• Guest (10/5): My time there was a tremendous pleasure,L. - The place was cozy and nice to stay in. The parking in the carpark. It’s difficult to find the parking lot.
• Nasehah Sakeenah (7/5): Overall it was a nice and pleasant stay. - Playground and pool are just outside the unit, which is fantastic for family with small kids. My kids love it. Water filter with hot and cold function, though the cold water was not functioning. 2 queen mattress with sofa bed were available - suitable for small family with kids Host was very responsive, thumbs up! High density apartment and the parking was difficult to find (the instructions given were not clear enough), i had issues to get into the car park, i thought the access card given was for the carpark but apparently it was the RFID attached in the laminated card (mailbox was full with utility bills and etc, i didnt know the RFID was in the laminated card) so we had to go around the block again to get the RFID. Instructions could be more clearer. The unit was nice, fan needed cleaning. Got ants on the countertop although there wasnt any food on the countertop. High chair sofa were stained, and the cold water was not functioning. The bathroom was fair, sink drain plug was chipped, the toilet water sprayer was leaking and broken, walls were quite moldy It wouldve been better if ironing board and iron were given.

• Sandra (7/5): Palazio condo needs some maintenance - Design of the house. No body wash provided. Towels r bad quality. I find the pillows too hard , not too comfortable for me personally. The palazio condo facade looks old.

• Sandra (10/5): Pretty aesthetic room - I like the aesthetic design of the room. Swimming pool same floor. just outside the room. We were confused by "level 3a" for the carpark. But later realised it's just their way of avoiding the number 4 in lift numbers. Shampoo n body wash bottles not labelled so we didn't know which is what. Palazio serviced apartment is a bit old n run down but this room furnishings look new n nice. Good enough for the price.

• Xin (9/5): Great overall experience! - A few comments: - Location was near Mt Austin and easy to grab around the area. It's a gated residence and it felt safe - Very clean and comfortable, and all basic amenities were provided (incl toothbrushes, shampoo and bodywash, some coffee packets) - Having a water dispenser in the kitchen (with hot/cold water options) was convenient - Wifi was fast - Hosts are responsive on Whatsapp Minor comments: - The towels were not very absorbent - The TV box took a while to figure out and we couldn't access the movies/youtube for a while
• Fid (9/5): Comfortable stay for a small family - - The interior design of apartment was really warm and inviting. Sofa, beds and pillows comfortable for good rest during our stay as a family, felt at home. 🥰 - Playground and pool were right outside the apartment, very convenient for children. - Safe gated community. - Location was near to many food options at Mount Austin for those who drive. Grab was easy too. - Communication was prompt and clear with host, thank you. Easy check in and out. - Suggest for travellers to bring own towels. The towels provided were clean, however, made of thin fleece-like material and not absorbent of water on body after bath. So we remain wet for a while. Bathroom was clean and comfortable. - No washing machine. Would have been a real plus for travellers / small families having to do simple washes. - Kitchen sink / tap had some limescale and utensils holder had some rust and dirt. But it didn't affect me personally as I did not cook during our stay.
