• laura (10/5): Overall villa was beautiful lovely quiet location away from the chaos of Disney and Orlando would definitely book again. - Open clean comfortable modern Few bits were done cheaply and were falling apart curtains rails, pictures stick on kept falling off in the middle of night
• Jenna (4/5): Great location, but far from a luxury villa - It was a great location in a nice area . Lots of space to accommodate large groups . Comfortable beds and lots of towels. The kitchen was clean. Nothing about this place is “luxurious “ It needs major updating and cleaning. The bathrooms are full of mold. It was actually not a pleasant experience having to shower . It felt like we were camping . We didnt want to touch anything and didn’t feel clean being in there. Someone had previously picked their nose and wiped it all over two of the bathroom walls and it was not wiped off , there is dirt on walls , railings, trim, and around the perimeter of the rooms. The sofa in the family room is covered in stains and it feels like it is broken and you sink in near the corner . We put a sheet over the couch to feel comfortable sitting there. The garage games room has not been cleaned in quite a while either. The chairs are covered in stains, there are spills and crumbs on everything. The pool was nice but seemed pricey to pay $29/ day to have to heat it . And it wasn’t even that warm . The outdoor furniture is extremely dirty and stained and rusty . We did not want to sit on anything out there. The windows are covered in mold as well. Not what I expected for a “luxury home” . I feel the pictures on the ad are extremely old and the place has taken a beating . We also had issues with the smoke detector beeping outside the bedrooms, we had the maintenance person come out and they left a battery but they are not even battery smoke detectors and continued to beep throughout our stay. It was quite annoying . They need to be replaced.

• Hazel (5/5): An OK house - The pool. It smelled like a Cuban restaurant. Everything of ours absorbed the smell. It had large black ants and the owners already knew because there were ant traps around the house. The shower heads are absolutely horrible. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom looks and sounds like it's going to fall at any moment, you can't have the fan on. The tub in the upstairs bathroom clogs up. Lastly, I wasn't aware that I had to provide the toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent (except one that they provide), hand soap and dish soap. It was easy to get out of the neighborhood but very difficult getting into it especially coming from Hwy 192. We enjoyed the pool though.

• Lindsey (9/5): Would highly recommend this Villa. Comfortable and excellent value for money - The property was spacious. Well-equipped and comfortable. It was in a good location. Had a nice games area in the garage which my teenage grandsons enjoyed using and we all enjoyed the pool. I would highly recommend this property as it was excellent value for money. There was only 5 dining chairs and we had a party of 8 so a larger table and extra chairs would have been better and the kitchen lacked a few items such as a baking tray, scissors and cheese grater but overall was pretty well equipped.

We had some problems with the air con on arrival, but this was rectified quickly & without any inconvenience to us. WiFi dropped, but this was also rectified quickly. Games room kept the 'kids' amused. Quiet location. Floors were not very clean.

• Christie-anne (4/5): Photos do more justice than it deserves. - The property is located in a nice quiet area, had good quality appliances and the pool itself was clean. We’ve been very fortune to stay in many luxury Orlando villas so we were very disappointed when this didn’t meet our expectations. Issues are as follows: 1. On arrival we found the code to enter the property provided by owner was incorrect meaning 7 adults and a 6mo baby couldn’t enter the villa at 9pm. After 20 minutes of frantic calling I manage to reach Sacha who helped provide us with the correct code - Sacha was very helpful. 2. There are two latches on the front door in addition to the main lock, one of those 2 locks comes away from the wall. 3. The information book isn’t correct regarding the bin collection days, thankfully a local informed us of the correct collection days. 4. If there is a safe in the villa, it’s the safest one I’ve ever known, we couldn’t find one. Meaning we had to carry our valuables and passport with us everyday. 5. Almost all blinds had slats missing. 6. I’m not sure if all toilets/bathrooms as classed as bathrooms but as an FYI for any UK travellers it’s definitely not three bathrooms, it’s 2 and a WC. 7. There’s a number of light switches that don’t actually turn anything on. 8. Window sills are filthy. 9. Villa was generally grubby. 10. Air con was inconsistent, we didn’t mess around with it as it says the villa cannot dip below 72 degrees however it had a total mind of its own. 11. Every single towel provided is stained. 12. Plug sockets are painted over, in fact one actually sparked when we tried to use it. 13. Alarm instructions for entering the pool area incorrect, we couldn’t go outside without it sounding off. Previous villas alarms meant adults have been able to hold a button down to turn the noise off temporarily. 14. The screen door outside had a broken spring which was just left on the ground. 15. Poolside table was rusty. 16. The egg chair had no cushion to sit on. 17. Brick missing in the ground, total trip hazard and accident waiting to happen. 18.

• Andrea (9/5): Nice location, quiet, safe, close to everything, clean pool, spacious. House needs some attention.. - The gated area was nice and quiet (Other than the very early garbage pickup). We had no trouble with the gate code or the house code. The house was very spacious! 4 bedrooms, but 9 beds! All bedrooms were upstairs with everything else downstairs. 2.5 batbrooms (2 upstairs/1 half downstairs that also had a door to the pool).There were also lotsss of towels, which you don't see often. The pool area was very clean with an outdoor eating table, an umbrella, and an egg swing. We didn't get to swim, unfortunately, but we did sit out there for a few minutes each night with our feet in the water after long park days. There were also 2 child alarms on the doors leading to the pool, for safety. Very nice to have for young children. It was pretty much stocked with most cooking items and appliances, although we weren't there enough to use them. The game room had several options and was closed off in the garage to keep the noise down. The nice, new washer and dryer was definitely appreciated. I don't like coming home with dirty laundry. This house is only 20-25 mins from Disney Springs and all of the parks. We usually stay in the Clermont area for this reason, as it is close to everything, yet far enough away to get away from all of the busy traffic and noise. Other than a few things that need attention, we had a very pleasant stay. I would likely stay here again. The house only had 2 partial rolls of toilet paper in 2 of the bathrooms. We ran out before the next morning, before I could have some ordered for delivery (as we were leaving early and had no time for store trips). We were also only given 1 trash bag. There should be no less than 2 in houses, in my opinion. It also should be added in the description that you need to bring all of your own supplies. (Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee filters/coffee/cups, tissues, pool towels, etc) All of the houses I have stayed at before (alot) have all at least had a handful of these options provided. It takes up a lot of extra cargo space in a vehicle to have to travel with these additional items. It's is also more expensive to have to order these items via delivery if you don't have time to physically go to the store. There were also no dish rags or dish soap for quickly washing out cups, etc. I had to Instacart some Powerwash and use paper towels to wash our cups that we took to the parks every day. Another issue was very tiny ants crawling on the kitchen counters. Everything we brought was sealed or in zip-lock bags. The ants went through one of the zip-lock bags and ruined an entire bag of homemade cookies we brought that someone made for us. I contacted the housing person, and they were out of town... I was told to check under the sink for spray, but there was none. I would suggest having someone professional come out and spray. Also, the upstairs linen closet outside of the bathroom AND in the bedroom with the queen/bunkbed combo, both had the accordion doors...and both of them fell off onto 2 of our friends as they tried to open them. Almost causing one of the women to get hurt. Those need to be fixed or removed (which would be a safer option). I also noticed that the toilet in the King bedroom that I was in had little bugs floating in it. Telling me that it had not been cleaned.
