- Hennadii Opara (7/5): Вообщем я и моя семья довольны - Рядом есть парк для детей, множество кафе, кофейни со свежей выпечкой, в шаговой доступности канал с лодками, транспортная развязка хороша Дверь не очень надежная, но подъезд закрыт и район видимо тихий

- Christina (7/5): Good - Looks like the photos. Comfortable couches and nice tv. The heating was working fine. Not the best building neither the nicest neighbourhood. One of the beds was missing many boards. The toilet wasn’t flush properly.
- Nathalie (4/5): It was very disappointing. - It was like in rhe pictures, the sofas were comfortable and the wifi worked fine but that was the only good aspects The heating didnt work, we tried calling the person renting out the property multiple times but no one ever picked up. For every message we sent there was only a copy pasted message with the wifi password. It was super cold all the time due to the broken heating, the mirror in the bathroom wasnt even useable, there were no extra trashbags or anything like that. We also didnt get any information on where to leave they keys upon checkout. The entire neighbourhood is full of drug dealers and even with the security lock in no one really felt safe. One of the beds was broken when we arrived, not properly assembled. Overall not a great experience and none of us would consider coming back.
