- gloria (9/5): - It’s ideal location close to Melbourne Central and transport facilities. The comfortable bed made for an amazing nights sleep. Beautiful balcony view. The shower water pressure was inconsistent and temperature was also a little temperamental but overall great little apartment ideal for short trips

- Tri indah (8/5): the location strategies, nice room, well equipped, clean - The location so strategies...only 600 metres to Melbourne Central, reasonable price...clean, well equipped and not so different with the photo on the web When we're arrived at apartment on 03.19 PM, the key hadn't in the loker box, so it's difficult to us to communicate since we didn't have the Australian phone number...But thanks to the receptionis of the building who borrowing us his phone, so we could communicate further... and then after 10 minutes, we check again the locker and the key had already in it. We do hope in the future the key already inside the locker box. And also information abaout garbage place please more details, since the place on the basement building and our room on the 6th floor, so we have to brought the garbage quite far from the room. Last, the KozyGuru ask us to pay some deposit money about AUD350, the day before we check in on Oct 13rd, 2025, and untill now Oct 23rd, 2025 we're not receive yet the refund of deposit (check out on Oct 18th, 2025), Information from KozyGuru, the refund will be pay after 7 business days, we do hope the refund will not delay. Since others apartment didn't required the deposit, so it's something different with others renter.
- Amy (7/5): - The location is convenient and the apartment is alright except there was a few issues like the fob didn't work for entrance door, also on the first night, after my husband took the shower, there was water coming out from the gap of the shower door and the whole bathroom floor with water and also the toilet seat cover suddenly came off on the last night we stayed The down side is the apartment got no view also the blind inside the bedroom quite noisy when there's wind
