Marta (1/5): No se lo recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo - Nada. Un cuchitril indecente y en unas condiciones lamentables. Solo merece la pena la ubicación. Entre otros, destaco estos aspectos: - El baño no tiene luz; solo un flexo colgando de un cable y es peligroso e incómodo (adjunto foto) - ⁠Las sábanas estaban sucias y rotas - ⁠El olor del pasillo y del apartamento es bastante desagradable - ⁠La vajilla está sucia - ⁠El portal tiene basura y zapatillas tiradas, está sucio y es desagradable - ⁠La discoteca de moda está justo debajo de estos apartamentos Absolutamente todo. Hemos pagado 1000€ por las peores cuatro noches que recuerdo hasta la fecha (éramos 3) La luz del baño consiste en un flexo colgando de la caldera, la vajilla y las sábanas estaban sucias, portal lleno de basura y el olor tanto del edificio como del apartamento dejan mucho que desear… no lo recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo.

Fabio Ricardo (2/5): Heureusement que le personnel etait amiable, si non le reste a fuir. - La proximité avec le centre L’appartement manque d’entretien, le ménage avait pas été fait avant notre arrivé, il était vraiment sale , j’ai dû nettoyer avant de m’installer, j’ai même nettoyé le couloir d’assez car de cigarettes au sol et une odeur horrible, je voyage avec mes enfants. Pour moi c’est inconcevable. Même des cigarettes trouver au sols à l’intérieur de l’appartement, des mouchoirs sales en-dessous du lit. Bref…. Nous sommes allez faire quelque courses et a notre retour nous sommes resté bloqué dans pouvoir entrée dans l’appartement, on a dû attendre 30 min avant que quelqu’un arrive et par la suite plus de 1h pour que le problème soit résolu…

Previamente haciéndole una limpieza … Sábanas reutilizadas con pelos etc….. la calefacción no funciona correctamente !! !!! Zonas comunes en pésimo estado muy sucio …. Tout le reste... le bruit ,des cris même dans l'immeuble tout les jours jusqu'à 3h/4h du matin . Nous avons quitter les lieux le vendredi à la place du samedi matin. Je ne recommande pas du tout . La réception le dimanche catastrophique alors que la jeune fille du vendredi très agréable et gentille.

Ouve se tudo de uns andares para os outros , ouve se a água dos tubos a correr pelo prédio todo , outros hóspedes não respeitam os restantes, falta de controlo na receção , o aquecedor não funcionava , não havia papel higiénico , falta de toalhas pra tomar banho e sem staff pra ir levar mais tive de me deslocar à receção , etc

L’appartement est vétuste L’équipement n’était pas bon, il n’y avait même pas de tasse à café, pas de bouilloire, pas assez de couverture, le Chauffage ne fonctionnait pas bien Il n’y avait pas de gel, douche, ni d’éponge.

ABDERAHMANE (5/5): Déçu - La taille de l'appartement (mais c'est parce que on nous a attribué un autre car celui que j'avais loué était non conforme...) Du coup plusieurs lits disponibles L'accueil est dans un autre hôtel, galère pour le trouver déjà. Ensuite quand je l'ai trouvé ça a pris quelques heures pour avoir les clés parce que apparemment l'appartement que j'avais loué n'était pas conforme, communication très compliquée avec les réceptionnistes qui parlent pas français, qui sont pas très agréables, pendant ce temps là ma femme et mes enfants attendaient dehors plusieurs heures. Même pas un petit remboursement pour le désagrément. L'appartement n'est pas à la hauteur, radiateur qui tombe mal fixé, prise que tombe, il y a que la poubelle des toilettes, plus de rideau de douche... bref pas la peine.

Anhelina (1/5): Ridiculous - The most horrible stay ever First, after a long and exhausting journey, you have to go to an office just to collect the key and sign documents. Then you are given cleaning rules that require you to clean the entire apartment yourself, remove all used linens and bed sheets, throw out all the rubbish on your own, and are threatened with a €150 fee if you don’t meet these conditions. If you fail, you don’t get your money back. Honestly, it’s ridiculous — I’m paying for accommodation, yet I’m expected to clean and take care of everything myself. So what exactly am I paying for? But that’s not all. After that, you have to search for the apartment, which is not marked anywhere, and no clear instructions are provided at check-in. You end up wandering the streets trying to find it. It took me over an hour just to locate the place. Even after finding the building, it was still a struggle to figure out which door was the right one. Finally, when you get inside — instead of relief — you are hit with a disgusting mold and sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which spreads throughout the apartment. Completely unacceptable.

Lo peor de este alojamiento son las camas (colchones totalmente inestables), las almohadas están llenas de manchas (sucias), la colcha más de lo mismo. No funcionaba la calefacción, avise pero no fueron a repararla. Pase solo una noche y menos mal, no repetiré. Las atención al cliente deja mucho que desear.

Rida (1/5): Muy muy mal - Me gusta más tranquilidad y la zona Las camas muy muy malas en cómodas he espierto todo el cuerpo me duele por las camas están muy gastadas del año de la pera y tengo que limpiar el apartamento y coger las sábanas dejarlas en el lavabo y fregar si no no te vuelven el dinero de la fianza no se que pago el dinero para hacer faina y limpieza en una aparcamiento de alquiler más tienes que trabajar con ellos limpiar y coger todo antes de salir si no no te vuelven el dinero de la fianza son 150€ la verdad nunca volver a está apartamentos

M. Frei (2/5): INFERNAL/ INSALUBRE/ QUE LO CIERREN YA - Mi familia y yo tuvimos que abandonar este putefracto establecimiento a las 11 de la noche nevando, con un niño de 3 años en pijama. No aguantamos allí ni 2 horas. Creo que eso resume nuestra experiencia. Un sitio sucio, con un olor a comida, a tabaco y a polvo horrible. Las mantas (reconocido por el propio conserje) no se lavan cada semana (aseguraría que no se lavan cada AÑO). La calefacción no funciona y hace un frío horrible. Los baños no funcionan bien y no se puede tirar de la cadena. La TV no funciona. Ni la luz de dentro de la nevera funciona! Cuando entramos en la habitación-duplex, habían hasta migas de pan encima de la mesa!! Paredes llenas de humedades, grietas, suelos rotos... Jamás había visto un sitio tan dejado, abandonado y siniestro como este. NO HAGAIS CASO A LAS FOTOS! NUNCA SON LO QUE PARECE!! Y no contéis con quejaros. El hombrecito de la entrada, un tal Carlos, con gafas, os dirá con orgullo que "somos los últimos de la lista de todo Pas de la Casa" y no hará nada por ayudaros. No sólo se confundió de habitación y nos dió una mucho más pequeña de lo que habíamos pagado, no sólo no nos dió los "kit" de sábanas, toallas y limpieza, sino que intentó reirse de nosotros a la hora de reclamar mandándonos a la otra punta del pueblo, a un edificio vacío. En mi opinión, tanto él como el establecimiento necesitan urgentemente un profundo CAMBIO.
