• Muriel Malu (6/5): Es gibt leider kein nächstes mal - Eigentlich nicht viel Türe auf und wir waren schon etwas enttäuscht Zu klein als auf den bildern, bettsofa konnte man nicht schlafen Schlafraum unten war ok Waren drei personen und die küche mit tisch stühlen und bettsofa ausgeezogen, echt kein platz dusche glas türe nicht richtig schliessbar, mehr wasser draussen auf dem boden zu wenig haken zum badetücher ect aufzuhängen defekte steckdosen terasse kein geländer, man fällt runter wir sind auch 1 tag früher abgereist nächste wohnung wird alles auf einer fläche sein, ohne treppe
• Patricia (8/5): Lovely accommodation - It was a lovely place and we only I had one minor problem and that was we needed two pillows each. The big problem was the Friday night revellers who seemed to be in the car park revving motorbikes or riding them in the car park. This could of course be a one off but it totally ruined our nights sleep. See above

• Birgit (7/5): Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, durch die verschiedenen Ebenen in der Wohnung hatte jede von uns am Ende ders Tages einen kl - Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral, in wenigen Schritten ist man in der Innenstadt, am Busterminal und am SEE. Die Wohnung ist sauber und hält alles Notwendige bereit. Die ausziehbare Couch quietscht sehr und ist als separates Bett nicht so bequem aber für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt war das kein Problem. Wenn die Couch zum Bett ausgezogen ist, bleibt wenig Platz für den Esstisch, er ist dann nur zu zweit nutzbar. Die Kaffeemaschine haben wir nicht benutzt, es gab keine Anleitung dazu.

• Tim Olaf (7/5): Schönes Apartment und super Lage - Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die Lage war extrem gut. Die Unterkunft hätte auf jeden Fall eine Klimaanlage vertragen. Bei fast 36°. Aussentemperatur helfen die Ventilatoren, die wir bekommen haben nur kaum.

• Stephan Moff (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto: appartamento accogliente, pulito e host super disponibile. Consigliatissimo! - Appartamento semplicemente perfetto! Pulitissimo, curato in ogni dettaglio e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Gli ambienti sono accoglienti, luminosi e arredati con gusto. La posizione è comodissima, ideale per muoversi facilmente e godersi la zona senza stress. L’host è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza, facendoci sentire subito come a casa. Esperienza eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista: torneremmo senza esitazione e lo consigliamo vivamente a chiunque cerchi un alloggio di qualità. Davvero 10 e lode!

• Silvia (8/5): Schöne Wohnung an top Lage - Die Lage war top, so zentral einfach super Wir reisten zu dritt, mehr würde ich nicht empfehlen, da das Bettsofa quietschte und auch nicht sehr bequem war, damit nur eine Person drauf schlafen muss.
• Davina (9/5): - The apartment is super well located. Its very convenient to walk around to restaurants, shops, supermarkets... The terrace is very cute. The apartment is well set up. We were getting answers to our questions very fast with all information needed. The master bed is super comfortable. And it was very practical to be able to park our car in the building's parking. The sofa bed is good but not really adapted for older kids. It would fit very well for kids under 10 years old. We tried to buy coffee Capsules for the coffee machine but this type of Capsules can't be buy in supermarket.
• Roberto Tommaso Carmine (4/5): Posizione Ottima, scadente/pessima la struttura in qualità di pulizia e per come viene mantenuta. - Posizione OTTIMA Pulizia pari a 0, polvere ovunque, ho trovato un pezzo di polvere sopra la tenda lungo 15centimetri, una cosa assurda…doccia con guarnizioni usurate e sporche (da cambiare), la doccia non si chiude bene, la prima volta che abbiamo fatto la doccia ho dovuto consumare tutti gli asciugamani per poter asciugare per terra tutta l acqua caduta al di fuori del box, male male, una luce vicino al letto rotta, un altra presa della corrente vicino al letto rotta (che si staccava dal muro) PERICOLOSSISSIMO!

Wir haben uns zu dritt, 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind sehr beengt gefühlt und sind daher nach einer Nacht abgereist. Die vielen Regeln und vor der Reise zu beachtenden Texte des Hosts und die komplizierte Anmeldung fürs Einchecken über eine externe Website haben dem Aufenthalt schon vor dem Checkin einen komischen Beigeschmack gegeben. Wir sind uns da angenehmere Gastgeber gewohnt.

• Paola (7/5): Bien placé mais …..voir la suite - L’emplacement proche du centre Salle de bain toute refaite très agréable Cuisine aussi refaite. Bien équipée Présence de 2 ventilateurs mais bruyants Des draps 100 % polyester qui tiennent chaud, fait transpirer, et ne tiennent pas au Matelas qui lui est taché au niveau de la tête et ce n’était pas agréable. Il n’y a pas de protection de matelas . Appartement, où il fait chaud, on a apprécié le Ventilateur, mais par contre ils sont très bruyants. L’appartement est plus petit que ce qui est montré sur la photo. De plus, personnellement, nous n’aimons pas avoir la télé devant le lit
• J.Bogdan (5/5): - Ein sehr schönes geräumiges Apartment mit einer sehr schönen Terrasse. Alles was man braucht vorhanden. Nur paar Schritte zum See und Altstadt . Eine Erwähnung in irgendeiner Weise das es keine Rezeption gibt wär im Vorfeld gut gewesen , standen vor verschlossener Tür was ohne Zugang zum Internet sehr schwierig und ärgerlich war! Eine Klimaanlage wäre auch vom Vorteil.
• Natalia (8/5): Perfect location in the center of Lugano - The location is very convenient, close to the city center and the lake. We also enjoyed having a kitchen and a small garden. Some things in the apartment were broken, like the door of the fridge. In August the apartment can be very hot with only a ventilator. The mattress was not clean.

• Tamara (1/5): Vreselijk ik zou het niemand aanraden. - Dichtbij Centrum Het was totaal anders dan op de afbeeldingen. Bloedheet en alleen maar ventilatoren die super veel herrie maakten. De bijgeboekte parkeerplaats voor 20 Frank was extreem klein waardoor de auto uitladen bijna onmogelijk was. Ook het inrijden van de garage en het ontbreken van licht waren niet zoals verwacht. Het huis zag er schoon uit maar had een onprettige geur. De bedden waren opgemaakt maar de lakens( zonder dekbedden) voelde onprettig aan. In de tuin stond een tafel met 4 stoelen waarvan 1 stoel stuk was en we dus niet met elkaar buiten konden zitten. Al met al veel te veel geld voor een slechte accomodatie.

• Manli (7/5): Okay for 2 people would not recommend for 3 people - Location was good. Ok for 1 night stay. Felt a bit too small for 3 people to stay. As impossible to bring big suitcases downstairs, then upstairs with the bed, suitcase, table and kitchen it was really too small.

• Beatrice (9/5): Good solution for Lugano center - Very good location with private and cozy outside area. Close to the center and the main spots. Very clean and organized. I liked the simple design of the apartment and the organization of the areas. The owner is answering very fast all messages and helped us with extension of the check-out time. Not clear why we are asked to take care of the trash (we could not find the place in the building where to throw). The fridge was with a lot of water inside, probably the small freezer inside was left open and a big piece of ice felt inside.

• Karen (9/5): Good short stay - Bed and pillows comfortable Plenty coat hangers Near location we were looking for Great parking facilities Wifi The fridge was really high, I am 5ft 2” and struggled on my tip toes putting something on bottom shelf There was no air-con, although 2 powerful fans were provided but had to turn off at night as very loud There are shutters on bottom part of windows but only a net curtain on top so woken up at sun rise (we like sleep in a dark room) We were asked to empty the bins (never been asked this ever before), we spent about 15 mins walking up and down the street trying to find out where these were and fortunately someone pointed these strange contraptions out to us, nothing like any other bins I’ve seen, that was disappointing

• Odysseas (8/5): Sunny apartment in Lugano center. - The location was right next to Lugano Centre, the apartment had lots of natural light and the bathroom was spacious and clean. the main area was down a very steep dozen of steps. the beds were not very comfortable

Didn’t like the mosquito experience and the fact that some listed stuff weren’t found. - That it’s an apartment and neat Some of the listed facilities weren’t found at point of check in. No milk to drink the coffee with and no tea at all. No microwave. There were too many big mosquitoes. Left us with bumps on our bodies. Wasn’t the nicest of the experiences
• Dasa (6/5): Great location, tiny apartment - Location was great. The big windows with the view to the garden were really nice. Parking spots are extremely small but they were able to find a bigger one after we called (we have larger SUV), which was helpful. The apartment is really a tiny studio and when occupied by 4 people gets very small with very little space to move. I would recommend it for 2 people only. Garage is tight, check the parking spot if you have SUV. You will not fit with the box on the roof. Paper towels were not the best, I would recommend changing them for real ones.

It’s newly renovated and was very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere The photos on Bookings are not of the room, it was another room. The sleeper coach was downstairs next to the bed. With 3 people it was very tight. Also I had bad luck because another rentable apartment next to mine hosted an 18th birthday party. There were so many people that they spilled out into the entrance hall and it sounded as though the party was in my apartment. This went on and on. At 23.00 I asked them to be quiet but to no avail.
