Guest Reviews
- Olivier (2/5): - Its located above a pub - very noisy, kitchen smell and noise all night - the flat is very old and stink due to the kitchen - I wont recommend to go there to everyone
We asked kindly for refund after we knew that it was above a pub, we had a young baby but the owner did not want refund us.
Place is dirty and very old.

- Enes (3/5): - The key to the flat is ridiculously simple. Didn’t make us feel safe at all.
- Jess (10/5): - really good location. clean. good kitchen facilities.
- Natasha (10/5): Delightful - Very spacious! Nice tidy home A bit loud being above a bar but not nothing major. Just what you expect on a Saturday night.
- Lisa Keane (10/5): Great appartment. Great value for money - Beautiful apartment. Great value for money, wish I could have stayed longer. Would love to stay again. It's top of my list! Nothing. Loved it!
- Nicole (10/5): Brilliant stay for a family in London - Nice location. Spacious, comfortable and clean
- Bonny (9/5): Superb - The apartment is spacious and in great location. Enjoyed staying around the neighborhood which has everything we needed including cages/coffee, pubs, markets, restaurants, etc.. It was a bit hot so maybe having fans available would be great
- Natalie (8/5): A great stay in a fantastic location, with lovely hosts. - The property was lovely, spacious & clean. The hosts were super friendly and very accommodating. The location was brilliant with the Cellar Taps next door (great Sunday Roast) and there was a park opposite with easy access links to transport Everything was absolutely fine and nothing bothered us at all, we had a great stay. In the vein of leaving kind, constructive feedback…The side of the bath was cracked (we had no issues with this). Having cotton sheets for guests would be great as these are more breathable and make for a more comfortable night. It would have been a bonus to have a sheer/voile, light curtain over the bedroom windows so we could have opened the blinds to let the light in while getting dressed, but still keeping the privacy.
We couldn’t find a dustpan and brush to clean up after ourselves. Please don’t think this are complaints as they’re just suggestions!
- Peter (7/5): Good -
- Cathy (8/5): Loved our stay here, just an 8 minute walk to Canonbury station and would d recommend - Spacious, very clean lovely touch with tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper provided.
Helpful owner. A helpful suggestion…. to have black out blinds in the third bedroom which has two windows with only thin curtains . It would make a difference to the sleep quality if black out blinds were provided like the other 2 bedrooms, which also might help with the road noise as the windows do not have secondary glazing.
- Gunda (8/5): Straightforward, practical, good value and fantastic to have three bedrooms - Very practical, simple tasteful style, value for money, lovely host, easy access and locatiion Above a pub so some sounds through night but only one room and can be expected for a London location at such good value.
- Joanna (10/5): I definitely would like to come back - Great apartment in the very nice neighborhood! Once we get there we didn’t want to leave the place. We loved the bedrooms and the very spacious living room - we could watch movies in the evenings (tv&Netflix available), and we were spending time in the park nearby. I was especially impressed by the books collected in the apartment which I found very interesting!
- Amy (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and tidy, perfect for a group. The shower head doesn’t stay up, so the shower won’t stay at height meaning it slips and you can’t stay beneath it
- Muhammad (10/5): the interior was amazinng - the stairs were quite steep and not that suitable for elderly people
- Drage (9/5): Gorgeous clean flat, great location, close to bus and tube station. Friendly host - Host was amazingly communicative and very helpful with enquiries such as transport. Welcome pack of biscuits were left along with basic things in the kitchen like tea, coffee, salt, sugar, pepper and milk. The flat was spotless on arrival and neighbours downstairs were very welcome too. Not necessarily a game changer but the knives in the kitchen were so blunt we had a bit of an ordeal cutting our bread from the bakery for breakfast - would say that the kitchen could do with a serrated knife as well as other normal kitchen knives. Another small thing was that there was no broom around (as far as I could see) so we couldn't sweep up our mess (mainly from the bread debacle!!) in the kitchen before leaving. I understand we were the first to stay here so this really is not a complaint as much as a friendly constructive piece of advice for the next tenant :)
