Alistair (7/5): - The accommodation was nice and had everythingyou may need , including a ski room, it was warm and comfortable There were no clear checkout instructions in english or german, the host would barge into the accommodation unannounced and on checkout would almost force her way in the bathroom while someone was there an hour before scheduled checkout to collect rubbish. There was obvious frustration and coldness when there was a language barrier. We would try google translate to try and bridge it but I feel there was no equal effort to resolve things in a calm way.If international guests are welcomed there should be enough consideration that we don't speak German on the same level as locals Finally, all beds should have been made and the host should not have made assumption to furnish the place based on the amount of people but based on the number of beds.
