It was well provisioned a very clean It is 2/ 3 minutes from the Duoma and is full of restaurants and cafés at your door TV was not a smart TV, so there was no access to English language TV As the apartment is ground floor, it is quite dark but still worth not having to climb several flights of stairs as in most centro storico accommodation

Gaia is een fantastische host, ze helpt met tips voor goede restaurants, leuke plekken om te bezoeken en ze heeft zelfs een taxi voor ons geboekt op de terugweg. Daarnaast konden we haar altijd bereiken als we iets nodig hadden! Niks

• michele (7/5): Difficile... - Appartement confortable et Gaïa met à disposition les produits nécessaires, du savon, shampooing à l'huile d'olive, le café etc. Bonne literie. Gaia est de bons conseils pour les restaurants. Situé en fond de cour, l' appartement est très sombre, lumière obligatoire du matin au soir, surtout avec des rideaux épais bleus qu'on est obligés de tirer: la porte d'entrée est vitrée et des gens viennent sans arrêt regarder et toquer car il y a un hôtel dans la cour... Idem fenêtre de la chambre, bien visible de la cour. Des voilages seraient bienvenus! 3 jours de coupure de courant sur le centre de Naples: Pas de clim ni frigo ( nous avons perdu pas mal de nourriture et avons dû manger tous les repas au restaurant), téléphones déchargés et dans le noir complet le soir. Pas d'eau chaude non plus: prendre une douche froide dans le noir n'est pas chose facile pour un enfant ! Il n'y a que deux petites bougies cierge, cassées, sans support... On les a mises dans un verre. Ma petite fille avait peur du feu avec ces bougies cassées. Les problèmes d'électricité avec la chaleur et les surtensions deviennent fréquents ( sur internet on voit juillet 2023, 2024 et avril 2025 même si tous les quartiers ne sont pas touchés chaque fois) et c'est au bout de 3 jours qu'un groupe électrogène a été amené dans la rue. Des lampes à piles doivent être mises à disposition pour toutes les pièces! J'ai dû acheter une lampe torche. Beaucoup de stress avec un enfant qui a déjà beaucoup de mal à s'endormir le soir. Bien sûr les logeurs ne sont pas responsables de ces pannes mais ils se doivent de prévoir et mettre tout en œuvre afin que les vacanciers ne se retrouvent pas dans cette situation. A ce stade, notre ressenti de ces vacances à Naples est très négatif.
• Esjan (9/5): Good value for €131/night - A quiet big flat amidst bustling streets of central Naples. The flat has everything you might need during your stay (kitchen, washing machine, 2 air cons) and many extras (soap & shampoo, olive oil, tea & coffee, biscuits and even toys for children). All 3 beds are comfy and our sleep was very good. The host Gaia was very kind to welcome us personally at arrival and ordered a taxi at checkout, she was also available per WhatsApp for any questions. The host is very child friendly. There was an outage of the internet on the day of arrival due to a storm in Naples - but the network was up and running again a few hours later.
• Jarrod (9/5): Superb - Very spacious and private. Felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed having a washing machine and the bed was extremely comfortable. Liked that it was on ground level so minimal stairs for our suitcases. Gaia was lovely, welcoming and gave us some recommendations on where to see and eat in Naples.

• Eleni (10/5): Great host and central location! - The apartment is in a very central location and on the ground floor which was very convenient for our stay. It's really spacious and with all the facilities needed for a short or long stay. Gaia was really polite and nice - not only she welcomed us on the first day, but she also provided us with all the tips on what to see, helped us arranging a taxi and communicated with us about a forgotten item. Strongly recommend and would stay there again! Everything was great, the only thing I would recommend is to add some more hooks in the bedroom and the bathroom for towels and clothes. The pillow was also too fluffy for my taste but I found a spare one in the closet.

The owner was very nice and really help us, explain to us what are the main stuffs in Napoli, shared few excellent restaurants for different food, gave us information how to visit other places outside of Napoli. The apartment was duplex so it was really nice.
