- James (2/5): Bad communication with the owner/management company - We were not told the unit was not part of the cleaning service of the Ritz. There was no cleaning of the room for 4 days and we had to ask for fresh towels from the Ritz manager. Terrible! See above!

- Jennifer (7/5): Reasonable, but not quite the smooth check in I would expect from this hotel chain - Location for where I needed to be. The checking process was not good..it took me quite a bit of time to understand that you check in at the front desk of the hotel even though you are staying at the residences…it needs to be made quite clear. Unfortunately, the young clerk at the desk made a mistake about the room number and I had to go back to the front desk to get it sorted out..I wasted an entire hour doing all of this!

Property makes up for it. i tipped 20+ % on top of a auto 20% gratuity that was not pointed out to me. My fault for not noticing but server should have mentioned.
- Jennifer (5/5): Beach bar employees are the best!👍 - Someone left a 💩in our toilet. Our baggage was stored in lobby side room where my bottle of wine was stolen. Then the reception tried to give me another bottle of wine that wasn’t the same wine. Sauvignon instead of a Pinot Grigio. I told him the Pinot Grigio at the hotel bar had my Pinot Grigio. So I insisted he give me that one. He agreed.

- Ortega (4/5): Overrated - The view. That’s about it. For the price it was overrated in my opinion. Property was great other than a broken curtain that wouldn’t go down and a clogged bathtub. I was there for one night so I didn’t brother complaining in the moment until after my stay to let them know as a curtesy and was met with hostile and defensive manger of the unit when asked for a partial refund. Which was fair given I paid almost 500 dollars a night for a curtain that wouldn’t go down.
