Keshia Praxède Eltevina (4/5): HORRIBLE - Location Room was disgusting. Seems like they forgot to clean it. There were stains on the walls and the floor was sticky. Housekeeping wasn’t available and they wouldn’t change the room as they said the hotel was full.

Zane (8/5): Will book again if im lucky enough to come back to Beijing :) - Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and were exactly as per the images on the booking selection. Extra bonus is the supermarket at the bottom of the hotel. The staff even helped us obtain tickets last minute to Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square.

Sergei (10/5): Поменять завтраки, если повар будет делать яичницу, вообще 👍🏻 - Уютный отель, хороший персонал, доброжелательный, близко к метро, супермаркет в этом же здании, если влево пойти недалеко массаж, чуть дальше район с хорошими кафе и ресторанами и магазинами. Кстати на соседней станции метро -автовокзал- откуда сами добрались до Великой китайской стены. 👍🏻 Завтраки однообразные, дня 3-4 было отлично, потом надоедает. Повар есть , но почему то яичницу делали мы сами. Но не критично, всегда можно что то съесть, так что моя оценка из за этого не меняется, хороший отель!

Julia Christina (10/5): - Das Hotel hat uns super gefallen. Die Betten waren super bequem. Das Bad war sauber, das Zimmer geräumig. Man hatte einen kleinen Kühlschrank und verschiedene Lichteinstellungen. Man konnte sich in der Dusche bewegen und der Wasserdruck zum Duschen war auch super. Frühstück war okay für europäische Verhältnisse. Es gab Kaffee, Tee, Wasser, es gab Toast und Croissants mit Butter und Marmelade und natürlich ganz viel Auswahl an asiatischen Optionen.

The staff are really accomodating with non-mandarin speaking residents and offer great help with any issues you have. The location is great as it is quite close to most necessities and luxuries including all food and entertainment. The room is very nice. Nothing really.

Alessandro (2/5): There are hundreds of better places in Beijing - The location is convenient for visiting Sanlitun, which may not be one of Beijing’s main tourist districts, but is still a very interesting area. Unfortunately, the positive aspects stop there, we stayed one night and that was enough. As is often the case, the concept of a “boutique hotel” seems to be used here to mask many shortcomings while still maintaining a relatively high price. This was by far the worst hotel of our long trip across China. The reception is practically non-existent, and the building is old, with a “creative” design and layout that, combined with visible signs of age, only makes the whole place feel even more run-down. Cleanliness is below standard, with greasy and peeling surfaces throughout. The room is small and suffocating, with no real space to store luggage. The window offers a terrible view, to the point that it is better to keep the curtains closed at all times. The bathroom is equally cramped and poorly maintained. The staff are not rude, but certainly not helpful either. Our request for a second AC adapter (since the sockets are not international, unlike in many other hotels) was refused in a cold and mechanical manner.

Хороший завтрак, где есть и европейская еда, так и местная кухня. Каждый день заправляют постель, ставят воду. В номерах система умного дома, а также умный унитаз, сначала было непривычно. Рядом находится супермаркет, где дешевые фрукты и еда. С другой стороны в 5 минутах есть рестораны. В целом отелем довольны :) Есть ряд незначительных нюансов, которые не совсем понравились: 1. Пол в номерах моют не очень хорошо. Рассыпанная в первый день пудра была все пребывание. Также не моется посуда. Грязные тарелки и приборы пролежали все дни. 2. Эргономика в номере немного хромает: некуда повесить мокрые полотенца, нет шкафа с полками. Все вещи лежали у нас а чемодане. 3. Дверь в туалет прозрачная + очень тонкая. Слышно и видно абсолютно все :)

Nearby facilities for children good, with supermarket and McDonalds next door, and metro station a few minutes walk away. Facilities very modern. King size bed very comfortable. The second double bed in the quadruple room had an extremely thin futon as the mattress with a wooden frame underneath and felt very uncomfortable. Would not have been suitable for an adult or older child, but seemed to work OK for our young children.

Ivett (9/5): Szuper szálláshely, 2-es metróhoz nagyon közel, mellette szupermarket. - Elhelyezkedése remek, közel a 2-es metró, 1 megállóra a reptéri vonat, minden könnyen elérhető: bolt, éttermek, masszázs szalon, fodrászat. A szobánk a főútra nézett, de csendes volt. Fullosan felszerelt, kényelmes. A tusoló elég tágas, volt sampon, kondicionáló és tusfürdő is, a mosdónál zuhanysapka, fésű, testápoló, szappan. Nagyon jó, hogy többféle világítás kapcsolható, van éjszakai is, az ágy alatt mozgásérzékelős lámpa. Egy akasztós szekrény is volt. A reggeliben széles a kínálat, finomak az ételek, még egy szakács is rendelkezésre áll igény szerinti tészta frissen történő elkészítésére. A személyzet nagyon kedves, figyelmes. Kértünk későbbi kicsekkolást, ami alapból fizetős, de a booking-os foglaláshoz ingyenes. Apróságok: Egy útmutató jól jött volna a WC használatához, mert ilyen programozható, kezelőpaneles WC-vel még nem találkoztunk, de a lényeges funkciókat megtaláltuk. :-) Hiányzott a kabát- és cipőtartó, a bőröndöket egy kis kanapéra tudtuk tenni, de náluk eleve kisebbek a szobák. Az ágy mellett csak USB csatlakozó volt, így a telefontöltés nagyon lassú. A mosdónál van dugalj, de csak a 2- vagy 3-tűs csatlakozó jó bele.

Sejuty (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Beijing and would highly recommend it. As a Muslim traveler, finding halal food is always a concern for me. I was pleasantly surprised to see that just on the left side of the hotel, there are many restaurants offering different cuisines. Even better, I found two Muslim restaurants within just a one-minute walk. It truly felt like a blessing during my stay in Beijing. I would especially like to thank Varna at the reception. She was absolutely amazing—so kind, helpful, and supportive. On my first day, I felt quite nervous and helpless due to the language barrier, especially when I needed to exchange money at the bank. Varna went out of her way to assist me by sending a hotel staff member with me, which made things so much easier. She also helped arrange a comfortable car for our trip to the Great Wall. As I was traveling with my elderly parents and my son, I was quite worried about managing everything, but her support made my entire trip smooth and stress-free. The only small issue I noticed was that the reception area felt a bit limited in space. However, this is a minor point compared to the overall excellent experience

ΑΝΑΣΤΑΣΙΑ (9/5): Ευχάριστη διαμονή.Θα το επέλεγα ξανά. - Μου άρεσε η τοποθεσία του,(κέντρο -αποκεντρο)οι ανέσεις του δωματίου (2 νιπτήρες),,η τουαλέτα με ηλεκτρονικες εντολές,η καθαριότητα του (αλλαγη πετσέτες ημερησίως),το ρομποτ που παραδίδει τις delivery παραγγελίες για την ασφάλεια. Ο προτζεκτορας του δωματίου δείχνει τηλεόραση τα κινέζικα προγράμματα.Αν θέλετε να δείτε δικές ταινίες παίρνει usb. Το ευρωπαϊκό πρωινό θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερο.Αν κάποιος θελε κάτι καλύτερο μπορεί να επισκεφθεί το σούπερ μάρκετ που βρίσκεται από κάτω και σε πολύ καλές τιμές θα βρει κάτι. Παρόλα αυτά και το κινέζικο πρωινό ήταν προσεγμένο.
