• Guest (10/5): Really good service from the start. All the towels, toiletries, coffee machine etc was provided. Will definitely recomme - The property was clean, had all the equipment needed
• Ropert (1/5): Nous avons payé 50€ de ménage obligatoire pour qu’il ne soit finalement pas fait lors de notre arrivée - Le lit était confortable, et le logement était beau malgré tout. Le logement était SALE, très très sale. Le ménage n’avait pas été fait, nous avons dû acheter tout ce qu’il fallait pour nettoyer. La douche et le lavabo étaient bouchés, la cuisine sale, les toilettes étaient tachées d’excréments et d’urine, la clim ne fonctionnait pas, le wifi non plus. Mon conjoint s’est blessé sur des bouts de verre qui n’avait pas été enlevé. Nous avons payé un logement pour seulement dormir (sur un matelas sale) et prendre une douche (qui était bouchée). Malgré toutes les preuves photos et vidéos, les propriétaires n’ont jamais reconnu leur tord. Je ne recommande pas, fuyez !!!

• Nuno (1/5): Awful - This was one of the worst experiences of my life they advertise this as a apartment but it’s a garage you can hear everyone above in the building and u hear people when they flush the toilet in the main building. You feel the metro and the bed starts shaking a lot. The apartment is full of mold as you can see in the pictures and dust. If I could provide more pictures I would. It’s not a clean apartment. The sheets on the bed were full of mold and dust

• Mariachiara (8/5): Great value for money - especially if needing a place for exploring the city - The place is well located, very close to the metro station and to a nice and cozy cafe' serving delicious breakfast and lunches. The apartment is underground, but has all the comforts one needs, it is modern, with a large double bed and a large sofa bed. The kitchen contains all needed, including a dishwasher. There are two large cabinets for clothes and a washing machine too. The light fixtures are modern and the place is very luminous and quiet, perfect also to work remotely. The hosting is done via an agency, so it's a bit dry, although the team is responsive. There are no keys but an online feature that allows to open the doors during the stay. The apartment could have been cleaner, particularly under the bed and sofa, but it needs to be said that the furniture and the fixtures are very modern and new, giving a clean feeling.
