- Abdo (1/5): If you want to be treated in a bad go, so just go to AIRA 😀 - I travelled to thailand 25 times, this is the first time i has been treated in a bad way, staff do not talk in a good way at all, and concierge in this hotel, is just bad more than enough, and the receptionste at night very very rude, they took my bags and i went to park the car, when i come after 5 minuts , i asked about the bags so they answered that they don’t know😂😂, i they start checking it tooks them 30 minuts, and i asked the receptionaste (guy) , to help me , he say go go to concierge, and when they gave the bags, he said for take your bags to your room, mo one helped me😂😂😂😂😂, i have never been in that situation before.

- Noa (7/5): - De ligging van het hotel is ontzettend fijn en het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Wij hadden een upgrade gekregen (wat we zeker waarderen) naar een kamer die op een verdieping zat waar gerookt mocht worden (???!!). Hier ervaarden we veel overlast van. Ook heeft er 4 dagen chips op de grond in de gang voor onze deur gelegen. En hebben wij 3 nachten wakker gelegen door de hotelgast naast ons. Personeel was totaal niet strikt tegen desbetreffende gast en heeft ook nooit excuus gemaakt naar ons toe, wij hadden zelfs het idee dat het personeel ons vervelend vond omdat wij overlast melden.
- Isioma (2/5): - Aside from the location, which was excellent, we were left disappointed overall and would hesitate to return until these issues are properly addressed. Several maintenance issues affected our stay and were left unresolved despite being reported to staff. The shower could not hold a consistent temperature, swinging between scalding hot, warm, and cold throughout use. The wardrobe door would not close fully, and a light inside the wardrobe had no off switch — this meant light flooded the room all night, making it impossible to sleep in a fully dark room. We brought these issues to the front desk, maintenance visited our room, and we were told everything had been fixed. It had not. The problems persisted for the remainder of our stay. I would expect reported issues to actually be resolved, not just signed off on. A simple room change would have resolved everything, yet this was never offered as an option. We also found snacks and water in the fridge but were given no information at check-in about what was complimentary and what wasn’t. As most hotels provide free bottled water, we assumed the water was included. We were only made aware at checkout that everything in the fridge was chargeable, which felt like an awkward and avoidable situation. Clear communication about this at check-in would have prevented any confusion.

- Odefey (9/5): The hotel was excellent save for the Western-style breakfasts, whose food could have been better. - The location is extremely busy but you don't hear any of that in the quiet rooms, and the beds are very comfortable I thought, so it was an excellent night's sleep. The staff were excellent and supportive, and the facilities were of very good quality. The laundry service was excellent. The lobby adjoins a very clean Starbucks with very good coffee, so that was handy as there aren't any other coffeeshops in close walking distance, with the one on the corner being more of a restaurant I found. The air conditioning is excellent and not too noisy. The Western-style breakfasts I had were just good, with an international style offered as well that seemed to cater mostly to guests from India, but which I did not try. The Western-style breakfast could be better, as there were no pastries and the croissants were not that good; and there was no local fruit offered, at least I did not see any.

- Andre (9/5): Gelungener Abschluss - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war alles sauber und die Lage absolut genial. Mitten in der Soi 11, das muss man natürlich wollen und darf sich nicht beschweren, dass es hier lauter zugeht. Die Zimmer waren aber gut gedämmt, so dass schlafen kein Problem war. Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

- Andre (10/5): One of the best places to stay in Sukhumvit ⭐ - 🤩🤩🤩Excellent hotel in Bangkok 🇹🇭. The customer service is always amazing, the rooms are modern and very comfortable, and the gym is really good compared to most hotels. The food and room service are also excellent. I visit every month and always enjoy staying here. Highly recommended.

- Farhat (8/5): Clean budget hotel with helpful staff. - Location. Upgraded to Pipa hotel but poor breakfast and egg station only in operation at weekends.
- Gallard (9/5): Luxueux séjour en plein centre de Bangkok - Le confort, la chambre est vraiment spacieuse. Le lit est énorme. Le personnel et les concierges sont vraiment très sympathiques. Le Rooftop est un peu luxueux niveau prix, mais propose une très belle vue et des très bons plats. La piscine offre une belle vue et est très rafraîchissante. La proximité avec l’avenue principal et son BTS Skytrain est très appréciable pour des déplacements fluides. Dommage pour les travaux à proximité de l’établissement. La rue est très stimulante, mais typique du quartier. Petite déconvenue pour ma part, probablement un malentendu, mais j’ai été chargé pour l’utilisation du mini Bar, cependant, sauf erreur de ma part, je n’ai rien utilisé. A faire attention en prenant une photo du mini bar au Check in.
- Matthew (9/5): Good location within easy walking distance to everything and close to train for quick access around Bangkok - Staff were great, location was easy to use the train for access to areas we wanted to explore. The sound proofing was a little lacking. Couldn’t hear the nearby nightlife strip, but the adjoining walls with neighbours could still be heard at midnight.

- Adizat (9/5): Comfortable stay! - It was modern, clean, a great location and staff members were really helpful and kind. The breakfast was actually cooked until the last minute, rather than some hotels will stop cooking half an hour before breakfast ends!

- Mimi (7/5): Great views but there is room for improvement - Loved the views Loved the sky bar Good location Breakfast was a bust, didn't like anything. Waiting for an extra bed was a pain, took forever, and it finally showed up in the middle of the night. Place smelled funky, AC units definitely need a good clean and filter replacement. Room was dusty, especially around the lights and corners, needs a deep clean. Windows were dirty, so the view was kinda blurry.
