- Louise097 (8/5): Good stay near Excel - Exactly as expected. Nothing fancy but a good base while exhibiting at the excel. Beds were comfortable, shower was good. Kitchen pretty well equipped. Area is not the nicest, but it's fine, and it's what I expected.
- Michael (8/5): Practical apartment for our stay for work purposes. - Easy to find, great location There was no washing up liquid, making it difficult to wash up the pots we used.
Although there was a kettle and coffee machine, there was no coffee or milk. Some basic UHT milk pots would have enabled us to make a hot drink on arrival.

- Chris (9/5): Perfectly satisfactory for my short stay and met all of my needs. - Located close to my desired destination. Near to shops and take aways. The apartment had everything I needed to accommodate my short stay as I just used the apartment as a sleeping base. I could not get the TV remote to work to select channels. Quite likely my lack of knowledge on how the TV worked. I found it hard to set the heating as I arrived during a cold snap. Again probably due to my lack of knowledge on the heating controls. I had difficulty getting into the apartment as I was advised the keys were in a lock box oppsite the building entrance but there were about 4 of them, all unmarked so I ended up trying them all before I got the keys.

- Diane (7/5): Great location, clean and warm but a few tweaks would make it much better. - Great location, the flat was easy to find, warm, clean and comfortable beds. Roomy enough for 4 people, space for shoes & coats. It could have had a mirror & dressing table/drawers in the main bedroom. There was no where to put on my make up or do my hair, we had to leave toiletry bags on the floor. More towels would have been good, we had 1 bath towel each (fine with that) & just 1 tea towel in the bathroom which wasn’t sufficient.
Maybe a few more kitchen utensils- there was just 1 ladle.

- Natalie (5/5): Location was good but the apartment is in some need of TLC. - Location, it was close to where we needed to be. It was Spacious. It needed a clean, there were cob webs everywhere, the beds were squeaky. The fridge wasn’t working. There was damp in the bathroom. Overall it just needed some TLC.

- Oliver (10/5): Cozy, clean and comfortable, the perfect spot - Just a fantastic place, very comfy, very clean and just all round perfect. The bed was incredible and the shower was just what I needed. Would definitely stay again.

We would have liked an extra lock on the door, we don’t know the area but the front door was always unlocked/open and we were the first door with one simple catch lock.
- Oluwasegun (8/5): Good - Host was very helpful and gave free parking on arrival. House is close to local amenities and a walk to shops for groceries and food. Flat entrance door is unsecured and locks are somewhat wonky. No microwave in the property which is awkward.

Clean, very spacious. Bedding made up for arrival. Secure parking. Communal access door was always left open or on latch. Noisy neighbours.
More mirrors/ full length mirror would be useful.

- Rajesh (7/5): The bedroom and the bathroom are comfortable. Could do a bit with hangers in bedroom. Check for weather conditions befor - Property is located 10 min walk from Custom House station. During summer, if the weather is bad( i.e very sunny or hot) - it is very difficult to sleep in the apartment. Keeping the window open means you’ll get to hear flight noise or the road noise. So it gets bit tricky

- Jamie (4/5): Disappointing - It was good for the Excel The neighbourhood is 'interesting' and the apartment block and immediate area is pretty run down. The photos have been cleverly taken, definitely have a look on street view before you book. I was glad my family weren't with me!
- Melanie (9/5): Great flat for a short stay - The location was good - a short walk away from Tube link at Custom House. We were heading for the Parkrun at Victoria Dock and this was only one stop away on the DLR, so it worked out very well. The flat had all the facilities you would need for a short stay and it was great to be able to easily log into BBC iPlayer for some evening entertainment. It could have done with a couple of tea towels and bedside tables in the bedrooms, as there was nowhere to put things unless you wanted to hang things up.

- Georgina (2/5): Good location, mucky and not worth the money. - The property was in a great place for the excel and was easy to find. It was not very nice, the main door didn’t lock it had a smell and the whole house needed a deep clean and a lick of paint. The bedding wasn’t clean and there were hairs in the bed. The sofa was covered in marks and we had to sit on blankets. The bathroom had mould all the way round. It was not worth the money we paid.
- Jake (10/5): Long weekend trip to the ExCeL - Easy walking distance from the Excel. Plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby, also a well stocked local shop if you wanted to cook. The flat itself was clean, comfortable, warm. We would happily stay there again! Would be great if tea, coffee, sugar and milk were provided.

- Sabrina (6/5): Pleasant - Overall ok but way too expensive for what it is. Rooms were way smaller than expected - the double-room was a struggle to put luggages, clothes and had to go by turn with my husband when going through the door. Cover of the couch in the living room very dirty we had cover it with blanquets to be able to sit. Main door doesn't really lock properly when you're inside...Being on the groundfloor can feel quite unsafe in the estate with open windows and people hanging out or passing by. On the overhand amenities and added spices, coffee ect...in the kitchen were good and managed to prepare family meals - only downside would be to know what type of coffee to use for the coffee machine.

Decent kitchen and lounge. 2 bedrooms which were comfy and well equipped. The entrance was very run down and in need of repair. Main door to building wasn’t and didn’t lock. Sockets in the twin bedroom out of use and just taped up and is right by the mattress. Not enough sockets or mirrors.
- Lauren (10/5): Perfect all thanks to the amazing hosts! - The location was fantastic as we were exhibiting at the London ExCel Stadium. It was only about a 10 minute walk - if that! The whole apartment was super tidy and clean. I think another amazing thing about this apartment is the host! They contacted me with so much helpful information regarding check-in and check-out. I have never received such wonderful and professional service in my life! Basically northing - but if there was to be one thing, it would be the handle in the bathroom was coming loose and was concerning when using the bathroom in case I was going to get locked in haha!

- Matthew (5/5): At least we had somewhere to rest our heads - but not what we booked - We booked a room directly outside the Excel - this was completely misleading we were around 2 miles away in driving sense. There was no balcony as descripted in the pictures. The apartment would be ideal for construction tradesmen but not for corporate requirements. The bathroom had a leak from the toilet - lights were hanging down from the ceiling - cupboards were broke - Definitely not what we were expecting or thought we had paid for. I would confirm if booking this apartment that its going to be the one at the Excel not round Prince Regent Road

- Hannah (1/5): Unsafe location and building, would not recommend staying here. - The apartment itself seemed clean but we were only inside for 5 minutes before we left to stay elsewhere. The apartment is in a very unsafe location, not the "prime location" it is described as. The front door to the building is unlocked so anyone can walk in and the actual lock on the front door of the apartment is minimal. We were 2 female travellers and did not feel safe staying here.
