- Kirsi (9/5): Ruim Appartement in Italiaanse sfeer op een goede locatie - Goede locatie, appartement ruim. Alles netjes. Italiaanse sfeer Begin oktober begon het echt koud te worden. Geen verwarming mogelijk, de ac hielp wat in de slaapkamer maar de keuken bleef ijskoud, daar ook geen ac.

- Warren (8/5): LoveMeSomeSanPolo - Great spot for the Money. LARGE bedroom with separate dining room and kitchen, and bathroom. Tall (12') ceilings, throughout. Prime location. Love me some San Polo. Great suggestions for eateries, by staff, through all 5 boroughs. Full size kitchen and fridge were lovely. Stayed 5 nights. Both air con units were free standing and had tubing through adjacent window which prevented closing the windows completely. This allowed biting flies (and hotter air) into the room. Could be alleviated with better or professionally installed AC units. That being said, AC units barely kept up with soaring (unusually high) temps.
- Karen (8/5): Spacious classy whole apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay! - Plenty of room and a well appointed apartment with kitchen facilities too. Host was extremely helpful and friendly! No lift, lots of stairs as it’s on the third level but host even carried my bag up them which was very kind!
- Kathleen (8/5): Clean, cosy & comfortable apartment - Central location, clean, secure & comfortable. Apartment excellent. I could not fault it. We has an unfortunate experience with the bus. We bought a return ticket from airport. Unfortunately, when returning we got on the public boat & were fined €119 which had to be paid or they would call the police. We had to get off the boat & we got next private boat. We thought it was an honest mistake & thought it was very harsh. An Italian gentleman on the boat pleaded our case but it was no good. It was upsetting. Otherwise we had a lovely stay.
