Ruth (9/5): Gut vorstellbar, dass wir wieder zurück kommen. - Schön geräumige Wohnung, einfach und praktisch eingerichtet. Schöne Aussicht auf Lugano. Ruhige Lage, kein Durchgangsverkehr. Wir waren 3 Wochen in der Wohnung. Unser Problem: wir konnten zwischendurch nicht ein wenig putzen, weil: -vom Staubsauber gab es nur die Gebrauchsanweisung und eine Saugdüse (der eigentliche Staubsauger war nirgends). - Es gab verschiedene Teile von Boden-Wisch-Systemen, aber nichts brauchbares. Am Tag 2 habe ich bei Happy Rentals nachgefragt. Der versprochene Wischer kam - nach dreimaligem Nachfragen etwa am 15. Tag unserer Ferien. Im WC war das Licht defekt. Neue Lampen haben nicht geholfen. Der versprochene Techniker kam nie vorbei. Da das WC kein Fenster hat war es nicht benutzbar….

Anne Pia (8/5): - Suveræn beliggenhed i et roligt villakvarter oppe på en bakke med udsigt over byen og lidt af søen. Altanen var rigtig god og internettet godt. Lejligheden var slidt.
