• Lesley (9/5): - The unit was full of full of light, clean and modern. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms roomy. Having a washing machine and dryer is very convenient. The unit complex is quiet and secure. A good coffee place and other food available nearby. Nothing!

• Nathan (8/5): Lovely Apartment Close To The Ocean! - Location was fantastic, spacious apartment, comfortable bed and modern. Sadly due to recent flooding elevator was not functional. Lots of stairs to climb. Would recommend blind for kitchen window.

• Alicia (9/5): Beautiful modern apartment in excellent location. - Excellent location. Clean and well maintained property. Off street parking a bonus. Great sized rooms and comfy beds. Modern bathrooms. Complex is also well cared for and felt secure and safe. Lack of aircon in bedrooms (would've been good to have at night to block out noise from the esplanade as there are quite a few hoons going up and back revving cars). Pillows could be better quality.
• Megan (9/5): Don’t hesitate to stay here! - Excellent apartment, beautifully appointed. They have thought of everything. Comfortable beds, lounge and outdoor setting. Located near good restaurants, coffee and esplanade adjacent. Ari was very helpful. The pool looked uninviting but perhaps I went down just before they cleaned it.

The Esplanade is busy and noisy early in the morning and the windows are not double glazed. Also the unit has a small air conditioned unit in the living/kitchen area which struggles with the hot weather. The other rooms have fans.

• Joanna (5/5): Good location. Very nice apartment interior. Lack of air con was an issue. - Location Lack of air con in bedrooms. The unit in lounge was not sufficient for entire apartment. It is too small for the only unit. Unless you put a larger unit you need to put air con in both bedrooms.

• Gillian (9/5): A comfortable unit with everything needed for our stay. - The unit was lovely and comfortable, It was easy access to the beach and cafes. A cleaning bucket was left in a room which left an unpleasant odour. I had to move the bucket and air out the room. One bathroom had no shower nook to put your stuff on and there were no soap dishes on either bathroom sinks.

• Yvette (9/5): We had a lovely week in this apartment. Great Location. - Great apartment which was well equipped. We were 4 adults and accommodated us perfectly. Was hot and only had fans in the bedrooms. As BBQ mentioned on facilities, but when arrived there was none. Are arranged for one to be delivered which they did, a beautiful new Weber which we used a lot. They have beautiful birds in the area which we loved. Great coffee shop few house down (Cody’s). Great location with nice easy walk to shops and restaurants. On busy road but when ranch slider door shut cannot hear any noise. Beds lovely with good linen and pillows. I had no checkin communication from Booking.com so had to call office when we arrived. Ari remotely let us in and met us there within 10min. No checkout info so had to call Ari. She said would get a txt with details and told us on phone what to do but never got a text. Was not a problem as Ari was also helpful when contacted.

• Emma (8/5): We had a lovely few nights here, easy to relax and close to a mix of good restaurants and beach. Our only issue was the - Spacious and well laid out. Comfortable. Nice bathroom. Very clean. Location was great. Air conditioner didn’t cool the master bedroom very well. Needed games, books or magazines and a coffee table or side tables for couch.
• Troy (9/5): Very comfortable stay generally and Ari was awesome! - Location across from beach - short walk to cafes / shops etc. Easy access, secure car parking. Recently renovated and spacious. Apartment had everything for self-contained stay if needed. Unusually hot weather for stay and there is only a small airconditioner in living area but none in bedrooms. This is not powerful enough to cool the bedrooms sufficiently in sultry weather conditions - would benefit from a bigger unit or one in the bedroom.

Good communication and info prior to our stay. Recommend. Nothing comes to mind. Just be aware you are adjacent to a busy local road but overnight noise was not an issue.

• Audrey (8/5): Good unit, but street noise, shortage of eating equipment, and main bathroom were not acceptable. - Unit was large with plenty of cupboards and comfortable furniture. Manager was very easy to deal with, but no staff on site. Blinds on windows were welcome as the sun was very glary. We were in a front unit, so noise from the street was annoying. Shower recess in main bathroom had nowhere to put soap, shampoo, etc. Needed more crockery for 4 people - we had to run a half-full dishwasher after each meal. A couple of serving platters would have been helpful.

• Jacqueline (7/5): Lovely unit but communal areas need attention. - Lovely clean unit. Lovely kitchen and bathrooms. Very comfortable. I felt there was some misleading information…there is not a “hot tub”…there is a jacuzzi at the pool but this would only be warm/hot in summer. Solar heating not working for pool/jacuzzi. Jets turned off on the jacuzzi because they aren’t working properly. Also no communal bbq as advertised. Was difficult to get onto Ari, the property manager. Front unit with noisy road at front. Would have been nice to have some staples in the kitchen like salt & pepper and oil.

It was beautiful and clean, stunning furnishings, beds were so comfortable and felt pristine, the apartment was set up perfectly and it was a beautiful place for our holiday. I can not fault the apartment. We wanted to stay longer! It made me feel really special to be there and appriciate our holiday more and not missing any aspects of home! NA
• Grace (10/5): A beautiful place to relax, it was a peaceful and a stress free place to be. - The beautiful new unit had all the amenities one would want to have on a vacation. Lots of cupboard space for clothes. Spotlessly clean, fluffy large bath towels, hand towels, washers and toiletries, but most of all secure, which was important for me. it was close to the park for walking, beach, cafes and restaurants. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. It was beautiful.
