• Davidson (5/5): - Nice sized unit which was comfortable and well located. That it was a private property within an apartment building. I didn't realise and would have preferred booking through the hotel. Check-in was a nightmare. Had requested earlier check-in and was advised an hour earlier may be a possibility given we had a wedding. A wild goose chase to get the keys and check in was late because the key wasn't in the lockbox. Limited apologies and not particularly helpful.
• Akanksha (4/5): Please miss. - Location, parking, ease of checking in and out. It was horribly smelly. We had to bring our own air freshner. We emptied the whole can in one night and yet it won't go away. Disgusting couches and carpets. Horrible. No bath mat. Not enough hand towels, face washers. Tables had marks. We think there were bed bugs because 2 out of 3 of is woke up covered in bites. We couldn't sleep because of that. Owners - please put in some thought and effort into this property. One of the worst I've been to in a long time.

• Marlie (1/5): The stay had potential but was negatively affected by poor cleanliness and lack of kitchen supplie - The location was very convenient and the building facilities looked nice. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was poor and the kitchen was not adequately equipped with utensils, which made the stay less comfortable.

Not being able to liase diretly with hotel. Booking .com needs to label more clearly those acting outside of hotel management and hacing to source keys etc elsewhere.

• Chelsea (10/5): Loved it! - Close to everything - easy check in - super clean! Great place will stay again! Nothing - but the car park is tight around the corners not a big deal but if you have a Ute you’ll have to do a few 3 point turns to get out ☺️

• Caitlin (9/5): This unit is better than the listing makes it sound! - Amazing 34th level sub-penthouse!! Very comfortable, everything we needed. Very convenient location, on site included parking, option to have one of the rooms set as two singles instead of a queen was great. Would absolutely stay here again, amazing view and value for money. Listing says 2 bathrooms but it’s one bathroom with toilet, plus an additional separate toilet. Only 1 room key provided which was hard with three people staying.

I did not read my emails prior to arriving expecting reception could help but couldn’t finally after referring to emails 3 calls to owner, parking queries got into room. Very stressful. Check in, no phone to call booking.com (will not use them again) and the bathroom toilet was not cleaned well and we couldn’t get the dryer to work. Lack of information in room such as how to use the dryer etc

The check in/check out instructions could have been better. For example we were advised we could leave the key card in the room however, we were then unable to access the car park without reception helping us.

• Shannen (10/5): Great location, amazing view, and great staff - The staff were incredibly helpful, and even posted some property we left at the location. Probably my fault, but the instructions weren't super clear on initial arrival. Wasn't really an issue either way.

We arrived on 1st January so that may be why it was not so well equipped but the date shouldn’t matter if you’re paying to stay at any time.

It was rather grotty around the walls of that toilet room too. This tells me that floor had not been vacuumed or mopped. The main bathroom was better.

• Diahnne (2/5): Very poor - The room was beautiful with stunning hinterland view. Clean. Parking available and conveniently located. We had planned to go sunrise hot air ballooning and as we were unsure when we’d return we placed the keys back in the lockbox so not to delay a checkout. However our hot air ballooning was cancelled. When we went to recollect the keys the receptionist stopped us and told us we had to contact the host. This was at 4am in the morning. We were all exhausted and devastated to have to find alternate accommodation to rest. It was a very frustrating experience, especially since our checkout wasn’t until 10am. And us getting the keys would be no different than doing a late check in.
