- Ms (7/5): Good - The location and the size of the apartment were perfect. The linen was more than enough. The kitchen had everything I needed. Everything was really good except the floors, lounge, and throw rugs all felt dirty and grimy. The kitchen felt greasy and in need of a really good scrub. The beds were on the firm side. The hall outside of the apartment and lift smelt like urine.
- Johan (1/5): Bad - Location. Beers on arrival. Communication. Shower pressure. Broken tv. Broken shower door. Broken cooktop light. Leaking shower. Ridiculous water pressure for kitchen sink. Slamming front door. No bed linen for 3rd child whom we booked for.

- Tegan (4/5): Views and location was amazing. The cleanliness of the apartment was very poor. - Property had great views and great location close to everything. The apartment wasn’t clean properly. We first walked in to the floors being sticky and wet with some residue left on it. There was some sort of tablet left on the floor from previous stayers and the cleaners did not clean it properly. Under the beds were very dusty and not clean there was a peach or some-sort of fruit left under the bed , in the main bathroom the shower leaked all over the floor when showering. The glass to go out to the balcony was all smudged and wasn’t clean. Also human hair all on the floor outside. Made us feel very uncomfortable to the point I had to contact owner to get a cleaner to come back and clean it properly.
