• Michael (9/5): Great apartment, have already tried to book it again - Fantastic lively location with so much to do in walking distance, great view from floor 20. Very nice apartment with 2 bedrooms. Easy to park and get up to the suite. Helpful property managers when picking up keys. One or two of the light globes weren't working in the kitchen area but didn't cause us any problems
• Young (8/5): Great but lag of wi-fi will stop me from renting it again - clean, spacious and modern I didn't know it didn't come with wi-fi was very disappointing unable to watch TV with not WiFi and signal from a services provider was very weak so high up. Very disappointing.
• Marie Fraise (1/5): Disgusting - Apartment stunk and useless customer service that could not find our booking - We could not enjoy our stay as the apartment stunk the whole time This was the worst and most expensive stay we have ever experienced. The customer service went to a Filipino call centre and they could not find our booking, or understand what we were saying. No wi-fi! The apartment stunk the whole time we were there, must be some drain blockage issue, which was disgusting - flat batteries in the remote and everytime we tried to get help with customer service they had no booking for us and could not help and were told to contact Booking,com?? what the ?? I would never recommend or stay here again, this is the first time I have ever had to write such an awful review
• Angela (7/5): Great location, room a tad smelly, dark, quiet, enjoyable - Great location, good air con, quiet room, comfortable bed The room smelt damp or like a wet dog. I know not all rooms at the Oracle are like this, maybe they used to have a pet living in this room. We were only given one key, which made it hard as my partner had to work, and I was entertaining our 2 children.
• Amber (3/5): Extremely overpriced - The location was convenient right near the tram line, the beach and the convention centre. Very run down, 2/4 lifts not working, a weird smell, barely any toiletries for a 4 night stay. Not tragic, was very clean and but severely overpriced.

• Bayley Fritsch and Natalie (8/5): - Location The pool heating didn’t work and for most of our stay there was an issue with the lifts. We had to walk down 20 flights of stairs with our 3 month old then wait 40 minutes for the lift to manually take up back up to the 20th floor after we had dinner.
• Tim (10/5): Exceptional - Unit was clean and comfortable, highly recommend staying there. Being a privately owned unit the staff at reception weren't helpful at all. Finding the car park entrance was difficult

We’ve stayed here before, but were under the Peppers banner rather than the private property we inadvertently booked. we discovered not supported by Peppers concierge Cumbersome delays in communication (or lack of sometimes) was annoying initially. Only one key supplied at first despite assurances a 2nd one should have been on the kitchen bench when entering (it wasn’t) - (later) “the previous guy lost it”. It took until the 3rd day to get the spare. On the day before leaving, I rang with an enquiry re: sheers/towels to leave but at 4.25pm on a weekday the call went to “after-hours”. After-hours cover said day staff would return my call next morning. It never came.

• Travis (6/5): Great location, but apartment a little unkempt - Location perfect and building facilities top notch During booking process - Having to submit photo's of my credit card to host for booking check-in (security deposit). During stay - strong smell of wet/damp carpet in apartment. Almost overwhelming. Loss of hot water for 7 hours during one of the days of stay, without offer of discount, or complimentary attraction passes etc.

• Jon (5/5): It was adequate for an acceptable price though not recommended for a family stay. Good for a group of mates headed for s - Location and price were ok for what we needed. (Group of friends) There was a very stale smell to the room, also no block out curtains in the main area meant that anyone sleeping in the glass walled (probably not an intended bedroom), was up at the crack of dawn. The improvised second bedroom has a poor layout and no blinds.

• Katrina (9/5): Fantastic location, clean and tidy, highly recommend. - Clean, modern and great location. No Wifi and tv reception in bedroom for Channel 9 group was unwatchable due to poor reception.

• Martin (5/5): Have stayed in much better accommodation on the Gold Coast for less. Will not be staying here again. - Location, views. No wifi - nowadays this is expected. Glass wall for second bedroom, sliding door did not close. Shower door handle had sharp bits of peeling flakes of whatever material the handle was made of.
