• Carole (8/5): A lovely solution - The location was fabulous - great views over the lake, quiet area and 15 minutes away by a frequent bus service (the nearest stop was only 100 metres away), but near enough to walk into Montreux in around an hour along the lakeside. Very spacious, with three large bedrooms and bathrooms and comfortable living and dining room, it can fit up to 8 people without problems. Lots of cupboard and wardrobe space. We had a little difficulty finding the keys to the apartment at first, but the owner answered immediately and solved any problems we came across during our stay. There was a supermarket 500 metres away for food supplies and a few bars and restaurants around it. The kitchen facilities were not all working, especially the cooker top, so it was not possible to make meals easily already just for three people. Although the furniture is generally tasteful and stylish, some of it is looking dated (bathroom especially) and ideally should be replaced.
• Kim (5/5): Fine for a short stay - Very spacious apartment, nice view and terrace, and good connectivity to explore the region. The apartment is very run-down with A LOT of things that need fixing. You’re almost afraid to touch / use anything cause it might come falling down. The many things that are broken, are also just left in the apartment or on the terrace.
• Natalie (10/5): spacious and great views - Very spacious with great views Kitchen could do with a refurb but it had everything we needed, it could do with a bit of love on the balcony but the views were amazing. it didnt spoil our stay!
• Guest (6/5): Séjour en vélo autour du lac - Emplacement facile à trouver grâce aux éléments envoyés sur téléphone le matin même. Difficile de récupérer la clé qui est dans un coffre peu visible. Il vaut mieux avoir une lampe pour faire le code. Appartement grand, facile à vivre, avec terrasse panoramique et vue magnifique de la fenêtre du séjour. Bien placé, mais nécessité d'avoir un moyen de transport pour faire les courses et pour aller au centre de Montreux. On annonce 3 salles de bains et on n'en a trouvé que deux, dont une avec le lavabo condamné. Les éléments des salles de bains et de la cuisine sont en mauvais état et les sanitaires manquaient de propreté. Nécessité de mettre des tapis de sortie de bains. Nécessité de rafraichir l'appartement et les éléments techniques (machine à laver en panne, plaques de cuisson idem, remplacée par deux petites). Terrasse encombrée par les appareils en panne et autres. Vaisselle dépareillée.

• Nicola (5/5): Ok for 1 night - The size, the view, sleeps 8 comfortably. Host communication was brilliant. Lots of things broken ( kitchen hob, a sink, washer). Really needs some money spending money on the apartment, it is tired.

• Shona (6/5): Apartment has a lot of potential. The host was very helpful and cooperative but the unit needs some work - The size of the property for six people was good. The property has some disrepair, large chunk of the ceiling board was missing in the kitchen and a sink in the bathroom with a piece of paper laying there that says it didn’t work. Broken dishwasher, bbq and other garbage are left on the deck outside the kitchen. Personal food and uncleaned cupboards in the kitchen.

Overall everything was great, we have enjoyed it, but apartment itself seems to be quite old and needs renovation
• Chitrang (8/5): Spacious apartment on a vey accessible location. - Good location, merely 10 mins from Montreux Station. House is big enough to accommodate 6-8 persons with large bedrooms and lively living room with views. Water flow really slow in kitchen and in one of the bathroom as well. No mats in any bathroom which is a must.

• Stephen (9/5): Beautiful apartment, once we found it. - Beautiful property with great views of the lake and mountains. Very spacious and comfortable and well maintained. We had a rented car so easy to get into Montreux and the surrounding area. WhatsApp instructions were poor for finding the property and getting the key from a lock box. I had to call the agent several times and then only found it by luck. Surprisingly no plugs in any of the basins which made washing and washing up a bit difficult.

• Mirjam (8/5): We had a great time and would recommend the property, but our suggested improvements would add value. - Excellent location and views, great to have the terrace. it was nice to have the washing machine. Comfortable bedrooms, nice living area, we also appreciated having access to Netflix and other streaming services. It was also quiet, which we liked. Kitchen equipment could benefit from improvement. Some items needed are cutting board, dish towels, cork screw, teaspoons. Please check the ceiling, as plaster is falling off, and please fix the dishwasher. It also would have been nice to have some better bath towels. Consider adding a guest book with instructions on the appliances and fixtures in the apartment. Especially on the which remote controls to use for the tv. It would also be nice to get some info on local restaurants etc.

• Karol (7/5): Ok for short stay, looks that attractive place from price perspective. - Very spacy flaat really up to 8 people without issues. Close to the lake, peacefull place. Close to the highway. Really good price comparing to other locations nearby. The flaat has parking place free of charge next to the building, Washing machine, wi-fi, TV screens and fully equiped kitchen. Flaat was quite old - with old equipment and wardrobes etc. In kitchen I felt that countertops of fronts of cupboards were sticky. There was a mold on the ceilings in bathrooms.

Things to improve. - There were many remote controls but none of the TVs worked. - water kettle has European socket and can not be used for a Swiss outlet. - utensils and mugs were not enough for the max. occupancy.

Host did not reply when asked. Kitchen needs more utensils. No easy to prepare food. Apartment is in need of refurbishment. Large chunks of plaster missing and paint peeling in ceilings.

• Sia (9/5): Amazing place, definitely recommend staying here - The place was amazing, apartment was super specious and two bathrooms made things much easier, while travelling with colleagues. The view of the mountains was great and we would definitely stay here again, if we come back to Montreux. The apartment owner was very nice as well. The wi-fi was slow and sometimes not working. Could use more plates and bowls in the kitchen.
• Yee (9/5): Strongly recommended! - Strategic location, spacious and suitable for friends and family. Out of surprise. House looks much better than the pictures. Worth the price! Wifi is a bit slow but it’s okay since we dont use much. Most of the time we will be traveling around and back for sleep. Comfortable and strongly recommend to others who in big group.

Heater was not turned on in most rooms, with no instruction on how. very basic amenities. Front door lock half broken.

Very comforable beds, quiet location, a short walk from the marina with beautiful views and short bus ride from Montreux. The host was communicative, accommodating, and very courteous. We had cause to contact them a few times during our stay, and they were extremely responsive and dealt with every question or query swiftly, efficiently, and politely. 10/10 for customer service/comms! The apartment was not as clean as it could have been. The plaster had fallen off the kitchen celing, and the plug socket in the lounge was hanging out of the wall. Wifi was very hit and miss, but this was not a big issue. There were only 3 large towels between 8 peope however when we requested more, they were delivered the same day, so it wasn't really an issue.
