificuldades durante estadia em Florianópolis.
