The space is well-maintained and renovated. The location is excellent, with easy access to supermarkets, gyms, bakeries, restaurants, and Parque da Jaqueira, which was great for running. The 24-hour reception was always polite and helpful. WhatsApp support was convenient The pool, although small, was a good option on hot days. The WiFi worked well throughout the stay. The apartment had hygiene problems, including an unclean shower, a greasy stove, and small cockroaches. The refrigerator broke, leading to food loss and unexpected expenses. The gym was unusable despite being advertised. The apartment was extremely hot, the bedroom A/C was insufficient, and essential items like trash bags were missing. Delayed refrigerator repairs and the need for an external gym membership added unforeseen costs.
