• riccardo (9/5): Lovely cozy little flat in a charming neighbourhood. Great internet for digital nomads. - The host is very nice , communicative and proactive and speak good English. Always quick to solve any problem or issue. The apartment is comfortable for one person or a couple even for a long stay, if you do not need a kitchen. There is strong internet, a great TV (which can only be used to see series and movies in Chinese, but a nice trick is to connect it to your laptop via a HDMI cable...) and a nice comfy bed separated from the living room area. The area also is very nice, quiet and residential, with many cafes , restaurants and a decent supermarket nearby. The neighbours are also very nice and friendly. I stayed a month and felt at home. I left my heart in Shanghai when I left, and part of it might definitely found in this place. The only thing I missed for a big wardrobe. Maybe also a working area with an ergonomic chair. Not having a kitchen could be an issue for some, not for me as I am too lazy to cook anyhow :)
• Serafin (10/5): 우수하다 - 아파트는 매우 아늑하고, 주인은 친절하다. 후기에는 체크인이 조금 불편하다는 글이 있었는데, 처음에는 꽤 걱정했지만, 실제로는 상상보다 훨씬 순조로웠다. 아마 주인이 최적화와 업그레이드를 한 것 같다. 집 밖 풍경이 매우 마음에 들었다. 나는 비교적 오랜 기간 머물렀는데, 어느 날 몸이 안 좋아 기분이 좋지 않았지만, 외출할 때 마당에서 아름다운 음악이 흘러나오는 것을 보았다. 그곳에는 술도 있고, 꽃도 있고, 음식도 있어 순간적으로 매우 치유되는 느낌을 받았다. 전 과정 셀프 체크인이며, 현지 사람과 소통할 수 있다면 더 만족할 것입니다. 세면대는 주방을 개조한 것처럼 보이지만, 제게는 큰 문제가 되지 않습니다.

• Jinyan (10/5): Exceptional - I had a fantastic stay at Amy's apartment in the heart of the Shanghai French Concession. The place is gorgeous-full of character and heritage charm-and ideally located in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the Bund and other key areas. The apartment was fully equipped and super comfortable, especially the bed. The air conditioning kept the flat good temperature during my stay. Amy was a wonderful host-super responsive and helpful throughout. She made my stay an absolute breeze. It seems she manages several apartments, all with the same stylish and welcoming vibe. Thank you, Amy, for a great stay. Highly recommend this apartment!
