• dvlotur (8/5): apartamento calidad precio bien - El apartamento esta bastante bien ,camas cómodas ,tiene cocina ,parada de metro bastante cerca (Caledonia road) el el estadio de futbol del Arsenal esta bastante cerca ,las llaves las recoges en el supermercado que esta debajo del apartamento las ventanas son malas entra frio, la televisión ha sido imposible conectarla tiene un fire tv que no funciona y no se veía ningún canal ,la limpieza podría ser mejor

• Pagni Barbara (7/5): - La posizione ottima,molto comoda per i mezzi pubblici ,la doccia non molto funzionante L inizio è la fine,non è stato dei migliori, abbiamo avuto problemi con la consegna delle chiavi( che ci erano state messe nella cassaforte) ma non si apriva..la fine invece ci avevano detto di poter lasciare i bagagli fino alle 13 ma poi hanno chiamato perché dovevano pulire la stanza. Nel complesso un ottima vacanza
• stephanie (7/5): Emplacement de choix rapport qualité/ prix - Le propriétaire est à l' écoute et a su réagir au nom fonctionnement du Micro onde et aux remarques concernant la propreté. Le congélateur était rempli de givre et le four non nettoyé de la fois précédente. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Londres. Nous avons aimé cet emplacement. L'état de propreté et le manque d'ustensiles pour cuisiner. C'est très sommaire.
• Fabio (7/5): Il soggiorno in questa casa ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze - Questa casa è sita sopra a un piccolo negozio di alimentari,quindi comodo per chi come noi ha cucinato a casa.I proprietari sono i medesimi del negozio,gentili e pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta;aggiungerei persone veramente di cuore e generose.Inoltre l'alloggio è abbastanza grande con due stanze una con il bagno in camera, l'altra senza ma con un secondo bagno in corridoio,entranbe con doccia. Troverete prodotti per la detersione, persino la crema corpo.Infine la cucina ha un frigorifero grande, poche pentole ma sufficienti per preparare la qualsiasi cosa,un tavolo comodo e un bel divano con televisore grande.Inoltre c'è pure un terrazzino.Infine non da poco conto è la posizione della metro a due passi.Quartiere tranquillo senza nessun pericolo sia di giorno che di sera tardi.Lo consiglio. Migliorerei solo un pochino la pulizia

• E. (7/5): Buen barrio y muy bien los dos baños - Está muy bien situado, cerca del metro (a 1 estación de King's Cross, aunque es Zona 2) y de autobuses. El barrio es perfecto, tranquilo, residencial. El piso está en la primera planta sobre una tiendita de alimentación, cuyos dueños te dan la llave del piso y se ofrecen a ayudar en lo que sea. El suelo del apartamento no tiene moqueta (¡bien!), la casa está siempre a buena temperatura (no pasamos nada de frío), es espaciosa y hay dos baños, lo cual es muy útil. El piso no está muy limpio, solo superficialmente. Las llaves de la terraza no funcionan, por lo que las puertas no cierran, no da mucha sensación de seguridad. Para el WiFi tuvimos que buscar el router en un rincón un poco sucio para ver la clave y conectarlo, estaría bien tener un papel con la clave. El cajón de los cubiertos choca con el horno y es complicado de abrir. Aún así, las ventajas compensan los inconvenientes y cogimos cariño al barrio en poco tiempo. Es probable que repitiéramos si volviéramos a Londres.

• Rosie (8/5): Good value for money. - Location. Response of owner. 2 shower rooms. Quiet location. Nice roof terrace. Comfortable beds. Area felt safe. Tube station and small shops very close. It could do with a little TLC. Mould in showers. Kitchen cupboards need cleaned out and utensils replaced - scissors/ paring knife. Heavier curtains needed to keep out the light.

• Carolien (7/5): Prima verblijf, maar niet heel schoon - Locatie is echt heel fijn, dichtbij de metro (<5 min). In 20 min sta je in hartje Londen. Voldoende restaurants op loopafstand. Supermarkten in de buurt. Het is een rustige buurt. Er is voldoende ruimte in het appartement.Meubilair is wel wat verouderd. Alles wat wij nodig hadden was aanwezig. Fijn balkon. Ramen kunnen open wat fijn is omdat het in het appartement best warm is. Het was niet schoon, veel haren op de vloer en ook in de bedden. Badkamer was eveneens niet schoon, vooral in de hoeken. Tevens schimmel op de kitranden, bij douche afvoerputje (vanwege kitten van een scheur) en op de muur. Lekkage in de slaapkamer na een regenbui. Ook een handdoek die wel schoon was maar vol met bruine vlekken. Besteklade kan alleen open als de ovendeur wordt geopend (maar dit was voor ons geen probleem). De bedden zijn erg smal. Bij omdraaien van de ene persoon, ligt de andere persoon ook te bewegen.

• licia (6/5): - Ottima posizione, con supermercati nelle vicinanze, a pochi passi dalla stazione della metro e dalla fermata dell’autobus che porta direttamente in centro. Appartamento perfetto per 4 persone, fondamentali i due bagni! La pulizia dell’appartamento poteva essere curata meglio. La cucina era poco attrezzata: eravamo in 5 ma abbiamo trovato solo 4 tazze, e anche il tavolo era adatto a un massimo di 4 persone. Inoltre, il cassetto delle posate non si può aprire perché bloccato dal forno. Il divano letto non era realmente un divano letto, ma un normale divano; fortunatamente era disponibile una brandina aggiuntiva che abbiamo potuto utilizzare.

• Andy (8/5): Optimal mit kleinen Abstrichen - Der Supermarkt gleich in der Unterkunft war perfekt. Die Lage super, da nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur Piccadilly Line. Die zwei Badezimmer natürlich auch sehr von Vorteil. Für 5 Personen und nur zur Übernachtung und ein bisschen Frühstück wie gesagt optimal! Sehr nette Gastgeber. Bitte ein bisschen mehr auf Sauberkeit achten und gründlicher putzen, dann wäre die Unterkunft eine 10von10. Ebenfalls Bettwäsche und Handtücher mal gegen neue austauschen. Aber wie gesagt ansonsten war alles okay.

• Aurore (10/5): Excellent appartement pour visiter Londres - L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé, à 5mn du métro. Il est calme, les chambres donnent sur l'arrière et nous avons extrement bien dormi. Nous avons aussi bien profité des 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain, qui étaient parfaites pour gagner du temps le matin. Le rapport qualité prix de l'appartement est excellent. Les chambres auraient besoin de rideaux un peu plus occultants. Quelques affaires supplémentaires pour la cuisine pourraient être utile. Mais cela reste du détail.

• Mary (7/5): Good - The owner allowed us to leave our bags before check in as they are still cleaning the property. We were able to collect the keys from the store on the ground floor as instructed by the host. 2 shower room which is rare to find. The microwave didn't work while we were there but the host responded quickly and that he will replace it. However, we didn't need it anymore. It would be nice to have 5 towels if we are booking for 5 adults.
• Bart (9/5): Superb - Conveniently located close to bus stops and underground. Twain and the downstairs shop owners are great and will go beyond to make you have a great stay. Good value for money.
• Shane (4/5): This place was the only disappointment to our London experience. - Location, space and layout of rooms. The property wasn't ready (not cleaned), so while we waited the owner bumped us to another unit next door. This wasn't cleaned very well but was doable especially after a long journey. The property didn't have a sofa bed as advertised, instead we were provided a fold out camp stretcher which for an adult was 4 nights of bad sleeps. Getting the shower temperature was a case of either scorching hot or cold, TV wasn't able to connect, other items didn't work but decided not to burden the owner any further. The property lacked maintenance. The owners manager was nice and did try to solve some of these issues. They said they would discount our stay but they never did not did we hear back from them. I hope the owner can sort these issues out as it has potential.
• Talita (10/5): Amazing! - The property was very cozy, clean and very nice to stay as we had all that we need to be comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I was there with my family: 3 adults, one elder (65yo) and one child (9yo) and we had a really good time! The host was very kind and answered our questions quickly! I would definitely stay there again! Nothing!
• Garam (9/5): Cozy and Really nice location to travel to the city center - When there was an issue the host representative was very generous and helpful. maybe the preparations for the bed sheets could’ve been more well-prepared, but it was okay.
• Akshay (10/5): Exceptional - Nice apartment within a quiet neighbourhood. Very spacious and has everything for a short stay. Convenience store at the ground very handy for supplies. The store owner is really friendly and a good chat. Onsite manager always reachable in case of issues. Stairs to the apartment itself are kind of narrow for a baby buggy so something to consider. Not something the owner can do anything about so it's not their fault.
• Rhianna (6/5): Overall it was okay to stay in just some finer details could do with improvement. - Nice big areas with two bathrooms and bedrooms The central heating didn’t work, the kitchen area still had old food left in the cupboards. Only one tea towel provided. The toaster didn’t work and the kettle didn’t always work. The bathroom was a little dirty.

• András (7/5): Great value for the price! - We didn't get instructions on the key collection, and we asked the next-door/downstairs shop if they have any information about this. The person behind the counter was very helpful and thankfully he had the keys, so it was alright. I think this method is fine, but sending some instructions for the guests may be a bit more helpful. I think the bathrooms need mats for when stepping out of the showers, some more toilet paper (just in case) and more blankets in case the people arriving to the accomodation aren't couples (like in our case). We are a group of friends, and we didn't mind, but having blankets individually is a lot more convenient.
• Madeleine (4/5): Disappointing - Good size, decent location and 5 min walk from tube station. Not clean at ALL. Hair was found in my dad’s bed, in the shower, in the kitchen. Bathroom mirror had toothpaste and water marks all over. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned at all.

We came down for an Arsenal game which was in walking distance from the property in a clean, safe area in London with lots of bars and restaurants close by. The hosts were so so welcoming and nothing was a bother at all. They made sure anything we needed for our trip was made possible throughout. The family run the shop downstairs which is super handy for having to ask any questions or grab some beers or snacks. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The little terrace was lovely and the tv was great. I cannot speak more highly of this property and it’s hosts. I wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else in London again!

• Upton (10/5): Would definitely stay again! - Perfect location for a city break with the family. Lovely hosts who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Fantastic shop below they had everything we needed for our stay.

The shop downstairs is great as well if you want to cook your own meals and offers everything you need for everyday life. There was nothing to complain about. The person in charge was very friendly and helpful.
• Paul (9/5): Superb - Plenty of space with a nice balcony area out back. The place had a fan so even with heat wave it wasn't so bad inside. In a good location with plenty of stores nearby. Could've used some more cutlery, only had spoons stocked. The broom was a bit broken, the head kept on falling off the handle.
