• Frédéric (8/5): Il ne manque pas grand chose pour que ce soit un super appartement. - L’emplacement et le design de l’appartement, le volume. Les lits pas très confortable voir pas du tout pour un. Avoir réservé pour six, être cinq et n’avoir que 4 fourchettes !? Les lumières un peu compliquées et manquantes.
• Aquin (7/5): - The location is amazing and the loft design is just like the pictures. Please note that the host reimbursed us the full cost of the booking because of an unfortunate mix up in the key box code which left us stranded for the 1st night. It was resolved the next morning with a sincere apology and assurance of full cancellation. Therefore we stayed for the 2nd night. That being said, a few things that can be improved: 1. The overall cleanliness of the apartment is not ideal - it didn’t feel fully serviced before our arrival - dishes were still in the dishwasher, there was no dish towel or paper towels. 2. Basic amenities need to be added - there was no bath soap, no salt, no nespresso machine pods, no dish washing machine or laundry washing machine tablets - normally the expectation is a few pods is placed for the guest for the duration of the stay. 3. The bed mattress/frame in the main bedroom sinks in the middle. 4. We didn’t mind this - but to be aware is that it is a walk-up and you need to go up a lot of stairs to get to the apartment.

• Cathyrn (8/5): Amazing quirky stay in Berlin! - This place is spectacular, top floor of an old Berlin building - it is like stepping back in time until you reach the apartment which is so unique and not like anywhere else we stayed. The space was amazing - really quirky and made our trip feel so special. Main bedroom was so comfortable and shower was great. It was lovely watching the world go by outside but it could be a bit noisy with sirens/road traffic at night. By the second evening we did not notice it at all. Seeing the moon and stars above the glass roof at night was amazing! It is at the top of a 6-storey building so the stairs were a bit daunting and getting the key was a bit tricky due to the location of the box and we did not know the code had been changed but the host called us immediately when we reached ot and got it sorted straight away. The main bedroom was fabulous but we had not expected the other bed to be in the kitchen which was very quirky! It was not the most comfortable and the bedding did not fit the bed. We also could not get the radiator on in this room so it was a bit chilly. We could not get the TV to come on the first evening which was due to the electrical socket it was plugged into not working (we tried a lamp in it too and it stopped working). Once we got it switched over it was great. Some of the lamps did not come on so probably better just to remove them as it detracted from how amazing the space was.
• Michael (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft. - Sehr gut. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Leider mussten wir umplanen und konnten nicht in der Unterkunft bleiben.
• Fanny (2/5): Aufgrund der Mängel in der Wohnung und des schlechten Umgangs mit Beschwerden -nicht empfehlenswert. - Lage und Aussicht Ich war von diesem Apartment leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem deutlich heruntergekommenen Zustand und entspricht in keiner Weise den Fotos auf Booking. Bereits beim Betreten fiel ein sehr starker Rauchgeruch auf, obwohl die Wohnung angeblich eine Nichtraucher-Unterkunft sein soll. Lüften war bei den Außentemperaturen kaum möglich und brachte keine wirkliche Besserung. Im Apartment selbst gab es zahlreiche weitere Mängel: An mehreren Stellen sind schwarze Flecken an den Wänden sichtbar, was auf Schimmel hindeutet. Eine Wandbereich ist notdürftig mit Pappe abgedeckt Die Wände und Oberflächen, auch in der Küche, befinden sich in einem schmutzigen und stark abgenutzten Zustand. Eine Bettdecke war extrem dünn, das Bett wirkte lieblos und nicht besonders einladend. Verschiedene Lampen funktionierten nicht In der Küche lag noch ein benutztes Interdentalbürstchen, auf dem Tisch noch Zigarettenfilter und leere Batterien. Es gibt keinerlei Gardinen oder Möglichkeit zur Abdunklung im Schlafzimmer. Als ich die Mängel höflich ansprach, wurde mir sofort angeboten die Wohnung zu verlassen mit voller Rückerstattung- das war aber aufgrund unserer Planung in Berlin schlicht nicht möglich. Als ich dann nach einer angemessenen preislichen Lösung fragte, wurde mir lediglich ein Rabatt von 50 € angeboten – allerdings nur unter der Bedingung, keine schlechte Bewertung zu hinterlassen. Als ich das ablehnte und erklärte, dass dies angesichts der Vielzahl der Mängel nicht ausreiche, wurde der Ton unhöflich und schließlich überhaupt nicht mehr reagiert. Insgesamt war die Kommunikation leider unangenehm und wenig professionell. Aufgrund der Zustände in der Wohnung und des Umgangs mit berechtigten Beschwerden kann ich die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.
