Jéssica (9/5): - Muito acessível ao transporte local, fácil deslocamento para o centro. Dono bastante acessível a todo momento, muito gentil! Bom custo-beneficio, apartamento bem equipado com máquina, secador, ferro. O local tem leve cheiro de um ambiente fechado há muito tempo, mas logo melhora. Infelizmente, isso não pode ser controlado, mas alguns vizinhos não respeitavam o horário de silêncio, atrapalhou um pouco, mas como já disse, independe do dono da acomodação.
