• Florentina (8/5): - The apartment is very nice and well presented. The description mentioning a “top apartment” was slightly confusing, as I expected it to be on an upper floor, whereas it is actually located in the basement. The bed was a bit firm for my personal preference, but overall the space itself is comfortable and well maintained. The check-in process could be made smoother. Having to coordinate via multiple emails and phone numbers (one for ID, another for access) felt slightly cumbersome, especially when travelling on a tight schedule. A more streamlined, single-channel process would improve the experience. Additionally, the city tax could be handled more seamlessly by including it in the total price upfront, as is commonly done on many platforms. Overall, a pleasant stay, with a few operational aspects that could be simplified to make it even better. The check-in process could be made smoother. • Tetyana (10/5): - Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung in Mailand! Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, hell und gemütlich. Es gibt alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht – Haushaltsgeräte, Geschirr und bequeme Möbel. Die Lage ist wundervoll – ruhig, sicher und mit guter Verkehrsanbindung, in der Nähe gibt es Geschäfte und Cafés. Ein perfekter Ort, um sich in Mailand wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Sehr zu empfehlen! --
• Natalia (7/5): Good place to spend a couplepf days - The area was beautiful and very quiet with lots of shops and restaurants nearby at a walking distance. The apartment was nice and well maintained in general. Bed was not comfortable. Because it is an underground apartment there was some humidity, so the towels wouldn’t dry. More towels would have been nice. The nearest Metro is approx. 15 minutes walking.

• Péter (8/5): - It is a well renovated and well equiped apt. Located in a very nice district. Owner very helpful. Access to the apt was difficult. The employee who was supposed to manage access the apt was not polite at all, giving only instructions on phone. Preliminary instruction were sent only on the day of check in, so if worked all the day and even if you do not have internet access/you do not check your mails during the day, it is not realy useful.
• l_frog (6/5): - Arredi cucina nuovi e funzionali. Casa spaziosa. Portone maleodorante. Inoltre il piano seminterrato genera cattivi odori nell'atrio propedeutico all'ingresso dell'appartamento. Le finestre della cucina risultano essere su una via di passaggio e si reputa opportuno tenerle chiuse per evitare polveri e vociare dei pedoni. Frigorifero sporco (soprattutto i ripiani). Calcare sulle rubinetterie bagno e presenza di capelli lunghi sul piatto doccia (precedenti inquilini). Biancheria suppletiva per il letto (cuscini e coperte) riposte in armadio in maniera disordinata e di dubbia pulizia. Nessuno dei responsabili dell'appartamento ha effettuato le pratiche di check-in/check-out. Aspetto abbastanza negativo per garantire una buona ospitalità.

• Francesco (8/5): - Mi e piaciuto l'appartamento indipendente,siamo stati bene.cucina confortevole La doccia va risistemata perché esce acqua sul pavimento. Come pulizia,va fatta meglio dappertutto,il frigo non era pulito.
• Paul (7/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut, und alles war mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln problemlos zu erreichen. Die Gegend war ebenfalls angenehm, und da es so heiß war, erwies sich die Parterre-Lage der Wohnung sogar als vorteilhaft. Sie war geräumig, und alles, was benötigt wurde, war vorhanden. Das Bett war leider etwas unangenehm, da es eher einem einfachen Klappbett ähnelte. Ansonsten war allerdings alles super.
