A lots of cockroach in the room speciallly in the kitchen. So dirty utensil, nothing good in the kitchen accept rice cooker. The pots are bad disgusting.. The bed sheets was so dirty and also the towel. Overall is not worth it.

So i paid double plus the place is old and not well maintained. Plus u was sent to tower E which there is ongoing construction nearby.

• April (1/5): not worth the price - location is walking distance to MOA there are bed stains, it smells so bad when you enter the room, the registration process is so long to take, there are no tissues or drinking water, no toiletries or basic necessities, the pots and pans are all dirty and old.

• Omirete (2/5): Misleading, Bad, Uncomfortable, Filthy - Just the location The room which is filthy full of coackroaches, dusty the bathroom which is always wet from all the leaks, clogged bathroom sink, a tiny bathroom, the aircon which leaks, the squeaky bed, the sagging mattress, the filthy sofa bed, the faulty Fridge and the fact that the room was not even cleaned properly when we are arrived. The amenities that were listed were not even provided. We have to buy our own. Misleading!!!!! The next day the host/ lady came with just a few after we call her. A disgusting and the worst place to stay.

The amount during booking was showing around 1211 PHP but after reaching there the concerned person showed that it would be a 2009 PHP. I was so surprised, I have been with booking.com for more than 5 years, this experience is the first time that the amount is changing after some additional service charges and so on. There was no support provided from the owner, even there were no toiletries, when I asked for that she was telling me to purchase from the market. I SINCERELY REQUEST BOOKING.COM TO REFUND MY BOOKING AMOUNT FOR SUCH KIND OF BAD BEHAVIOR, LACK OF FACILITY AND DISCREPANCIES OF PRICE WHICH WAS SHOWING IN THE APP. I WILL WRITE SEPARATE EMAIL AS WELL TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITY, OTHERWISE IT WILL BE MY LAST BOOKING WITH BOOKING.COM There were so many reasons, the property was not a hotel, the facilities did not deserve for this high cost, moreover their rude behaviour and surprisingly there was no support from the owner At the same time the price which was showing on the mobile app did not match with the price I paid after reaching there. I SINCERELY REQUEST BOOKING.COM TO REFUND MY BOOKING AMOUNT, OTHERWISE IT WOULD BE MY LAST BOOKING THROUGH THIS MODE. THANKS .

• Aerol (1/5): Not recommended - Balcony -they charged us more than what's indicated in the app. Their reason was because booking.com mistakenly accepted a double booking but they didn't notify us in any way. Booked a room for less than 2k, but charged us 3.5k, because the room is for 6-8 pax, and they just locked some of the rooms so we will be "grateful" to them that we wouldn't be paying more. Charged us more even though the "double booking" wasn't our fault -ROACHES -Disrespectful and has no consideration in privacywhen we were about to check out, someone came in without even knocking and just unlocked the door to get something

• Godofredo (5/5): Shell Residences staycation 👎👎👎 - In General, location and the place was very good. The room was small for 3 persons. Stovetop not working, no cleaning equipments, there were cockroaches crawling, fridge was not clean, not even complimentary drinking water was available, 2 towels only for 3 persons for 3 nights 😡. Not even complimentary coffee or Tea as expected if I was actually upgraded per se. I had to go buy my own toiletries. On the way yo Manila, owner messaged me that I will be moved to Shell residences from my original booked stay at SEA residences as it is better and bigger units apparently, I agreed as It would be in the same area anyway. Met owner at Shell Residences MoA. She was in a hurry and as we were sitting to finalise payment, she said that I have been upgraded actually and my stay would cost 8,000 instead of the booked price of 7,252. As i was tired from my trip to Manila and had no other choice at the time, I paid her 8k. Then she left hurriedly saying that she wants to avoid traffic. Did not even issue an official receipt for my payment. She just texted ma a confirmation that I paid her for the duration of my stay. She did not even take me around the unit to tell me where everything was. I had to have a look around myself after I had rested for a bit. This experience turned me off from condotels and staycations. Never again!

• Stephen (4/5): NEVER AGAIN! HINDI MAN AKO KAWALAN SA INYU, PERU CAREFUL NEXT TIME KASI IBA2 UGALI NANG MGA GUESTS!! - The area in general. Accessible for all types of transportations and shops! First: I booked under this Condo Premises, all the photos that are being used here, including the outdoor swimming pool, and rest were not what I was getting. I was informed, I had to go first to S Residence for some reason (have no idea what) and will be accompanied to Sea Residences right after! Pag dating ko sa lobby nang S Residence I had to wait for a little while and this certain woman (sister of the unit owner) arrived. Nagtaka nalang naku, why approaching kami sa elevator and heading to 10th floor (dun yung unit that I believed I did not booked) peru I said nothing. Pagdating ko sa room okay naman, malinis etc.. Peru yung view to their so called balcony, na wrong info dito, puro mga container vans lang nakikita ko back views na puro damu and rusty contianer vans . Anyways, yung sister nag start na mag mention how much I needed to pay and such, room for 2 night 2400+, plus additional charges 1500, and booking fee 600.. I handed 5k.. No receipt nothing (even though how many times I asked for a receipt), that was ignored. Yung sister, agad2 umaalis, she was always in the hurry kesyo marami daw naghihintay, etc and I even had to asked her for the lights saan e on kasi yung iba were not working and pinoint out niya sakin ang breaker, ako nalang daw bahala mag try isa2.. Like seriously? Haha . So she left the unit, ni wala man lang pasabi na Ma'am yung sukli etc wala, peru nasa isip kuna yun. I was checking the kitchen area, walang mga pots and pans, so I had to contact her again to asked kasi nga it was included already to what I paid for, paano ako makaluto? Nagdala naman peru obviously she did not pay attention to my messages kung ano ang wala, dinalhan ako nang rice cooker and hindi naman yun ang kailangan ko, so dalawa na rice cooker dun sa unit 😂😂 Check out ko supposedly sa 15, peru I contacted the owner na mag extend ako for another night and asked how much?

• Marcel (7/5): good to stay for some days - nice swimmingpool and near the center of Pasay (Baclaran, the shopping mall etc). You can walk to it! The owner was waiting for us in the hall, that was nice to give us the key. looks little old with brown spots outsite (corrosion). Be aware when you book you dont know what floor and from who. Coz you rent from private owner. And some owners are good and clean and make good room, others not..... This building has hundreds of owners and 1000+ rooms. So how you know exactly what you book and from who? Our owner wanted money cash, be aware of this is possible !
• Marcel (7/5): good when you stay some days in Manila, it is near the center (the shopping mall of Asia etc) - swimmingpool is nice, you pay for it about 150 peso per person per day building in general from the outside looks little old, you see many corrosion (brown spots) outside the building. Be aware you hire from a private person (the owner is private person). So it can be clean inside your room or maybe not. Our room was clean. And you dont know when you book who you rent from, what floor your room is etc. Because there thousands of rooms totally. Totally 16 floors. The Short Recidences looked little better (the central hall, the swimmingpool) and is also in that area and same price. I prefer the Short little more (but not big difference/also there private owners and amazing number of rooms etc)
• Glen (6/5): Pleasant - Our host, Ms Josephine is very patient and accommodating. She showed us to our reserved parking spot and to our booked unit. Upon entering, the room smelled pleasant. They do have wifi and provide basic kitchen and dining utensils in case you want to cook. The air-conditioning keeps the room adequately cool, and the bed is comfortable. They also have a washer, which is convenient if you don't want to take home dirty clothes. The condo unit is conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery and convenient stores. There is no sofa in the living/dining area. The dining table is big and resizable, but the dining chairs are squeaky. The TV only partially worked due to the picture is distorted and there's no cable or Netflix available. The biggest issue with this place is the presence of numerous roaches, ranging from small to medium sizes. It's unclear wether this is a problem with the room or the building itself, originating probably from the sink or the drain. Nevertheless it should be addressed as living with roaches is unsanitary. Another negative experience was not able to take advantage of the discounted price on the app when booked originally. We managed to book a deal for less than 4k for 2 days. We opted for the pay later payment option. When we were about to settle the payment, we were informed that the online price was incorrect due to it being a promotional rate (which is why we reserved it), and that the actual rate of the room was 2k (weekend rate). As a result, we ended paying the full rate of the room instead of the one that the app quoted. While it's only a couple of hundreds difference, it still left a bad taste in our mouths.

• Romblon (3/5): Disappointing - I need a refund - The location was ok but. but the booking says it is in the Sea Residences but the text i received from the owner says that we should go to S residences which is a 4-minute walk from the Sea Residences where the booking instruction says. Good thing we're just on our backpacks and not with a heavy luggage. The CR was dirty and the shower did not drain for the whole duration of tge stay. When we arrived, the mess from the previous occupants are still in the room. The washing machine is not connected to tge water supply, they don't have body wash and shampoo ready. They did not provide cooking pot for us to use so the cooking range is useless. The price does not justify the hassle and inconvenience we experienced. I need a refund!
