- Terry (8/5): A comfortable “home-from-home” stopover close to an inspiring wilderness area. - Comfortable & complete. Good facilities - a home-from-home. Really enjoyed the “little extras” such as chocolate, wine, & coffee/tea provided free, but these were not needed to influence our favourable impressions of this self-contained property. Trivial concern - no instructions for use of TV/video, but wifi worked perfectly. Thanks
- Mario (6/5): Pleasant - location was good, the unit was clean and comfortable. Reasonable for the price paid.
- Greig (8/5): Very good - Roomy and well equiped. Close to the pub and the platypus in the lake. Dripping tap in shower.

- Christina (10/5): Exceptional - Chris was a welcoming host. Nothing was any trouble, and he was very thoughtful. He is doing up Unit 1, where we stayed, a work in progress, and it was great value for money. Waratah is a fab little town for easy platypus spotting, a historical museum, good pub food, and a lovely pond and park for kids. Chris's place is ideal for an overnight stay.
- Keerthi (10/5): Exceptional -

- Hirawati (10/5): A wonderful, super pleasant apartment near Waratah Falls and Cradle Mountain. - Host Chris very helpfully upgraded our booking when we had an extra person. We arrived super tired after adventuring, and were pleasantly surprised to find this superb, very clean apartment that had comfy beds with electric blankets, a complete kitchen with complimentary items which included a welcome drink and chocolates, and a complete laundry and dryer. Boutique Apartment On Que is a perfect place to clean up and rest, highly recommended. We also love Waratah, a refreshing and picturesque little place near Cradle Mountain.

- Noel (9/5): Enjoyable stay in a lovely part of Tasmania. - Excellent location, close to local attractions and nearby to major tourist attractions.
- Christine (8/5): Very good value, newly renovated and very well equipped. - Newly renovated 2 bedroom unit. Generous breakfast provisions including cereal, milk, butter and bread in the freezer. Complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates was a lovely touch. Large rooms and quality Fisher and Paykel washing machine and dryer. Also very well priced. It was a little hard to find with no signage.
- Deborah (9/5): Superb - Space, laundry, large TV. Very comfy bed, excellent bathroom, amazing shower, best place we have stayed in during our trip. Very reasonable price. Nothing.
- Che (9/5): good place to stay for a quick pit stop - everything you need for a comfortable stay no outdoor area to relax but it is a semi attached unit ... inside is very comfortable

- Beatriz (9/5): Superb - Had an amazing time here, from the very comfortable bed, well equiped kitchen and all the amenities needed for some time away in the mountains! Its a fast drive to Craddle Mountain and I would definitely come back here if I was ever around again!
- Penelope (8/5): Very good - The accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Some of the facilities are aging but a refurbishment is in progress. Their current condition is reflected in the price.
- Isaac (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely perfect, thank you Chris!
- Newxr (9/5): Superb - Nice clean one bedroom apartment. TV remote volume button doesn't work. Default setting is too loud.
- Mousey1784 (9/5): Mint Stay - Booked this place for my mum and she said that Christopher was very helpful and kind from beginning to the moment she left.
Clean , cozy and great way to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
- Yvonne (5/5): Sheets - Sheets were not clean hand been changed from last person
- Sushil (9/5): I expected very less but found a great place. -
- Adela (10/5): Wonderful review - This is a wonderful review fo the wonderful host Chris. We booked 3 nights at Waratah unit and enjoyed this wonderful location from the cozy apartment unit with everything you need. Even though we did not meet our host personally, he was very helpful and welcoming through messages we recieved. Extra hospitability points for complimentary wine and chocolate on arrival. This accommodation has an interesting vibe, almost as you would stay at your mate´s grandma´s cozy mountain cabin. And the location is just stellar, we saw platypus and explored all of the local waterfalls tracks. I guess that this place is also an ideal base for exploring the Cradle mountain.
- Boyce (10/5): Exceptional - Like a small unit. Plenty of room We didn't see any platypus
- Tony (8/5): Very warm and comfortable - Very comfortable. Excellent heating and kitchen Shower over bath with curtain not ideal. Understand refurbishment is planned.
- Robert (8/5): Very good -
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alan (10/5): Exceptional - A very enjoyable stay in a lovely furnished unit with all facilities
- Paul (9/5): Superb - Clean basic unit, fridge and freezer stocked with extras, games console and movies, 5 minute walk to waterfall viewing platform and museum. Great value for money, 40 mins drive from Cradle Mountain visitors centre - would stay again.
- Pam (9/5): Superb - Walk to Falls, park and hotel for a meal.
- Lynette (8/5): Very good -
- Jill (8/5): When finished, excellent potential. Lots of extras - Lots of extras, great potential with some paint. Spider web tidy up out side. Other wise good.. Fridge could have been cleaner and mould in the bathroom isnt hard to shift. Just spoils the look.
- Tess (10/5): Exceptional - Very close to Waratah waterfall and Biscoff Pub
Fullsize kitchen, combined bathroom and laundry with washing machine and dryer
- Barbara (3/5): Poor - I loved the area and the washing machine and dryer worked. Funny smell, fridge and freezer did not work and the oven was filthy. The owner did not provide us with door code so when we arrived we could not get in and the fridge and freezer were filled with owners food and fridge stank
- Melanie (6/5): Pleasant -
- Martin (9/5): Superb -
- Robert (4/5): Disappointing - Not too far away from Cradle mountain. Nice little village. No sheets provided for the small bed (third person)
- Jin (9/5): Superb - Plenty of space, basically a house with everything you need.
Definitely worth spending a few days exploring Waratah or Cradle mountain. Not a big issue but it's a bit hard to keep the floor dry while taking a shower. Sometimes the water goes to the area where all the bottles are then runs out to the floor and the curtain isn't able to stop that.
Would be perfect if there is a piece of glass.
- Julie (6/5): Pleasant - Good location. Brown water from cold taps. I think you need to get the pipes replaced.
- Curt (10/5): Exceptional - The place was super well-equipped. It had everything we needed, including an easy to use washer and dryer. Best place we stayed at in Tasmania.
There is a nice bar-restaurant nearby, which is also a plus.
- Savidya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Beatrice (10/5): Had a lovely time and will definitely recommend to friends! - Great little unit in the heart of Waratah, walking distance from the waterfalls and the historical track. The place is casual and comfy, feels like staying at a friend’s home. Owner and neighbor are super friendly!
- Ninos (8/5): Very good -
- Elizabeth (3/5): Poor -
- Michael (9/5): Very convenient and comfortable accommodation in Waratah. - The property was spacious, clean, had a very homely feel and the unit was also well- positioned. The property owner/manager made us feel most welcome. N/A
- Ershadi (8/5): Lovely stay - Nice little comfy unit. There were separate taps for hot and cold water in both the bathroom and the kitchen.
- Peter (4/5): Unsure if I’ll trust booking.com again - Well furnished Smelled like an ashtray. Clearly belonged to someone who smokes inside the unit. Seriously, Booking.com , do you not have standards with accommodation?
- Glenn (10/5): The unit in Waratah is excellent value for money and a clean comfortable and friendly place to stay. - Excellent facilities. Provision of bread and milk on arrival was very thoughtful. Complimentary wine and Belgian truffles was most enjoyable.Unit was in the centre of the small town, which suited walking to the nearby waterfall and lake. No issues at all.
- Michael (8/5): fine - no fuss, great set up for the location smelt of cigarette smoke
- John (10/5): This unit was just perfect for us. Very economical, in a great position, nice and tidy. If we come back to Waratah we wi - A great location. close to everything in Waratah. If we had to really winge, the cutlery could do with an update, and my wife says it needs a woman touch to make it perfect.
- Rachel (6/5): Good -
- Nat (5/5): Passable - good value , good heating , comfortable recliner armchairs. cleanliness wasn’t great 😕 hair all over bathroom sink and in shower/ bath. Dirty cutlery and crockery and barely any toilet paper.
