• Francisco Carlos (6/5): Decepcionante alojamiento - La cocina estaba bastante bien equipada. No nos recibió nadie a pesar de que llegamos a una hora bastante normal. El anfitrión se limitó a mandarnos unas instrucciones por whatsapp, primero en alemán y cuando le comenté que no las entendía me las mandó en inglés. La ropa de cama sucia del anterior inquilino estaba en el suelo de una especie de habitación despensa situada junto a la entrada del apartamento. La cama estaba encajada en una especie de habitación acristalada de muy reducidas dimensiones, lo que hacía muy difícil su acceso e incluso el hacer la cama por la mañana. La enorme alfombra situada en el salón hacía imposible que se pudieran abrir las dos puertas de esa minúscula habitación dormitorio. Solo se podía vivir una de las dos puertas. Como la pared que separaba el salón del dormitorio era de cristal, y solo tenía un visillo, si alguien quería dormir en dicha habitación mientras la otra persona estaba en el salón con la luz encendida, la luz molestaba bastante. Lo mismo pasaba con la luz de la cocina, que penetraba directamente a través de un gran ventanal situado cerca del techo entre el dormitorio y dicha estancia. El alojamiento estaba alejado del centro de la ciudad, y el autobús daba muchas vueltas para llegar al mismo.
• Helen (1/5): - We found out after we arrived that the property had been double booked and we couldn’t get in. Fortunately we had family near by and went there until we could book a new place.
• Leandro (8/5): - El departamento es bueno, tenía algunas dudas con el pago de la tasa turística y el anfitrión dijo no entender la consulta, a partir de lo cual pese a mi intento por aclarar el tema no hubo respuesta, éramos tres quienes nos alojábamos pero por cuestión personal uno de ello solo pudo quedarse una noche en el alojamiento, como la tasa se paga por persona y por día, la consulta estaba vinculada al descuento que a mi entender correspondía sobre la misma, como finalmente no hubo respuesta dejé el total del dinero, ello merece crítica pues era una cuestión simple que interpreto merecía una adecuada respuesta.-
• Rupert (10/5): Empfehlenswert! - Unkomplizierte Vermietung, schöne Wohnung, praktisch voll ausgestattet (Küche - mit scharfen Messern :-), Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, ...), gute Anbindung an Offis, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit um's Haus.

• Leonie (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt! - Hatte alles was man braucht, sehr sauber, netter Vermieter. Genügend Parkplätze, Bushaltestelle auch direkt vor der Tür.

• Sebastian (9/5): Nettes, gut angebundenes Apartment: ideal für einen Städtetrip! - Schönes kleines Apartment mit allem was man benötigt. Modernes Bad, gut ausgestattete Küche, bequemes Bett und ein großer Balkon mit Aussicht! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es einige im Umkreis, ein Netto direkt vor der Tür. Parksituation gut, aber auch sehr gut an den Öpnv angebunden (Bus vor der Tür, Straßenbahn ca. 10 Min Fußweg). Dariush ist ein netter und unkomplizierter Gastgeber...gern wieder! Bei dem Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wäre vmtl. eine zweite ToPa-Rolle super, aber die kann man sich im Zweifel auch selber kaufen!
• Heidi (8/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt in der Wohnung; kurzfristige Stornierungsmöglichkeit, was sehr selten ist! - Die Lage war für unseren Aufenthalt perfekt - befand sich unweit eines Sportgeländes, bei dem wir einen Wochenendkurs besucht haben. Die Wohnung ist zwar relativ klein, aber sehr gekonnt eingeteilt. Der Eigentümer der Wohnung ist sehr hilfsbereit, er hat uns u.a. rechtzeitig die wichtigsten Informationen zur Wohnung und zum Umfeld mitgeteilt. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und der Vermieter war bei Fragen auch jederzeit für uns erreichbar! Keine nennenswerte Beanstandungen!
• Monica (8/5): Cómodo - Apartamento cómodo, remodelado, tiene un supermercado al lado y parqueadero gratis en las inmediaciones, fácil checkin sin contacto Está un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad, edificio un poco antiguo
• Adrianus (8/5): Prima optie voor bezoeken Schloss Heidelberg en binnenstad, met conform van zelf koken - Prijsprestatie verhouding. Gratis parkeren in de straat en goede tramverbinding naar de binnenstad. Na vele dagen eten in restaurant heerlijk om op het appartement zelf te koken. Supermarkt 100 meter van de woning en goede kookmogelijkheden. Koelkast met vriezer. TV kon met Airdrop gekoppeld worden aan telefoon. Geen reguliere TV kanalen. Niet goed schoongemaakt. We hebben zelf met een doek zaken afgenomen.

• Xenia-Marie (8/5): Angenehm, chillig. Kann man machen. Empfehlenswert!! <3 - es war sehr komfortabel. Wir sind mit einem WOW-Effekt in die Wohnung eingetreten. Die Lage ist gut da neben dran ein Netto ist und es ruhig ist. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Die Küche hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Auf dem Esstisch wurden auch Gläser mit einer Wasserflasche hingestellt, sehr mitdenkend an den Gast. Töpfe waren nicht ganz sauber.

• MU WEI (10/5): - Great accommodation experience. The landlord is very nice. During the stay, you can feel the caring of the landlord everywhere. The scenery is very beautiful. The location is convenient. There is a supermarket nearby. It is highly recommended.

You can contact him at any point of the stay. He helped me a lot. I stayed in the peak of summer and the apartment was a bit warm. Host may provide the guest a ventilator/fan.
