• Volodymyr (1/5): - This was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was in absolutely terrible condition: dirty, bad smell, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. It was impossible to stay there, so I refused the room immediately. The worst part is the customer service. Support promised me a refund, but until today I still haven’t received my money back. Enough time has already passed, and for the last several days they have simply stopped replying to my messages. Complete disappointment. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you want to lose your money, your nerves, and your mood.

Je lui ai téléphoné à ce propriétaire pour savoir C’est quoi le code de l’ouvrir l’ouverture et c’est quoi le code pour rentrer Je me suis déplacé de loin pour me reposer parce que je viens d’atterrir d’un vol qui a duré six heures. Je me sentais vraiment épuisé le moment que je suis arrivé. Elle m’a vu autant que je suis un arabe il m’a traité vraiment méchamment et après il m’valises et les a jeté il nous a dit comme quoi vous ne pouvez pas rentrer chez moi parce que je ne vous aime pas À ce moment-là, j’ai vu la réaction qui était indésirable en nous jetant dans la rue directement. J’ai appelé la police qui sont venus pour intervenir Car je lui ai demandé pour quelle raison, vous nous traitez de cette colère et en fait si vous ne voulez pas cette réservation, il fallait nous envoyer un accusé de réception en disant que la réservation était annulée et le pire que nous on a pas reçu de remboursement

Kapszulas kavefozo nem mukodik, de ki van teve az ingyen kapszula. Igy rosszabb, mintha nem lenne kavefozo. Asztallap serult, vagy cserelni kellene, vagy teritot tenni ra. Huto nem tiszta. Par ilyen dologgal igenyesebb lenne.

We asked for a blanked for our child, they said no and after I didnt want to discuss anymore, we came back later and they changed our door code. We were left with 2 children waiting at the door.

• Paul (1/5): Het was verschrikkelijk - GA HIER NIET HEEN - Het is ons totaal niet bevallen. We vroegen om een extra dekbed, omdat onze kinderen een dekbed moesten delen. Deze vraag hadden ze nog nooit gehad, en was heel raar. Toen wij hier klachten over hadden, moesten we het appartement verlaten, en werden we bedreigd! Er stond opeens heel snel een obscure man voor de deur, die zijn voet tussen de drempel zette. Hij had ook een dekbed kunnen meenemen, maar de letterlijke tekst was: het zal jullie bezuren, we gaan jullie auto blokkeren, en nog meer teksten die niet voor herhaling vatbaar zijn. Na veel en dure communicatie met Booking.com hebben we via Booking.com uiteindelijk ons geld terug gehad. Parkeergeld waren we wel kwijt. Parkeerplaats is overigens bijzonder krap, en voor auto's die niet te hoog op de wielen staan niet te bereiken zonder de bodemplaat te schrapen. Mijn tip als genius boeker en zelf ook verhuurder bij booking.com: ga hier NIET heen!

L'insonorisation est catastrophique : vous êtes chez les voisins et...ils sont chez vous L'équipement de cuisine est insuffisant : un faitout mais pas de casseroles, une seule poêle abîmée, pas de couteau tranchant, etc..
• Mere (8/5): Helemaal prima! - De locatie is fantastisch! En het gemak met de code om binnen te komen. Ook is het schoon en vonden wij het fijn om de optie te krijgen om ook op de bank te kunnen slapen. Alles was netjes! Het kan redelijk koud zijn, maar gelukkig doen de kachels het goed. Ook kan het gehorig zijn en in de gang hangt een heftige parfum lucht.

• Yassine (1/5): - Op 28 november rond 15:00 uur arriveerden mijn twee vrienden en ik bij [Hotelnaam] om in te checken. We kregen een toegangscode en kwamen het appartement binnen. Binnen vijf minuten werden we echter gebeld en werd ons medegedeeld dat we met drie personen niet welkom waren. Dit was ons niet van tevoren verteld, en we werden direct gevraagd om te vertrekken. Ondanks de belofte dat we een terugbetaling zouden ontvangen na inspectie van het appartement, kregen we uiteindelijk geen terugbetaling. Dit was zeer teleurstellend en oneerlijk. Ik raad anderen aan om goed te controleren of alle voorwaarden duidelijk zijn voordat ze boeken, om dergelijke situaties te voorkomen.

• Louis (4/5): Séjour écourté car trop bruyant et sale. - L’emplacement est vraiment le point fort de cette appartement. L’équipe est vraiment réactive car nous avons eu une fuite d’eau provenant des toilettes, et elle a été réparé en un temps record ! L’isolation phonique qui est inexistante entre les murs, ainsi que le ménage bâclé qui vient malheureusement gâcher ces vacances à Anvers. Le plan de travail gras et sale, les ustensiles de cuisine pas bien lavés, le canapé lit qui mériterai un bon nettoyage dessus et DESSOUS. On aimerai sûrement profiter du canapé lit en position CANAPÉ quand on vient en groupe ;)

Super gemakkelijk om te communiceren met de verhuurders! Super vriendelijk 🤗 Heb gevraagd voor verlenging en verliep heel vlot! Tweede nacht klonk het als een feestje, veel passage en gestamp op de trappen, klonk als continu om de vijf minuten groepen die naar boven en beneden gingen. Laatste nacht verliep moeizamer qua geluid. Van boven mij. Er verbleef een gezin met kinderen begrijpelijk spelen en lopen. En het zijn kindjes! Maar probeerde te slapen rond tien uur, maar tegen twaalf uur was het kleintje nog aan het lopen heen en weer en het klinkt wel alsof het naast je bed gebeurd. Hij was niet aan het wandelen maar echt heen en weer aan het lopen en stampen maar ook van de living naar continu het kamer gedeelde waardoor ik niet kon slapen, was heel luid! Niet gewoon lichtjes gebonk. Niet wandelen maar echt heen en weer aan het crossen en stampen. Om twaalf uur uiteindelijk gevraagd aan hun om er op te letten. Of op zen minst niet boven de kamer gedeelte en dan uiteindelijk was het oké…. Ligt niet zeker niet aan de verhuurders ❤️

Nous entendions les voisins, qui rentraient tard de soirée, on entendait leur musique, leur appel et leurs pas, nous avons très mal dormi durant les deux nuits de suite. La salle de bain sentait l'humidité, et la cuisine n'était pas très propre.

• Stefano (6/5): - Nice position. Poor cleaning to be honest. Heater was locked to max temperature relatively low. When we accessed the apartment it was completely cold and warming up took an eternity. Eventually the owners came in the evening to raise a bit the boiler temperature and increase a few degrees the room, at that moment room temperature was getting ok, I appreciate the help but next time increase a bit flexibility in temperature settings. Maybe put some written rules. Not sure if it was intentional or not, but in my opinion you can welcome a family in full winter (maybe not the coldest one ok) with heaters totally switched off and cold room.

• Fairouz (1/5): - Ik schrijf zelden een review, maar dit hotel heeft mij geen andere keuze gelaten. In onze kamer was geen warm water en de verwarming werkte niet, terwijl het ijskoud was. En dit met 2 kleine kinderen. Dit is geen klein ongemak, dit is pure basisvoorziening die elk hotel hoort te leveren. Ik heb meerdere keren gebeld, geappt én berichten gestuurd naar de eigenaar/hotel, maar er werd gewoon niet gereageerd. Sterker nog: mijn bericht is gewoon gelezen en genegeerd. Onbeschrijfelijk onprofessioneel. Je laat gasten niet in een koude kamer zonder warm water zitten en vervolgens negeer je hun verzoek om hulp. We hebben geen enkele vorm van service, oplossing of zelfs maar erkenning gekregen. Dit is werkelijk schandalige klantbehandeling. We hebben letterlijk pannen met water opgezet om te kunnen douchen met warm water. Heel jammer, want de locatie, en de kamer zelf was goed

• Schaab (1/5): Fehlende Sicherheitsgefül - Die Wohnung verfügte über zwei Eingänge, wobei die Terrassentür nicht abschließbar war – ein Schlüssel wurde nicht bereitgestellt. Der Eigentümer erklärte, es handle sich um eine private Terrasse, was jedoch nicht verifizierbar war. Das fehlende Sicherheitsgefühl beeinträchtigte den Aufenthalt deutlich. Die Unterkunft ist aus meiner Sicht nicht empfehlenswert.

• Viktoriia (8/5): В общем нам понравилась квартира и - Близко к центру, красивая обстановка, наличие кухни, микроволновки, телевизора с большим экраном, холодильник, посуда, моющие. Все это было прекрасно Поднимать тяжелый чемодан на 3 этаж по крутой лестнице, ужасная пыль на жалюзи, пришлось мыть, т.к невозможно с таким слоем пыли мириться. Душевая маловата. Паркинг 40 евро в сутки-довольно дорого

• Aleksandra (6/5): Pleasant - The location of the apartment was great. Even though we only stayed one night, we were able to explore the entire city center. We stayed in the apartment for one night. It was okay, but I wouldn't recommend staying there for a longer period. Initially, we wanted to book a place with a parking spot. However, by the time we made the reservation, all the parking spaces were already taken (there seem to be very few available—probably only one per apartment). As a result, we had to park in an open parking lot nearby and paid €40 just for one night of parking. The sound insulation in the apartment was very poor. We could hear every step from the neighbors above, even during the night, which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, although there was a small toilet in the apartment, there was no sink for washing hands. To wash your hands, you had to either walk through the room to the bathroom or go to the kitchen. The stairs could also be a challenge for some guests, especially for those staying on the second or third floor.
• Raju (4/5): Not worth for money, tomuch distabnces of top and down floor noise of steps walking! - Bed and House clean. It’s not comfortable for family or kids, there is no space in the walkway. There is no proper kitchenware , dishwasher, oven was not working, there is no bath-gel, very congested bathroom. Most importantly lot of noise with steps around. The people made some luggage.
• Darlisson (4/5): Disappointing - Location. The heater in the room and the shower were not working. I reported the issue, but I was informed that, since it was a holiday, nothing could be done. It was difficult to take a cold shower and stay warm in the room, so the stay was very disappointing.

• Natasha (7/5): As a base this accommodation is okay, it’s clean and well situated. For longer than a couple of nights I would not recom - Location, cleanliness, easy check in-out using access codes. The beds were comfy. Needs soundproofing- you can hear upstairs Neighbours walking and talking to the point you can’t watch tv from the constant thumping. It was great when that family went to sleep. Also we had no hot water. We reported it but there was no empathy from the person we spoke to. There were only 3 dining chairs, but we were a family of 4, so not very handy when eating together. The main bed had only 1 bedside table.

• Nikkiveldhuis (8/5): Great, convenient stay in Antwerp city center - Great location in Antwerp city center. If you come by car there is a parking lot (for a fee) which is just around the corner. Very useful if you are doing a road-trip. The apartment is nice and spacey and has all that you need. If you travel with a young child the climb to the apartment on the 4th floor can be a bit of hassle. Was a good exercise though :)
