- Maria (7/5): -
- Jose (8/5): - Location was great, walking distance to many key areas and transportation.
Host was very kind and helpful. No elevator in the apartment.
Street extremely noisy, impossible to sleep in the living room.
Central heating too hot, the apartment was a sauna.
- Maria Agustina (10/5): we love it! - near times square, metro and subway, it was a lovely place!
- Daisy (10/5): What a great place to stay! We’ll stay here again next time. - This place is a gem. It’s so near to everything in Midtown Manhattan, from the subway station to the busy streets of Madison Square Garden, Rockefeller, Broadway, and to Fashion street. Even the Central Park is so easy to access via the train, just half a mile walk from this condo. Downstairs you will find different restaurants such as pizza parlor, fresh market, bars, breakfast club, and Chinese and Mediterranean and so we didn’t need to cook our meal though it has a nice and cute kitchen. We just place our order ahead for pick up. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own food but we decided not to use it since we were eager to taste their local cuisines. The water is strong. They have small corner table for two and chairs. It’s a one bedroom suit but 4 people can sleep using the convertible sofa bed. It has nice wooden floor (be careful it’s so slippery with your socks on). They have an l shaped lounge sofa by the window. We went here in winter and so it’s was pretty cold. I’m not sure how it feels like in the summer since they only have a heater and a floor fan. They have clean towels for 4, extra pillow, and blankets. The washing machine and dryer was a big plus. We didn’t have to go to laundromat downstairs. But you need to pry open the dryer since the rubber liners around the edges of the dryer door gets stuck. You can bring your own shampoo, and other shower stuff but they do provide them as well. They also provide toilet paper and paper towels. There’s no coffee maker but my husband just drink the instant coffee available in the pantry. I love that they have a full size fridge to keep your food, water, and leftovers. I also love that this place is overlooking the towering buildings of the Manhattan and so it’s so beautiful to look at in the evening from the front window. The condo is up on the 4th floor and no elevator but it’s not that a big deal for us. We did a lot of walking so we kind of like got used to it taking the stairs though our legs were pretty sore. Need to provide more clean towels and extra paper towels. Need to provide at least a small coffee maker. Need to fix the window so it will stay up. They left a note about the window not functioning properly. And need to give instructions as to when to leave the garbage out. But you can always message the property owner for questions. Need to put the exact location of this place on the bookings.com to save time. We went to a different hotel and we were told that’s not the one. This place is beautiful and so why not just show the exact house # and not just the streets and zip code.
- kevin (10/5): - El apartamento y la ubicación No hubo AC
- Oleksandr (8/5): - Location is very good, close to subway stations, lot of stores, restaurans and bars around. Apparment is comfortable, well equipted. It was very hot in the appartment and difficult to regulate temperature. Some small things should be upgraded in kitchen - very old kettle, kitchen towel required.

- Margaret (8/5): - Everything The stairs up to the apartment.
- Muzlan (10/5): Amazing location! Spacious and amazing view of NYC skyline - The location was amazing. Restaurants and shops are just outside the door. Everything is walking distance. The view of New York skyline from the window was amazing. The apartment is spacious. There were alot of small cockroaches espcially at the kitchen area.
Pedi ajuda para me mudarem e nao fizeram nada.

- FABIANA (8/5): Depto lindo y bien ubicado para pareja! - Depto muy bonito y muy limpio! Bien ubicado!! No hay ascensor y no lo sabíamos. Esta bien para 2 personas. Eramos 4 y faltaban muchas cosas. No habia tv, ni sillas ni tazas. De todas formas nos auxiliaron muy bien !
- AYAN_CHAKS (7/5): - Location, cozy and comfortable, reasonably well equipped.. washing machine, dryer, microwave, refrigerator, utensils, cook top, iron, ironing board etc There was no elevator and we were on the 4th floor and had to haul luggage up , plus the Main bedroom didn't have an air conditioner.. while they did arrange for a tower fan..
- Geoffroy (9/5): - Bien placé dans un quartier sympa
- Anna (8/5): -

- Allan (7/5): Teuer, typisch NYC!

- Zulkhumor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alison (10/5): A lovely comfy apartment away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square - The apartment was just what we needed for our 6 night stay in NYC. Having the use of a sofa bed as well as the one bedroom meant my friend and I had separate rooms to sleep in. It was great having the ability to cook in the kitchenette and having such a spacious lounge area was a lovely bonus at night after a long day of walking and sightseeing. We even survived climbing the stairs each day (3 flights) after walking miles and miles around NYC. The proximity to Times Square was great....a few blocks walk was no bother. Around the apartment in Hell's Kitchen area there's a variety of great restaurants and bars plus for self catering there was a wide range of grocery and wine stores closeby. A hair dryer and a toaster would have been a good addition to the facilities but we survived without them (nothing wrong with letting your hair "air-dry" and we used a frypan to "toast" our bread in the mornings for breakfast. )
- Luisa (10/5): A comfortable , convenient and stylish stay in the heart of New York City - The location was unbeatable and just a few blocks from Times Square. The check in was also seamless. Very clean apartment with all the amenities. No complaints
- Lavinia (1/5): A disaster - Nothing The place was nowhere near the description. We were supposed to stay for a week (Wed 8th until Wed 15th), but we left in a hurry on Saturday night after finding cockroaches (plural) in the flat, which made it impossible for us to stay any longer. We had to find another place in a hurry, pack and spend more money than we planned because we had to move to another place. We spoke to the Rental Consult team, who manages some properties for rental, and I am still hoping they will refund us, since the place did not meet the minimum hygienic conditions, making the situation unbearable - and there was no way to fix it. Hope the place is permanently unlisted for rental.
- Pier (10/5): COZY 3RD FLOOR WALKUP WITH A GREAT NYC SKYLINE VIEW – cool Hell's Kitchen location -
- Sagi (8/5): nice apartment - a lot of bars around with good prices, beautiful view from the window. some facilities needs to fix (like the shower and the door of the dryermachine. 3th floor without elevator.
- Alessandro (9/5): The apartment in New York everyone dreams of - I rented this apartment as a solo traveler, but I would absolutely recommend it also for a couple, maybe not for a group of four.
The size for me was perfect, the living room is spacious and with an open view over Hell's Kitchen park allowing also to see the lights of Times Square from a distance. The apartment was thoroughly cleaned, just to give you an idea, the sink sponge for the dishes was new, which is one of the first things I check. The bedroom is quiet because is facing the back and not the 10th Av. The bed is really good quality, good mattress with plenty of pillows and soft towels are provided.
The design and the decor is the typical NY style, I wouldn't call it a luxury apartment but definitely a place that I would love to live in or to own myself. I loved the feeling of living like a local.
Really appreciated the complimentary water and wine offered, and the availability of the Alexa speaker, and internet is really fast and reliable.
The area is amazing, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and bars, and the house is perfectly located, 10 mins walking from Times Square, Broadway, etc.
Check-in was organized via WhatsApp the day before, and it has been very effective. This is definitely someone's place who happens to be out of town for a while and they are renting it out. To me, this was a plus because it allowed me to really have the feeling of living New York like a local, but you should be aware that you'll find the owner's personal belongings here and there in the apartment, in dedicated and enclosed areas, but certainly living a sense of the personality of the owner. For example, the sheets were not the candid white you'd find in an hotel, but they were very clean, but the fantasy one would buy for their own bed.
The lock to the door is a little funny, so it's not really straightforward to operate the door knob. Every time I had the feeling that I wouldn't be able to open the door, but eventually I always managed.
The air conditioning was not really efficient, and the window facing the 10th street difficult to operate, limiting the opportunities for ventilation.
There is a slight disconnect between the management of the property and the person who will check you in and give you the keys, and I was asked all the details about my arrival multiple times from multiple people, but that is fine.
- Jeroen (7/5): Good stay for a few days in Manhattan for 2 people - Location downtown Manhattan For a party of 4 is was very small. Aircondition was insufficient in the middle of summer, it was very hot
